A wide variety of items and foods. Finding specific items may be a pain but luckily employees are helpful and kind. I've had wonderful and interesting conversations with some of the employees. Also parking here is a breeze. I love having small talk with the staff here, it makes you forget that your shopping at BJs. The BJs Gas Station being right next to this place makes it all the more convenient and worth your while.

Saw a tv on clearance there 3-4-24… went to front and spoke to the cashier manager who couldnt leave his post so he called another manager and told me to go back to tv and he would come over . I could get the tv with 20% off d/t display model and last one. I waited at least 10 minutes . No manager. And let me just add that this bjs didnt have many customers in store at this time. Another couple came along looking at tv and then they disappeared. I started to walk back to ? Manager at cashier area and i saw this employee walking around and he said he was the manager… why he didnt come over to tvs i have no idea… i took him to the tv i wanted to buy and the other couple were back there with a flatbed and a woman employee who was helping them purchase the tv. I was soo upset because i was there before the couple but i guess i went to the wrong employees to ask … and no idea why the manager never came over to me… the couple felt bad because they knew i was there before them and said they would let me have the tv but i refused because i felt bad making them feel bad… SO im writing this review to say BJS at taunton needs to retrain their employees to do a better job at helping customers and to show more initiative when asked for help… PLEASE..

My man Justin is incredible in the deli!!! His platters are amazing to the max!!! I had a field trip to the aquarium and Justin really made it happen for us. Thank you BJs Deli and J for a seamless experience!!! I would definitely recommend! Just look for the tall handsome charismatic fellow. You’ll know who I mean.

Made 1pm appt for a tire rotation and flat repair. Came early, took my car in early and check my tire for leak, but won’t do the tire rotation, saying they didn’t put me down for a rotation and told make another appt, eventhough no one is here for any tire service, it was still 12:50 after the flat check was finished…..still way before my 1pm time slot and told me sorry can’t do my rotation because they are waiting for another appt. With no cars outside kit tire customer. They rather just stand around then to service customer? Great job on bad customer service BJ’s….thanks for finally giving me the reason to join Costco.

I love this place! There’s never a along gas line, and everyone that works there is pretty friendly. I use to work in the Va and Md locations and up here everyone is a lot more friendly. They always have everything my in stock and it was easy to upgrade my membership with customer service.

A supermarket for mass consumers and restaurants. You need to be a member to purchase. We have already seen big units for food in the US in normal supermarkets. At BJ's they are even bigger. From clothes to pet food to food, they have everything. But no small portions. Very clean and structured.

For my fellow truckers. BJ's policy is that we have to sit inside the building while getting unloaded. They unload fast but you can't chill in the truck. This is the sitting area.

Be prepared with your coupons in your phone app, you will not be able to access in the store. The prices are good as well as the selection. Deli shuts down 15 - 30 minutes before the actual store so plan accordingly.

I don't find the deals that I used to find here before. I used to do much better at the Sam's club that was located in Plymouth then I ever did at BJ's. Seeing as how the other club closed there is now no other alternative. I would much prefer a Costco. Selection is so so and staff can be helpful or not. The people running the sample booths have always been very engaging and friendly. The price that you used to save on a gallon of gas just isn't there anymore that's worth the price of a membership.

Missing an item on a pick up order. While that isn't a big deal, three weeks later customer service is still giving me the run around. The best part is I was literally talking to person at the door about how this system is better than competitors (Stop&Shop/Walmart) but at least the others refund you when they screw up.

The prices are good. Deli staff and floor personnel are always friendly. I like it when they set up sample stations. It's a good way to try something new without having to buy it first.

The deli at this store moves at a glacial pace, the workers don’t care how fast they move or how many people are in line, the one guy who works there the most will look you dead in the eye and walk off the line before attempting to move things along more quickly. I could go on and on. Seriously just try to avoid the deli at all costs, even if there’s only one person in line, it’s so bad.Edit: apparently I can’t leave multiple reviews although I really wish I could. Once again at the deli, not a single person in line. This employee took 10 minutes to finish a pick up order instead of helping me first. Every single time I shop here I just feel insulted as a human being. (It’s for work btw, no way would I choose to subject myself to this)

I love BJs for their selections and great savings! I just spent over $400 and I am stocked up for the season. I only Wish the isles were marked better. Especially at the back end. Having bad legs, I'd appreciate anything that would save me time and steps.

I love BJs! Everyone is always taking the initiative to lend a hand (or two). Even the staff at the registers are so nice, they make sure that my trips here always have a happy ending. I'll be coming here often I can tell.

I apologise for the lengthy review, as I am telling a story that I don't want to leave any details out of.So, the temperature this afternoon was still high at around 90° F in Plymouth. Humidity was very high. That being said, people can get irritable.I drove up to the BJ's propane/tire center to fill my tank of propane. A man approached me and asked if I needed propane. At this point I'm happy because no one else was there and I didn't want to make this a long process. While the gentleman kept his head down as he proceeded to take the tank from me, I extended a polite "how's it going?" And got nothing back. I wasn't offended by this. I only mention it to bring reviewers to their own conclusion of this man.He fills the tank up, as I received a phone call from my wife. The phone was in the car, so I had to enter my vehicle to answer it. She only asked me to pick up something on my way back home. I wasn't on the phone for more than 30 seconds. I exited the vehicle and my tank was on the ground by the fill station. The gentleman was no where to be found, so I placed the tank in my car, and then walked inside to pay.Now, as the transaction is coming to a near, I had a question about tires becuase I'd like to purchase some. I only asked that he'd take a look at my wheels to tell me what size I'd need. I know how to tell the size of a tire, but the tires that were put on before I bought the wheels are smaller than I'd prefer. He simply rolled his eyes back and said "I guess." So, I thanked him anyway and went on my way as I mumbled something on my way out.I shouldn't have to put up with this when I'm paying for something. Nor should anyone. I thought people should know about my experience, and make their own decisions about this place. I'll probably frequent this place once or twice a year. I just hope this guy finds work somewhere else or changes his attitude.

I have gone to this one three times and have decided to go out of my way and go to stoughton from now on. Meat has gone bad after one day in the fridge, 85% fat free my but!!! I have bought 73% from ALDI's with less fat!!! Produce due dates within two to three days. Prices have also started to go up slowly hoping no one will notice, and many dont.

I love shopping here, friendly and helpful staff! I order cakes for parties all the time and they are not only awesome but they taste delicious! I just wish the year membership was cheaper, but over all and an awesome place for food shopping!

People clearly do not know how to convert sizes and calculate prices. There are a very select few items that are cheaper, but most are more expensive when you do the conversion. So you buy more at a higher price and walk out spending $300. Not to mention a membership fee to do so. People are quite stupid these days! I only went here when they offered a free 3 month membership and I still only bought a few things, but I haven't even done that for a while. Not worth the trip!

Sliced meats are always good and last longer than other places in town. BJs is always clean and easy to deal with. Would recommend shopping there if bulk items are what you are looking for.

Got deli platters in a cake for a party this weekend they did an awesome job everything tasted so good everybody is so friendly at the store love it highly going to recommend BJ's for catering especially at the store

Have you tried the bjs Express scan app yet? The thing is amazing. Scan as you go. At checked out you do not have to take a single thing out of you're cart just scan the barcode on the screen it processes everything, you pay and you are on you're way out. Extremely easy to do saves a ton of time waiting in lines and everyone knows once you take everything out of a heaping full cart it's a disaster trying to make it all fit back in. Highly recommend the app and the Plymouth bjs is a great store to shop at.
