I recently bought a recliner from big lots during the 4th of july sale and love my new recliner it's so comfortable and everyone at big lots was a big help when I was picking it out I would definitely recommend big lots if you're looking to buy furniture my old recliner was starting go and I'm so glad I got this one and love it more than my old one

I've been going to Big Lots as a frequent customer for a little over 2 years. I've had nothing but good experiences with the store. Madelyne at the Plymouth, MA location is a very good employee. The Plymouth location is lucky to have her there. She has excellent skills when it comes to customer service at the cash register. Madelyne keeps a certain professionalism and also adds some exuberance that in my opinion raises her value as someone who hones her ability to be successful at her position.

Craig is a very dedicated manager, I had a small issue when I wentTo pick up our outdoor furniture. He was off that day but called me the next morning at 8 am, the store opens at 9am. He offered a more than fair resolution and made things so much easier for us. Very dedicated manager and not afraid to help the customer and make positive decisions. Thanks again !

Went in for water shoes and lucked out. In fact, I got way more than just water shoes. (No surprise there!) They sell everything from food to furniture!Would’ve given 5*’s but their prices went up on most everything!

My husband and I went to Big Lots this weekend and bought the Broyhill Asheville Outdoor Furniture set. The service we got from Craig and his team was excellent! They were short staffed that day but still were extremely helpful.Craig was attentive to us right from the get go even tho he was helping another couple and was being asked multiple questions from multiple people. He was happy to assist us all! Everyone working was exceptional at customer service. It was a pleasant surprise to get such great customer service knowing how staff issues are nowadays. We will definitely come back to this store because of the wonderful treatment they gave us! Thank you Craig! We love our new furniture!

I have gone in serval times to the Plymouth store and can not say enough how pleasant the entire staff is. They guys that help out with the furniture department are so helpful and kind. A big shout out to the manager of the store he always pitches in when needed. They deserve a special day, they all work very hard. 😊

Big Lots was a big dissapointment. Usually spend a ton of money there. Prices used to be great but now they are more expensive than the grocery stores. Didnt buy anything.

I always find something I need at a good price here. And I'm always getting 20%off coupons in my email to use off my entire order. I bought some Christmas lights, ornaments, electric can opener, a few gifts and some stuff for the two cats and didn't spend much at all!

Went here and loved a recliner they had and it was a really good deal! Usually would never think to buy a recliner here. Wanted to purchase it and of course, they didn't have it in stock. Was told it would take a few days at the most a week to come in..... it has been almost 3 weeks and I called and they said they have no idea when it will be in!! Not good customer service!

They have lots of things to look at. Halloween Thanksgiving Christmas and Holiday things. Other home things and furniture too. It does have things that are there when you need them.A great place to shop. I bought holiday paper. For Christmas to wrap and send to my family. A nice visit.

Everyone I have ever dealt with was wonderful and helpful! Especially Collin, he helped us so much when we bought our living room set. Everytime I go in the store they remember me and they are so nice. I love this store. I brought my friend and she loves it too! Bought two beds for her Grandchilderen.

Nice clean staff seem to not want to be working. Has a lot of things but you could get the same things at less of a cost. I would suggest stopping in and checking it out for yourself. But you won't see me here much at all.

Expensive cheap stuff. Poor service, poorly laid. Misleading signs, unmarked merchandise. Scanners not easy to find. The "manager" is a rude drone incapable of making decisions. I left and went to Home Depot and wound up with a better value. Go figure, the Depot beat them in value.

This is the best Big Lots I have ever visited. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Good prices and selection. I wasn't there for furniture but the prices seemed very good. I look forward to going back to the store in the future.

This location is the worst! I tried to explain to the manager that my reward coupon was not in my account. It would not kill I’m to give me a coupon as a courtesy on my $332.00 on merchandise.So unprofessional unhelpful and unpleasant.

This store is larger than other big lots stores. And has a much wider selection of high quality furniture and mattress and box springs full or split. Their prices are great. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean store too. They now have children’s furniture in doll houses, vanities, fuseball table, wide assortment of yankee candles. Christmas trees lighted. In all it is a one stop shop for all your needs for the holidays.
