We spent almost 4 hours doing our walk through at pick up and every person we met with was incredible, knowledgeable, friendly, I can’t say enough.

We picked up our 5th wheel that we ordered in February from Pete's RV in Plainville, MA yesterday. We ordered with disk brakes/8k axles, double pane windows queen bed and washer and dryer.We had an awesome experience with Pete's RV from our first contact to when we pulled out with the rig yesterday.I had told then from the start I would be bringing an inspector with me and that I would need power and water. They had no issues with this.The young man that did the walk through with us was Paul. Paul did an awesome job, he was very attentive, and had techs working on any issues we had as we found them, all issues were very minor.We spent a total of about 6 hours there, we were being very thorough, and they answered all the of our inspectors questions and did whatever they could to make her job easier (yes, I said her).The tech that took care of most of the issues, and installed our washer and dryer, was Tom. What an amazing young man Tom is. Very knowledgeable and very talented at his trade. Petes's RV would do well to keep this young man on their staff.With all the negative we see bout RV dealers, I just wanted to give a shout out to one that is doing it right.

We had a great experience at Pete’s RV in Mass! The initial part of the process with “Cowboy” Joe was great! He was honest, very easy to talk to, and very thorough going through the camper with us. There was zero pressure, and after going over everything he gave us some time alone in the camper to really look things over and talk about it alone. Not all places will do that and it was very appreciated. The second part was pickup day, and Paul Miller was our Orientation Specialist. Again, we were very impressed. Paul spent over 2 hours with us going over everything, and he answered all of our questions. We plan on keeping this camper for a long time, but when we do finally need a replacement, we will definitely go back to Pete’s RV.

I just bought a brand new Melbourne 24l from Pete's Rv in Plainville and dealt with Austin. I finally found a dealership that does what they say they will do.1. Austin responds to every single text/question almostimmediately.2. Austin explained everything clearly and thoughtfully/fully.3. The dealership got a better loan rate than I could findanywhere!In conclusion, Austin made my entire buying experience effortless, enjoyable, and I trust him and Pete's RV. If I could I would give them ZERO stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. They couldn't get anything correct through the entire process of my purchase. I still haven't picked up my camper and will be lucky if they get the pickup correct. Yesterday, in the parking lot, I ran into another customer who also said she had a horrible experience so I know I am not the only one.Find somewhere else to buy from. These folks don't have a clue about how to treat a customer. On top of that, good luck getting your registration paperwork done correctly. The couldn't even get that right.RUN AWAY!

We brought in a unique project for a unique circumstance and Pete’s RV did a great job in helping us out!We tried calling other companies for help but nobody else was willing to look over and tune up our new / used caboose.Ozzy and his team approached the project with impeccable detail and a much needed sense of humor.They put their heart and soul into the project and were great with our kids too!And when it was ready to go they gave us a detailed walkthrough so we as new trailer owners would not walk away clueless.We are grateful that they are ready and eager to be on standby should any questions come up.Would highly recommend!

Came here to do a walk through for my new camper and Ty was the man!! He was so awesome showing me every detail and how to use everything in the camper! He knows every inch of the camper and how to use everything in it and what to do if there is an issue ! Come to Pete’s to get your new camper! Will definitely do business here in the future. Made a rookie mistake with n my first camping trip and brought the wrong electrical cord. I found Pete’s was the closet RV dealer to where I was at so off I went. Walked into the show room 5 minutes to closing on a Friday evening and the guys got me set up with exactly what I needed no questions asked. Great service and hospitality got me out of a bind for sure!

I met several of the most knowledgeable, friendly, patient and non-pressuring sales people of anywhere, ever -especially Jared, at the NH RV show over the weekend.I had 0 intention of buying a new RV but after all the information and consideration as well as the availability of an exceptional RV at a great value, i made the jump and have 0 remorse. I did extensive research on the RV recommended for my needs (Nucamp 400 Tab Boondock) before purchasing it and everything they told me was accurate. My restless 9 year old also said “Jared is so nice”. Jared answered all of my kid’s crazy questions with respect and seriousness. I guess he knew who the real decision maker is 🤣. There was never anyone telling me that my other RV considerations were wrong or not good RVs, only the facts to help me compare apples to oranges.We are so thrilled to pick up our RV and start our adventures. Pete’s RVs Plainville is the best. Keith, Kevin, Peter and Ozzy helped me so much. They installed an electric tongue jack on my food trailer so hopefully the tendinitis and my elbows from the manual, jack will heal and they secured all my heating elements much more safely and securely than they had been previously, which I am so grateful for. And they are very nice people. What a great squad. I will be back.

I had an awful experience. Honestly if I didn’t deal with Kate most time I probably wouldn’t have bought the camper. I bought the camper at the camping show, and because I didn’t take there ridiculous 20% loan they wouldn’t do anything for me. I got charged a $699 documentation fee and I had to print and do most of the documents. No one told me of any fees and when I asked about them all I got was that’s what it is. They refused to do registry runs and everything else even though they charged a fee to me for doing it. I call there to get information on what’s going on with my camper and the paperwork and I get and they said oh we don’t have that yet after two weeks and everyone that I talked to was rude. The exception was Kate she was fantastic after dealing with people who wouldn’t help she would actually find answers and follow up with me. Kate should be running the department. I got talked into things I didn’t need for my camper and was told I could cancel if I didn’t want. So I called two weeks ago and said I didn’t want any of it. When I go to pick up the camper they installed a vent I didn’t want and said oh well we put it on you have to pay for. So I got forced to buy something for $132 that I didn’t want. No one could tell me how the back camera worked people were you tubing how it worked. I also called and said how disappointed I was and they told me when I picked up my camper they would give me a gift card to get things I needed and everyone seemed to conviently not know what I was talking about. I pick the camper up and they couldn’t even be bothered to scrape the snow off the camper. Needless to say I am extremely unhappy

This is our first coach, we had a great experience at Pete’s. All of the staff were cooperative and friendly. Beginning with Andy, loved working with Kate, and Brandon was extremely helpful. I am sure we will visit the dealership again.

Horrible experience! The Finance person never contacted me. The sales person did not know what he was doing and every time i had a question he did not know the response.The camper i wanted was 16,000 and they wanted me to pay 270 for 180 months without me even knowing the interest rate. I would have end up paying 48,000 for a camper that is worth 16,000.00Horrible service and i would never recommend them.

I would LOVE to go camping, but when the time came close to pick up our camper at Pete's RV we found out it hadn't even been built yet! So now we have to wait another month (hopefully), and nothing is being done to compensate us for this. We planned a party to show all our camping friends & family. My boyfriend took off work of BOTH his jobs to pick it up. We took all of our stuff out of our old camper so we would be ready on time. I'm so disappointed in all of you. This is the second camper we have gotten through Pete's RV and this is the treatment we get? Really?! Did you even bother to check with the factory this time to guarantee the new date you gave us? You need to take responsibility for your lack of knowledge. Don't just assume it will be ready when you say. I won't be recommending you to anyone!

Forest River does stand behind their products. We bought a 2023 192 Forest River RPod with a Mastervolt solar power system from Pete's Rv center in Plainville Ma from the Boston Rv show. It has 600 watts of solar panels, Mastervolt combimaster, and 4 LifePO4 batteries. We were told we could boondock for 2 weeks. Initially, the batteries depleted after 3 or 4 days. The staff at Pete's rv center tried everything in their power to get the system functioning properly. The batteries would last longer, but not 2 weeks. There was no information on the status of the batteries on the Mastervolt Easy View monitor. It was not set up properly. Only an authorized Mastervolt technician has the software to change the monitor. Forest River paid for the Mastervolt Easy View Monitor to be reprogrammed by Cay Electronics in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. I want to thank the staff at Pete's rv center in Plainville ma for all their help. Ozzy, Keith, and Bobby are great people and deserve more support and training from Forest River corporation. These guys are criminals that hand you a receipt apparently. I was quoted $600 in labor plus parts to install a wire harness on an SUV. Booked the same job at UHaul in north attleboro and the total cost is less than $250 with only a $60 labor charge. One quick way to never get business. Trashy place, trashy people

We love Pete’s RV! Amazing experience right from the beginning! We were greeted by the sweetest and nicest Lady ever right when we walked in, we felt so welcome there and she directed us up to where they showcase all the RV’s at the Plainville location. Our sales person Andrew is just so awesome, knowledgeable and helpful. Just a real down to earth super guy! Everyone there we have met has just been the most kind and sweetest souls!! The sales manager and the people that work in the store are so great and friendly. Paul was our orientation specialist and was awesome at showing us the ropes and answering all sorts of questions we had about our new camper. Phil was just wonderful answering all our questions and explaining warranty processes, part deliveries, etc! He really helped us feel at ease while being in the shake out period of having our new camper. Their technician’s Glen and Keith just absolutely ROCK and make you feel like you know your camper is in good hands if any work needs to be done. It would be hard for them to live without them! They sold us an RV with unflushed urine in the toilet, no propane in either tank (was told they would be at least 80% full) and no keys and no title. They had to search for them and found the keys and title a week or so later.I have owned 4 travel trailers and each time I’ve bought from a dealership. Each time I’ve left feeling like it was a shady deal for some reason. Strange and unprofessional experience

Visited Pete’s RV today with intentions of purchasing a nuCamp T@G400 boondockPackage as seen at RV show. Joe Marcus provided us with extremely pleasant purchasing experience. The exact RV that we saw at show is now ours. The total time involved with purchasing was a little longer that anticipated ,but all done and very satisfied. I’m hopeful that this experience continues though out the rest of relationship with Joe and Pete’s RV. 3 weeks laterSpent 2 enjoyable and informative hours with TYGoing over features and locations of our T@B400 boon dock. Pleasant experience. Observe installation of sway control & electric brake controls. Looks very professional. So far very pleased with our interaction and quality of staff at Pete’s RV in plainville, MA.

I have bought many new / used vehicles over the year I have got to admit this dealershipIs the worst I have ever dealt with . I was told my camper would be ready in 2 weeks .2 weeks went by I heard nothing I called asked how everything was progressing . I was told they were working in it . A few days later I called back and found out there as a form that I needed to have signed and notarized . This is a bank they told me they do business with all the time but you don’t know what they required? 🤔🤔After that I wait another week still nothing so call back to find out they have no idea what I’m talking about . I eventually get a call back saying it’s gonna be another 5-6 weeks to pick up my camper after I was told 2-3 weeks . I told then I wanted to cancel my sale and would take my business elsewhere. They called back in 10 minutes with all these promises .i agreed to move forward . A few days later I received a call from the bank asking about my payment. This is a camper I haven’t even taken possession of yet 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. The bank said the funding was sent over weeks ago . I couldn’t believe it I was about to make a payment on somthing I didn’t even have yet .after I was told the financing wasn’t completed yet cuz of a form . I wish I never went to this place . Big name little service /care . Beware of this place I would never send anyone to them they just keep you on the hook till the end . Weeks later not even a call from sales asking about the camper. Very unprofessional beware !!!

We bought an extended warranty that was supposed to be bumper to bumper. The factory warranty just expired last month (July) and the extended one took over. I called in May about water in the tail light, a manufacturer issue, they couldn't get my RV in until September. Now they say the tail light isn't covered. Nothing is covered under the warranty including unsealed tail lights, the shower that's falling apart, the drawers that never closed properly since day one - but don't worry, they charged me $300 to staple a loose price of trim up....thanks for that Pete's RV Plainfield.5/7/24 updatePete's RV got the parts for the table and the tail light in, they never called us. We called to check in and they said the parts came in but weren't able to get us in for 9 months. We picked up the parts and installed the tail light ourselves. Horrible customer service, horrible service center, I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

We went to the camping show at the Big E this past weekend, and found an RV we loved. I went back the following day and worked with James and he was helpful and knowledgable with the RV we were looking at, and most importantly not pushy.But unfortunately right now we can't swing the payment but when I contacted him he didn't push me or try to convince me. He was very understanding, and I will definitely come to the Plainville location or find him at the show next year when our circumstances are better.

They LOST OUR RV!Our RV was purchased here at Pete's, went in for service on 10/4/23. Our unit was placed in an auxiliary lot, unsecured, next to a highway and disappeared somewhere between 11/10/22 and 1/19/23 when we came to pick it up. They spent 1/19 telling us we couldn't pick it up due to a broken tractor, that our unit was behind another one. Turns out, they simply couldn't find it. Please be careful when deciding to trust them with your camper or RV. They will not take responsibility for it, and you are on your own if they lose it. The owner has not contacted us and had his service managers break the news that we are on our own, that Pete's will do nothing for us at all. We can't even get a call from the owner. To top it off - they said that we signed a form we never did, "releasing them of responsibility" (for losing a camper?), but refuse to produce said form from our dropoff on October 4th. If you ever want to see your camper again, go somewhere else.

Would give zero stars if I could! Had Pete's do our warranty repair work on our brand new Jayco. They returned the trailer to us with a dent, and dirt/sand caked in our trailer. I have called twice looking for the manager. I've left a voicemail and a message with the receptionist and still haven't heard back. Horrible!

Pete's RV in MA may have the most unprofessional group of people we have ever dealt with at any dealership. We've bought dozens of new vehicles over the years, have outstanding credit and have always been realistic to the sales tactics of dealerships, however, this one comes out on top with misleading, borderline fraudulent activity, and with unapologetic actions when trying to pass off a repaired/defective RV as "new" , disgusting!If I explained the chain of events in detail, you probably wouldn't believe me. Let me just say, if you have to deal with these guys, be on your game! I'm still surprised that the RV world isnt regulated with even a few industry standards or just basic decency. Of course, Pete's would be out of business if such regulations existed. The only standard they follow is sell at all costs, give the customer the highest rate possible even with an 802 credit score and dont worry about the customer after the sale. They are in the business of selling loans not RV's.
