I have two kitchen projects that I requested to be done quickly. Rep tells me they will get back to me and doesn’t keep her word. I’ve already received three other customizations and quotes from other vendors even though I started request after asking Lowe’s. Lowe’s obviously is not looking for my business.

I can always find great deals in the clearance section. I purchased a paper lantern floor lamp and 3 toss pillows. All under $70 . Great deal.Now if I could find a good single guy in there that would be fantastic😂

So the store is like every other one out there. Stocked with the same stuff as you would find and same prices. It was clean and organized but after spending about 20 minutes in this location today O would never go back there if I was a person that needed help. Not one person that worked there said hello, good morning or may I help you with something. I walked by at least 8 of them. I even spent time wondering the isles like I had no idea and none of them stopped to ask me if I needed help. The best part was the lady checking me out. She was polite and nice. I want to say her name was Michelle but can not remember. Come on Lowe’s you are supposed to have a higher standard then that.

I'd give Lowe's a lower rating if I could. Ordered a NEW stackable washer and dryer delivered. The truck came AN HOUR AFTER the window of 11am-3pm, AND the product was damaged BEFORE it even left the Wilmington MA warehouse. WHY would you send me a product that you could visibly see was damaged. The box it was in was VISIBLY GASHED, and the damage is directly pushing into electrical components. I was supposed to hear back from customer service, it's been 6 days, and I had to call THEM. I'm still on hold... and this 'associate' has had me on the phone for well over an hour. It's a game for them. No refund, no reorder, no nothing. BBB will def hear about this.

Well, I have a saying that Christmas does not start before a Poinsettia is in the house. So in December my husband bought me a poinsettia from Lowe’s. Today is October 5 of 2023 and my poinsettia is still alive and has grown a lot. This is the first time that I’ve ever had a poinsettia last past January.

I was insulted a little by a worker, they might have thought I was stupid or something by his remark but I go to so many lowes that I see bathrooms in all areas. Not just up front. I asked an associate where the bathroom was and he said it's up front with a big sign, given that's a normal comment but he was very annoyed and delivered it like he felt I was stupid. Aside from that it's a pretty nice Lowe's

As a vetran I always try to shop Lowes, after work today I decided to stop at the Plainville Lowes to look at electric dryers and notice one out of the box, or open box, this unit look almost new still had the for the protected film on the control panel seem reasonably priced, made the purchase got home & plugged it in, well big surprise, it did not work, pretty obvious unit was defective, most likely why it was marked slightly down, the unit made a humming noise from the motor, no tumbling action, I was pretty upset the fact that this unit was clearly a defect most likely returned from the original owner, they should have isolated and tagged for not resale. Not put it out as open box for another customer make a purchase on a defect, I called Lowes once I noticed it was a lemon defective unit, I wasn't happy, the fact all the time it took to load drive 30 minutes, off load bring up to a 2 story unit, plug it in and not to have it work, after calling Lowes back and once I got someone to pickup the phone, told them everything.., their response.., get ready for this one, their policy for open box purchases must be returned within 48 hours, so that added insult to injury, all my time wasted, was planning on returning Saturday, I decided to load it back up and return it tonight.I did ask the sales rep on the phone, could someone at least please help me off load when I get there, sure sir no problem, so I made the return trip back, go the returns dept ask for some assistance to off load, the clerk was very polite, I'll call someone, we'll waited ten minutes, no help insight., another surprise, well at this point I kinda expected it, my wife said I'll help you get it out of the truck will be waiting here all night, she did help..., let me say this, I will not be shopping this Lowes store again, poor service and poor judgment for reselling a defective unit, I did ask the returns clerk to at least tag this unit as defective, to spare someone else from going through the agony. Please give me a card or name for the store manager, Rich store manager, please read my review, reply when possible,Signed Unhappy Customer

People say the Knock Out family of roses are the best available, retail roses- we agree. And the price is great at $25/ea for a 3gal. This Lowes has a great selection especially in the garden area.

I tried to buy a pressure washer that was on sale from two Lowe’s stores. Both stores showed they had stock but neither had them. The second store I purchased online and I got a text it was being prepared. Drove 40 minutes to the store still showed it was in progress no other texts were received. I clicked the details of the order and the item had been cancelled. Went into the store and the employee said there should be 4 in stock but there were none. I would have been ok with it if I had received a text or some sort of update but got nothing. Will never buy anything from Lowe’s and don’t trust their online inventory. Never again, they should consider giving up on their online store they are not competent at it at all.

The store is always clean and the people go out of their way to be helpful. I just wish some of the prices were a bit lower. This is a great location with easy in and out.
