I know times are tough, but when I drive 50 minutes to get to the store, I expect to purchase everything I need. But no. I have to go to 3 or 4 different stores to get what I need. I do understand the stockholders rule the roost. Our dollar is worth nothing, and we're all paying for it.

Pittsfield Walmart !! Dangerous driving your car into the parking areas huge potholes. Parking lot starting to fill up again with homeless campers. Not to mention a few scary employees with piercings all over their face. Just a poor quality store. Worth the trip to go to North Adams Walmart. Or drive over to Washington Avenue in Albany Walmart. You will be very happy at that Walmart.

Socks locked up. Ask for help and they bring them to self checkout and won't let you put them in your cart. Okay fine,finish with other shopping and go to self checkout. 17 people in line and only 2 self checkout registers are open. Try to get my socks and go to where register have cashiers and employee yells at me. You can't do that she says,yet she's standing in front of 4 self checkout registers not open. First time in my life I've left a cart full of items and left a store. Worst run Walmart I've ever been in.

So we all know Pittsfield Wal-Mart can be chaos. I went in for 2 things quickly. The checkout line was long and probably took about 20 minutes. When it should've taken like 10 minute minutes literally. But self check out thankfully moves pretty quickly unless there's a line all the way back in The shoe aisle.

Inaccessible bathroom if you get an electric cart it won't fit. I left my Purchases UNATTENDED just to use it.ATM never works.Today I was told they do not cash Cashiers Checks at Cuss-Tumor Squirrelvice who told me they don't do that. I told her I did the same here last week. This Clod starts DEMANDING I show her that receipt. Not being a stool pigeon I told Moronica nothing.I believe the law requires honor of Bank checks. I HATE twittsfield. I can't wait to never set foot here again. Next week ✈️

Last time I was in Pittsfield store, they were pumping human waste out of the sewer system at 11 in the morning, right at the front entrance! All the customers were covering their faces because it smelled so bad. It nauseated me enough to leave the store and vomited in the parking lot. So very disgusting!! I haven't gone back. Probably wont

Since their remodel, I am completely lost in this store now, although it does look much better. Just need to get used to it all over again. I like how they made self checkouts on both sides. Only complaint is items being out of stock for a long period of time.

I was there to purchase some window fans as well as some electronics. I placed my items on the conveyor belt. The cashier looked at us and greeted with a smile as she finished with the customer before us. When it was our turn, she turned out her light and asked us to take our items to a different register because she is closed. She should have said something to us before we placed items on the belt. We left our purchase and found the same items at Target.Very disappointed.

It's exactly what you'd expect a standard Wal Mart to be. You go here when you're in the area and are in need of general merchandise without any of the fluff of name brands.Again, it's Wal Mart. The employees act accordingly. Some are nice, but the company treats them poorly and they have no incentive to go over the top for customers (rightfully so).It's fine. You know what you're getting into when you go to Wal Mart.

To me, Walmart always feels strange inside. Sometimes long checkout lines. Staff often point you in the wrong direction. Exit security makes me feel like a like a shoplifter every time. Experienced shoppers know to have their receipt out and bags open. The best thing is when security is looking through someone else's bags and you just stride through.A major manufacturer told me how they have to reduce product quality to meet Walmart's reduced wholesale buying, even in products of the same make and model of higher quality elsewhere. Is this true? I can't know for sure.But you know, prices like this are very helpful to the community. Jobs like this are also very helpful to the community. And they probably have the oddball thing you need.
