Our go-to pet store when we are in the area. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful here. Danielle did a fantastic job grooming our senior dog. Her coat shines again and is soft like a puppy's! She was able to get out all the pesky pine sap from her paws that was causing her discomfort. The self service dog wash area always looks so clean and neat too! Wonderful store and staff, no complaints.

They have a good selection of dog food brands, although the prices seem high for things like their rawhide sticks and chew toys. The cashier I had last time I visited was on the phone, clearly on a personal call, and made no moves to get off the phone for a few minutes as I stood there at the counter. I was on the verge of walking out when she finally hung up, acting like nothing was wrong. I haven't been back since.

Can't say enough good things about their grooming. Awsome experience..I felt like they cared about my fur baby. In tune to my senior dogs needs, listened to the specifics I wanted and delivered point on. I was with a previous groomer for a very long time that never did any of that sadly. Libby and her crew were amazing...I thank you and so does Chewy...we will be seeing you again...

The employees are all super friendly and helpful, the groomers are amazing and patient with my very shy puppy. They always try to accommodate and give him plenty of time to get comfortable and space if he's not. They carry some great toys and treats, it's one of our regular stops! Prices are great. He approves!

I love this store! All staff is very friendly and knowledgable about all types of pets. The female sales associate assisting customers with fish early in the morning on 3/10/21 is very friendly and helpful! The associates always help me find what im looking for and answer all my questions. Sales and prices are always great too! :) the picture is a glo fish that the associates helped me pick out a few months ago.

I have been coming here since I moved Pittsfield a year ago. I have only had one negative encounter and it was rectified immediately after a quick phone call. The staff are very friendly and the crickets are generally decent (sometimes the large are little on the medium side).

They have decent prices but they have practically nothing for rabbits/small animals and some of their products advertised for rabbits, they can’t even have! Prices are 7/10 and small animal section would be a 0/10. Might as well call it a dog and cat shop.

Love this place. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I have a variety of different animals from reptiles to kitties so it helps to be able to find everything in one spot. Staff couldn’t be any nicer either. They are always super helpful. I was going to a different pet store in the area but myself and my siblings have all started coming here. Prices are great too!

Loved our first experience at Pet Supplies Plus. Prices seem similar to other stores BUT there were plenty of people working and offering help. It felt like going to a local hardware store instead of HomeDepot! Everyone was super knowledgeable and nice. Will never go back to the other places!

Workers there are very nice and always willing to help. Their self service dog wash is a bargain @ 5 washes for $25. My only issue was when I made an appointment to get my dog groomed , I got 3 texts from different numbers confirming it and then on appointment day 1 hour before my time it was canceled. Again I got a bunch of texts from different numbers. My appointment was canceled 2x so I would not use the grooming services there.

been wanting to write a positive review for a while. Brenna and crew in the grooming department have gone above and beyond for my dogs. I have a husky who is only a year and a half and get overwhelmed easily and Brenna has worked with me to make sure Denver gets groomed. Brenna and whoever else works in grooming or has helped out have been amazing. I highly recommend that if anyone is wondering to take your pets to this store the answer is YES! I have been through several grooming places trying to find one that is willing to work with my husky Denver and my boxer Buddy. Brenna is an actual dog lover and knows how to work with dogs like Denver and gets the job done. I cannot thank Brenna and crew enough!

Super friendly staff! This place was WAY better stocked than the Petco here in Pittsfield. The selection is much nicer too, even though it's way smaller. Cat and dog selection is AMAZING, less stocked for other pets. I wish there were more resources around training. And the self-service dog wash is surprisingly spacious. A little dark. Definitely recommend!

Took my puppy to have his nails trimmed and his nails were sharper than when i brought him in. Looks like the nails were cut at an angle and two of them were longer than the others. Also they never cut the nails on the side of the legs. Wont bring him back there again.

I absolutely love this store, they are so friendly. I have mice and a hamster. I needed 2 55 gallon tanks while there sale was going on. They only had one yet ordered me the other and honored the sale price for me. They recently called me and I'm going to pick it up. They are by far the best pet store in pittsfield. 🙂❤ thank you pet supplies plus for everything! Seriously!

I called to confirm availability of a particular product. A very helpful salesperson checked and assured me that they did have what I needed. She put it aside for me and my husband picked it up. Not only did she go the extra mile, but the salesperson who waited on my husband went the extra mile also. Very, very good help at our store!

Pet Supplies Plus has the biggest small animal department I've seen. My only complaint is the Care Fresh was so expensive I went to another store to buy it. But I did get some treats my boys love. The associate was very nice and every time I've been in there they have been very friendly and helpful.

I went there for a DIY dog bath and they were running a special--- great deal. I love being able to wash my dog in their facility. Well-equipped, clean, safe. Good selection of treats. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They have everything you will need, I recently got a royal ball python shes very tame, the store has everything you need and more, from frozen mice, pinkies to rats plenty of other reptiles and all the supplies you need for them yes they have dog and cat supplies cat poles and leases food everything for all pets.Update year later, still an amazing place I visit all the pet shops around Pittsfield but pet supplies plus is my go to store from helping my cats, reptiles and other exotic pets they have it, and for amazing prices and gotta love there rewards if you sign up, stop in and give it a chance!!

This is the second time I’ve been there. I used to visit and shop in other stores in the area for pets and I can’t compare enough the quality with the staff members in service and an extra plus is that prices are great! The staff members are always willing to help with the best attitude.

I have two cats and a fish. My cats love to climb my curtains and other climbable objects. I went to Pet Supplies Plus and ordered a cat climber online. It was delivered the next day with wrap on to not let it get ruined by the elements of nature. My cats are enjoying this climber more than anything, this is a great and friendly place.🐱🐈
