I generally like Panera and go there pretty much every week for lunch.This has happened to me a few times now where I order DOUBLE steak because they usually don't put much on. That's fine. I'll pay the extra few bucks to have a better sandwich.But this is what I got. Barely looks like enough for a single portion of steak let alone double steak. Pretty much mostly bread. Do better Panera.

Quality and availability of bagels in our area is not what it used to be but if you are looking for fresh delicious bagels in the Pittsfield, Mass area… I would choose Panera over other pink / orange logo establishments everyday. I would recommend the bakers dozen bagel pack which comes with two cream cheeses. You can order them pre-sliced or do it yourself. Our families favorites our the Cinnamon crunch, Asiago cheese, Blueberry, and Chocolate Chip…. ( They do have more flavor options ) The bagels are a quality size and they toast up in a traditional toaster or air fryer perfectly. They do have delivery through some delivery apps… but you can place a an order for pick up just as well for a quick pop in and grab.Parking: Lot in a plaza with other stores

Love everyone here and the unlimited sip club is great I save around $150 per month for myself and 60-80$ a month for my fiance it's awesome check that out for certain! Also there cinnamon crunch bagels are to die for it's the best creation hand down try with butter or cream cheese ...and the ham egg and cheese on it also is delic can't stress that enough!!!

Just picked up a $15 (after taxes) “whole” Strawberry Poppyseed salad to go. Total rip-off!! Tiny portion, made even tinier by the fact that I asked for the dressing on the side. They packed them INSIDE the to go container, taking up even more space! Next time I’ll order “eat in,” and will use up 3 or 4 of their to go containers, or better yet bring a large, washable and reusable one of my own. Shame on you, Panera, but your customers (at least this one) is forewarned and forearmed!!Update: Just unpacked skimpy portion, and the lies keep piling up. Menu says “topped with toasted pecans.” Not a one to be found. At all. I’m generally a generous person, and get that there may be “supply issues,” and that you’re a chain restaurant apparently not in control of your own website/on-line ordering system, but come on already! Inform your waitstaff to verbally inform your customers of outages, offer substitutions and/or adjust price. And if they no longer know how to talk, at least put a sign up in the window (assuming someone still knows how to write?!) so that customers like me aren’t surprised to come home without the food they ordered, and paid top dollar for!

We spent more than $30 for a lunch for two and left hungry. Check out how embarrassingly tiny their sandwich is. It's so scandalously small I took a picture with a ruler next too it. If you enlarge the picture you'll see it. It's less than 4 inches long, and not even square! It's supposed to be on a quarter of a standard sized Focaccia bread yet it's somehow much smaller. They are very skimpy on meat too. My local store has much bigger portions.

I get Panera frequently. I typically order just about the same thing. Half Caesar salad, half chicken chipotle avocado sandwich. Generally, it’s good food. However, I placed an online order this afternoon (which by the way was ready in 4 minutes flat) and whoever made my food did an absolute stellar job. I got great portions of every topping and all together it was put together very well. Thank you!! 😊

I was there late at night, when I was sick just needing some Broccoli and Cheddar Soup. The staff in kitchen area were joking about coughing, which I thought was pretty gross considering at least half of the entire (no lie right now, myself and 2 kids of mine included) have Strep throat, and several Cafe's/restaurants are operating on limited schedules. If it was something she thought was funny, don't do it in front of a customer waiting for food, or make your Sous Chefs go back to wearing masks until the biggest part of the wave clears, which always seems to hit when the cold weather hits first.

Called ahead and ordered food. I ended up getting there about 15 minutes earlier than when my food was expected so I sat down and waited. Food came out right when it was ordered for pick up but unfortunately probably had been cooked awhile before because it was barely warm and tomato soup and grilled cheese aren’t that enjoyable when they’re barely warm. I like Panera food but will know next time not to order too early because my food was probably cooked as soon as I ordered it an hour earlier than when I would be able to pick it up

This Panera is honestly one of the most consistently bad locations I have been to.Normally I love getting a sandwich and salad whenever I am near a Panera. But I have been disappointed by meal each of the past 3 times I have been here. This most recent trip, the sandwiches were... sad. They were okay, but very disappointing. Meanwhile the salad I ordered was filled with greens that had gone bad/dark. I have said it to myself multiple times, but I think I am never going to go to this location again.The pastries / brownies / cookies are still good though.

Ordered a bread bowl to go and got home to see the bowl of soup was half empty, for the expensive price this is ridiculous. I'm over Panera at this point. Also, the bread bowl was almost inedible because it was rock hard, to top it off, the staff is not friendly.

Spent our hard earned cash on a picture that looked great. Received the smoked buff chick sandwich with a lot of bread and a breath of food inside. They should be able put some chicken in their sandwiches, we pay for it and don't receive it, I believe that's called stealing. Other locations I have ate at I get what I paid for at least.

My microwaved steak sandwich was gross. Bread wasn’t toasted, soda was out of syrup and the most disappointing is how self service the store is. No human interaction.If I’m eating out, I’m paying for food and service. I don’t work for Panera and don’t want to feel like a counter person, a waiter, a buss boy, etc…Hire humans! Pay decent wages and for the love of god, bring back quality to your food.

Order here every time I'm craving a good salad. My husband likes their melts. I'm addicted to their iced green teas. They always have plenty of their fresh drinks on tap. The dining room is clean and nicely covered around the eating booths. My meal always comes out just as ordered. Fast and friendly service. I think I had a missing salad dressing once, but considering how many times I've ordered here that's insignificant. This will continue to be my go to salad place.

Got the grilled Mac and cheese sandwich, and let me tell you how it’s was. Most of the sandwich had raw/really hard pieces of Mac n cheese, the bun was hardly toasted, and it was ice close. Do not recommend for anyone dining at this restaurant.

Watched the GM belittle young workers in earshot of customers in the name of “training”, when we asked her to stop as it was upsetting her response was “I don’t care.” When she stopped us as we left to scold us for saying anything we suggested she do her training when the store was closes because witnessing her “training” ruined our lunch (we felt so bad for the young girls), Her response was to loudly yell at us, in front of other patrons, “I don’t care, good bye”. Needless to say, we will never go back. It was, by far, the worst customer service/dining experience any any of us had ever encountered.

What can I say I love baked goods and stopped by for breakfast on the go IceTea and a Chocolet crossont . Got an orang scone for tomorrow. Clean neat good bathrooms by exit at back. Staff nice. Very slow and layed back at abot 930 am.just purfect for mid.morning break or early lunch. Ya when your up and out at 330am it is lunch.
