Great place. Standard dollar tree items sold there. Store is always neat and clean except around Christmas. One of the few dollar trees where the employees seem happy with their job.

The Employees are actually friendly! The parking lot is something of a puzzle to be slowly navigated, because of traffic flow, but the store itself is always full of seasonal bargains. Small, but clean!

Nice place to get your household essentials as they’re so much cheaper than anywhere else. Don’t expect brand names but the stuff here is just as good. A little small and worn down but the staff are nice.

Mostly a decent store however if they aren't allowing customers to use the restroom, they should remove the "No merchandise allowed in the restroom" sign over the archway leading to the restroom. It most definitely implies customers are allowed to use it. One associate was somewhat rude when I asked for the key to the restroom as is the norm at other stores. Also associates need to know how to redeem bottle depoaits. I was told I should go to a redemption center however no one else sells some of the products or sizes sold at the Dollar Tree and redemption centers at grocery or liquor stores will only accept cans that they sell. That associate however was very corteous.

Nancy is literally one of the rudest people. I'm a cashier and I'd never treat people the way she does, especially while representing my company. Everybody else there is sweet but this woman acts as if she's somehow better than her job and everyone around her.

You have a hateful associate that tries to run people over with equipment in the store two days in a row now. Then she got smart with me telling me I was at the wrong register, this is my register come over here! Screaming at me in front of customers. I told her she needed to find another job because her customer service is horrible! Then the other associate asked me where I was from, and I told her I was from Massachusetts now! And walked out the door. It was so upsetting I forgot my phone and went back in to get it and she said here and literally tossed the phone at me in a rude way. I will not be back in the store. Every time I am in the store I am treated rudely and obnoxiously

Everything is a $1.25 now. The store is a little cleaner than is was before but staff is scarce so don’t really expect any help. The store manager is very friendly. They don’t have wires for carts if that is important to you then you might want to bring your own wipes.

Darcy is always very helpful when I need to find something in the store. Today I needed peroxide and I couldn't find it so I just skipped it and I was in line and Darcy came over and saw that I didn't have any in my hand and brought me two bottles. Very thoughtful of her!

It was exceptional, the store was very well cleaned and stocked. The only minor issue was they need another person to work the other register. That is open and available, so they 2 cashier's that were workinf there today do not get overwhelmed.

Got a lot of good deals only went to get a box of small screw drivers to fix stereo, which I found . But also bought $12.00 worth of food, and $ 23.00 more dollars in taxable I would have paid alot more for at Walmart. So great deals..🙂

Great selection of items. My only complaint is the lack of registers open. Whenever I go here, there is always one register open and the person has two speeds: slow and stop. Then you always get someone who has to order like 20 balloons, holding up the line even longer.

Excellent store for things like greeting cards, gift bags, party decorations, cheap paint brushes, food storage containers, and like items.

I give it a 4 only because of the price and one lady that works there. Other than that you have to yell to the worker's to get any kind of service because they are either on a personal call or ignoring you wile your calling them and I'm polite not rude about even after being ignored just saying they need to step it up.

What a disaster this 10% coupon is. I just went to store# 1314 in Pittsfield,Ma at 9am when they opened although the website says they open at 8 am. Clerk Heather was loud, complaining and bossy. I spent about 30.00 and got TEN CENTS OFF ! C'mon. Even the manager was pssied at the clerk. I was told I have to bring in the store my 29 items, void the purchase and RE-RING it. You must be kidding. This hassle was for about a 3.00 discount. As a secret shopper today, I had to flunk the store. I also unlike the page. How about getting some associate that likes working there and knows what she is doing?

I've lived in many places in MA and have been to many Dollar Trees. Pittsfield is the worst. The selection is crummy, most of the time there are big gaps on shelves. Entire areas will be mostly empty. I don't know why they don't get merchandise in, or maybe they are just very slow getting it out on the floor. The workers have always been nice; it's a sad looking store. Chicopee, MA has a good one, and Liberty St, Springfield too. If you are out there anyway

Love this store and esp Tom!!! Only complaint is the FREEZER SECTION...BEEN WAITING FOR STRAWBERRYS FOR WEEKS..THERE IS NOTHING IN THE COOLERS...JUST A FEW ITEMS!! WHO EVER DOES THE ORDERING AND STOCKING NEEDS TO START DOING AN EVEN HALFASSED JOB...THAT WOULD BE A HUGE IMPROVEMENT COMPARED TO THE NON EFFORT THAT'S THE NORM NOW!!!!!
