Any discounts I should have gotten when I shopped there yesterday did NOT count for spending over $150 which would have been ONLY $5 off! Not an insentive to return to Big Lots ! Another complaint is the workers there are NOT friendly or nice to customers ...... Sincerely

This was my first time there. The store is nice, clean and bright. The one customer service representative I spoke to was friendly and polite. The one thing I was surprised about is how much less merchandise they carry now. But it is very easy to see why. It is so easy to navigate the store now.

You can get 10% off Mondays from 8-9 am. I used it for indoor exercise. A couple of rounds gave me .7 mile. Very friendly staff.

Went there today for the first time just for a pool and ended up grabbing a ton of other stuff. The store was clean and organized and the employees were helpful and polite. I usually don't do reviews but they earned it.

Convenient shopping from snacks to furniture. Not high end items but a more affordable way to shop but the quality isn’t there either. No refrigerated items.

A lot of really good stuff for decent prices. They now also have household furniture. Most of the clothes are priced too high for what your getting. Things that are on clearance are barely price cut. Sometimes the clearance items are damaged packages and are missing things. Your better off spending the 25¢ and grabbing a full package that won’t be leaking on the way home.

I went to this location to purchase a mattress. I ordered one online to pick up but it wasn’t in stock. Austin was super polite and helpful on the phone and in person. He had a few selections for me when I arrived and I was able to purchase a different mattress. Austin made the process extremely easy and was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back and recommend my friends to seek his help!

The new location and added inventory with the addition of a furniture section like the bigger stores in other towns is definitely an improvement from the previous location and inventory they previously had the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is that just as with their previous location an improvement in customer service is the only thing that remains to be improved in both the previous and new locations is something that they should really consider for the future.

Nice clean well lit and well stocked store. I hope they keep up on this new location and do not let it fall into disrepair and uncleanliness like the location they just moved from. The new layout is done well with things sorted into distinct areas and not just "thrown anywhere" as it seemed like was done in the old store.

Big, clean store with well stocked, wide aisles and numerous checkout registers. Good variety of merchandise at job lot prices. Everything from cupcakes to dining room tables to eat them on!

The new Pittsfield store does have a huge selection, and you're likely to find whatever it is you're looking for in the general housewares category. However, Big Lots seems to no longer have the competitive prices that they were once known for (the furniture department being a notable exception)

Moved into new renovated building. Off Dalton Ave. In Pttsfield, MA. Larger and more variety of home furnishings. Very clean and pricing seems competitive.

Was not pleased when I went in there went there to look around granted the store closed in a half an hour they were very pushy pushing customers out of the store not giving them a second to look at anything I was only in there for candy mind you but I did find my candy that I was looking for but overall the pushy employee was not cool
