I absolutely love Dr. Lindermuth and all of his staff. I can't recommend them enough, anytime someone's looking for a vet I always tell them to go here. They truly care about animals and will not rack up your bill with unnecessary charges/procedures like other places I've gone in the past. Would give them six stars if I could!!

We all love this vet. Both docs and staff are wonderful and caring. Love that it's open, my pup was very comfortable. The girl even offered to deliver my dogs medicine to my house. Country doctor but very yp to date and loving.

John was amazing, so were all the vet techs there. I was so stressed during the visit and worried for my Cat but John and his vet techs kept the conversation happy and straightforward. One kind woman (i forget her name) gave me a mini tour of the place and I met Hazel the pet piggy and gave her belly scratches. Thanks for being so kind and welcoming.

I don't even know where to start. Dr. John and his staff are absolutely amazing! I brought in a very sick 12 year old dog and they have gone above and beyond to help me in anyway possible also taking in account the price. They have a 24 hour staff and Dr. John lives on the property. My pup had a three night stay there with them and they kept me updated every step of the way. Upon returning home they told me to make sure and call them about his progress. The whole staff has been so friendly and caring. I brought him there because it was an emergency situation. I am so happy I did and will definitely be switching over to them on a permanent basis. This staff truly cares about your pets well being not just about your checkbook.

I contacted Preventive Veterinary Medicine Clinic just yesterday because my 5 month old puppy wasn't really walking on his hind leg, was in a lot of pain, and it had been about a week. My current vet told me they wouldn't be able to take me in for x-rays for 3 weeks.... This place is amazing. They took me in that day and were able to x-rays and an exam. I'm so thankful I called. They were so kind and generous. My puppy is already starting to feel much better and act like his normal self again. I'm extremely pleased with this place, and hoping my puppy can be a routine patient here. You can clearly tell they absolutely care about the animals!

Dr jon an his workers pet care takers are great.we love taken Cuddles their if we took her to lowell rd vet they would of just convinced us to put her down.Dr Jon made her comfortable an relaxed an understood how we felt he,s just dam great with cuddles even she enjoys the ride their an happy hanging watching the rd all the way.Thank you all so much !

Always an excellent experience with Dr. John and staff. Very caring. My cat was torn open and needed immediate surgery. He explained the risks. Saved me $$. A vet years ago wanted to do a physical on a dying cat before putting her down. She was 20 yrs old. Dr. John thinks first. No gouging!! ❤️

We got our first animal as adults a year ago which is our cat. We chose PVMC based on a friend’s recommendation and I’m glad we did. We now have 2 dogs to add to the mix and they have always been more than helpful with all of our animals. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. It’s clear they care for each animal. Whenever I have an issue with one of my pets, I am put in the schedule that day or the next which I have never found to be the case at other vets. They will get you in ASAP! I love all the animals they have too! It makes my dogs feel super relaxed when they come. I definitely recommend bringing any animal here as this truly is the best care my pets have received.

This is the best vet!! My dog Charlie actually gets excited to see Dr. John! They take great care of your pet and he has your pets best intentions at heart! I've bonded with Dr. John and feels more like family than a vet and I have referred so many people to him because of how amazing he is. They are the most friendliest people ever. They make you feel welcome they laugh with you they joke with you. They get to know you and your pet they treat your pet as if it was there own. It's a very comfortable environment. I trust them with my cat they are very honest. You feel the warmth when you walk right in the door. We've brought our dogs here for many years. Dr. John is very good at diagnosing the problems and treating them right the first time. He lives next to the office so is available evenings which is rare and wonderful. His assistants are excellent with handling the dogs, even our crazy American Eskimo Dog. The receptionists are professional and friendly.

I am new to Massachusetts and Pepperell and was very pleased with the quality of service provided at this business. Everyone who worked there is incredibly friendly and knowledge about animal care. Being new to the area I was unfamiliar with local problems such as Lyme and there were quick to inform me about it and ways I can protect my 2 year old dog from such problems. The vet was very kind, positive and outgoing. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be going back.

A professional animal hospital amid peaceful country setting. MD is a compassionate personal wise doctor. His assistants are wonderful as well. I shun medical care as a rule, and my dog Jax has basically been a healthy dog. He just had his first well visit check up in 8 years. And, he will return for regular check ups, as I have just found his doctor. 😍🐶

We have two dogs and took them to this clinic last week. Dr. Lindermuth is well trained, extremely knowledgeable, and uses a lot of common sense when partnering to make decisions. He is very practical in his approach and while he provides choices, he doesn't make you spend unnecessary money. His staff is outstanding, kind and efficient. I recommend this clinic without hesitation.

I would 100% recommend them to anyone they go above and beond for my dog. My dog was diagosed with nasal cancer and its been hard because she bleeds out her nose and they never make us feel like an annoyance or unwanted. DR. John knows my dog and us so well and honestly we all get excited to go see him its like he is family to us now ! there is NOONE better i can promise that! you will not be disappointed.

We had to euthanize our 14 year old dog Charlie one week ago. Dr. John and Dr. Caitlin were amazingly kind, patient, knowledgeable, supportive and attentive. We are so grateful to them for their care of Charlie as he was aging and for making our final moments with him so peaceful.

Dr. John goes so above and beyond anything you will ever experience with a vet. Our dear golden retriever Charlie came down with a mystery illness and he did everything he could to help us. He is kind, smart, and damn funny. I feel indebted to him for how well he has treated my dogs and my family. They don’t make vets like him anymore. If you live far away, it is worth it traveling to see him. He is a special man who is in the profession because he has a deep love for animals. He gets my highest recommendation. ❤️

Dr. L has taken care of our cats over the years with care since I was a toddler. When it was time for our beloved Carrot to leave us, he was gracious enough to perform a house call for us, and for any of you that have had to put a pet down, you would understand that it really meant the world to be able to have her at home for those last moments. I genuinely trust him with my animals and I am extremely protective over them, having grown up with them. Even though I have relocated to NH, I will still return to Pepperell for my cat's yearly checkup. Thank you!
