We love everyone at Pepperell vet!!! Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs. Dr. Boyce is fantastic, and everyone we’ve ever spoken to you can tell cares deeply for animals. My current dog is doing wonderful and Dr. Boyce and the team has been so accommodating helping us treat her current health issues. She has had 2 surgeries/dental procedures with Dr. Boyce and I know she is always in good hands! We used to live in Boston and the expenses here are always half of what they used to be. My family and I had to put our 15 year old dog down during Covid, which was heartbreaking for us all. They offered to have the medicine administered outside on the lawn behind the building. There was no rush felt and the staff showed great compassion for my dog, family and me. It was the most peaceful and great experience it could possibly be —truly what she deserved!

Usually a good place. They let us down today. My best friend had a stroke this morning. Called to try a get in. Was told they were too busy. I knew the outcome was not going to be good. Had to take my best friend elsewhere to help her cross over.I am very disappointed.

My family brought both our cat and dog to Pepperell Vet their entire lives but sadly we have since had to say goodbye to them both. On both occasions when making the difficult choice to say goodbye to our pets, we were so comforted by the respect and care that the staff had for us and our animals. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion and professionalism in a time where my family and I truly needed it. In addition to the great care both of our pets got their whole lives, that care truly lasted until the very end. I cannot think of a better place to trust with the care of your pets.

Wonderful employees and great care. The only thing I struggle with is the cost, but it is a sign of the times. I can get my dog diagnosed and surgery if needed in one or two weeks where last year it took me 4 months to get back surgery done under Medicare so I guess you get what you pay for. As we grow older our companion animals mean more to us, maybe a humane solution would be senior discount 10% over 65, 20% over 75 and 30% over 85. Anything would help us older people help keep the companions we love.

When we got our 3rd dog, we decided to switch to a local Vet, rather than drive 40 minutes to our old vet. The transition went smoothly and staff and doctors are fantastic. They are patient with our rescue dogs, knowledgeable and caring. Recently we had to say goodbye to one of our dogs and they helped us at every step. This means the world to us. Finally, I'm always impressed with the follow up call I get asking how my dog is doing - simply wow! Thank you Pepperell Veterinary Hospital!

This has been my vet since moving to the area years ago. They're just the best, having treated our cat and three dogs - ranging for small to extra large with warmth and compassion. There are separate entrances and waiting areas for cats v dogs, so a less stressful experience for your companion.They are well-priced and don't try to upsell - there's an element of budget realism as well. I've also noticed how well the staff interacts with customers and each other, which just makes for a great experience.

Bella has been going to the Pepperell Veterinary for the last 6 years. I have a lot of confidence with Vets Assistance and the Veterinarians they are friendly and conscious of their role in taking care of your fur baby. They will listen to all your questions and concerns and answer each and every one with a smile, they understand how much your fur baby means to you. I travel about 40 to 45 minutes to get there, and will continue (good weather only..lol) for as long as I can drive...🐶🐕💝

Last year they misdiagnosed our dog with an overactive thyroid while she actually had cancer. By the time they figured it out (months later) it was too late and we had no choice but to put her to sleep. They tried to get us to put her down outside, at night, in the freezing cold. We would not agree to those terms so they told us they would prepare a room for us inside. They wouldn't allow us to come in with the dog and said they would come get us when they got her set up. 15 minutes later they come out looking for us and bring us in a room where our dog was already heavily sedated and unresponsive. We were there for her final minutes but there has been nothing that has hurt my soul more than knowing my dog was looking for me/my family in her final moments and thought we abandoned her. She was our family's protector and my companion during the darkest times of the pandemic and I hope that nobody has to experience anything like that with their pets.

My pets have been clients at PVH for 25+ years and I do recommend them. However, yesterday, 1/10/20, was a little annoyed at the receptionist who sits toward the back of the building. I came through the door and was basically ignored for several seconds while she chatted with the vet tech who was in the file area. No smile or eye contact or 1 second finger in the air to greet me, she totally ignored me, while she laughed with him and typed on her computer. Finally, I asked, “Should I check in with you?” Then she looked over with a smirk and roll of her eyes (like I was interrupting her) and said, “I’ll check you in, you can have a seat.” So feeling a little put out I sat down and waited. When the vet tech called me a few minutes later, he called out “Patches” which is one of my cats, not my dog Macy, who I was with... she had checked me in without asking my name or dogs name or being welcoming. It bothered me. All that aside, Dr’s Flanagan and Berkowitz are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Maybe it was me but being a business owner myself, employees should quickly acknowledge customers coming through the door, even if they’re busy.
