This was Friday night 2/16/24.I go to this store often, but the two employees we're only tending to the drive thru window and not the counter.. I walked out in discust, employee we're ignorant!!!First time for me!

You know a place is good when the only bad reviews are from previous employees. If you have a bad experience at this location it's a fluke. I've been going here for years, my order is always right, food is always hot, and the staff is always friendly.Long lines at this location move much faster than those at most other locations I've frequented.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT PEPPERELL DUNKIN DONUTS! I love this store so much. The employees are so friendly and helpful. They are always on point with every order and on the rare occasion when something is wrong they fix it and keep it professional. The new building is gorgeous and the location is perfect.

Bought 2 frozen coffees noticed the price was off, they proceeded to run my card anyways, get over who I assume is the manager who says they were just rung in wrong, when I proceeded to mention the price difference she walked away. When the kid handed over the coffee I asked which one was the less sweet and the regular because they were marked the same. He said he didn’t know with an annoyed look on his face a d just stood there. I asked if he could find out he sighed and stormed off to do so. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

2nd time in a week they got my coffee wrong and I don't have time to go back- first was a small caramel ice latte with whole milk- no espresso they gave me a cup of milk for $4.60...then today a small ice caramel regular- no caramel in it. And the girl at the register was rude. (I worked at a DD and I believe you're supposed to help customers before the donut case, not ignore the customers... I asked after about 5 min, no other customers, and she snapped that is was coming...which it did eventually when someone else made it.)

overall, really great service. i recently stayed in Pepperell for 2 weeks and went there nearly every day. although the woman staffing the drive-thru on the weekend mornings was not very friendly or competent, the weekday staff were impressive (welcoming and friendly, even when my dog was barking insistently for her pup cup).

Drinks are never mixed like other dunks, sandwiches over done and burnt, donuts just thrown in bags with no napkins and a mess in the bag. Worst dunks ever, either needs new management to fix this or be taken down entirely.

Tyler is the man!!!!! I really appreciate your positive attitude and efforts for everything you do !! Super clean store. I visit for my afternoon coffee at the end of my shift several days a week. No matter what type of day I had good or bad you always have me cracking up laughing for my ride home. Thanks again man!!

Incompetent, slow, and bad service. I went in and a woman took my order. The machine was improperly working and broken for scanning barcodes. I was held up at the drive through for at least ten minutes with multiple people waiting behind me. The workers could not find a solution and refused to give me my merchandise even though it was a problem on their end. I ended up having to provide a solution as I am a fellow dunkin' crew member and know the work arounds when it comes to a faulty scanner.

On a very hot day, post bike ride I stopped in for a regular coffee and a donut. The space was quite cool which I appreciated. It was also clean though I don't obsess about that. My server Owen was pleasant and efficient. The coffee and donut were exactly right.

Well, I have reached a breaking point! I'm not the type to leave negative reviews, but they've literally gotten my order wrong all 8 times I have been there! Shame on me for continuing to go back I guess! Today was the worst though. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese with bacon on an everything bagel and a large ice coffee with cream and liquid sugar. I get to the window and they try handing me a hot coffee. They did quickly make an ice coffee for me, but when I got home it had NO sugar in it and the sandwich had NO sausage!! Might as well have thrown the $9 in the trash! I wish there was an option for 0 stars!

This place is very inconsistent. Sometimes the food and drinks are perfect, but most of the time they mess up one or the other, if not both. I paid for extra bacon, didn't get it, and the little they did put on was undercooked. The drinks were not good this time too as well as last time. With chains like this the product needs to be the same every time. It's wrong (and insulting) to assume that customers won't notice or care.

Well, for the fourth time I have had to return to pick up things that were not in the bag. Today I couldn't go back Today it was the cream cheese. So I'm in a different town with my daughters breakfast of toasted cinnamon bagel with butter on it and cream cheese on the side. I got a barely toasted bagel with four butter packets. Also watch out for the ice coffee to be fresh.

Ordered On-the-go at 7:19 am... arrived at drive thru for pickup at 7:31, got to window at 7:36.... They had me park and order finally came out at 7:46. I actually went inside to get the order and commented - almost 1-2 hour to get the order. The response we are busy, doing the best we can.....While, I can appreciate that they may be busy. That long for food is unacceptable and that comment was extremely patronizing!!!

This is the worst dunks. I have yet for them to get my order right, and it’s nothing confusing. Wish there was another dunks as close s this one. The iced coffee is ALWAYS burnt, and apparently it doesn’t matter how many times you tell them. I’ve gotten a bagel for my kids here a few times.. always ask for veggie cc on the side and always get plain on the side along with a glob of cream cheese on the bagel to hide the black from being burnt. I just don’t understand how one place, a new place at that, can mess up every single time. No sense in complaining anymore because the manager doesn’t fix the issue. Next steps district.

I’m not a coffee drinker but once in a while I like to get frozen matcha latte with almond milk. I asked for a frozen and got iced with chunks of matcha floating around. If I had seen this before I drove away I would of then returned it. Very disappointing!! And they are paid $15/hr and can’t even understand the difference between frozen and iced!? Give me a break!

Terrible experience, if I could give zero stars I would, this place is a nightmare, drive the extra 10-20 miles to get your dunkins anywhere besides here. They will consistently mess up your order, the drive-thru line and parking lot are terribly designed which causes unusual traffic. If they are getting supplies delivered they should just close the store because whoever drives the truck decides upon themselves to block the exit and forcibly tell everyone trying to exit the parking lot to sit and wait in the drive thru line which causes an unnecessary amount of traffic. Good luck to anyone that decides to visit this store during a truck delivery. Prepare yourself for an aggravating customer experience with some unprofessional people. Completely unacceptable customer service.

I could smell the hash browns from outside, so I had to stop at this Dunks and order some. Boy am I glad I did!! They cooked the hash browns perfectly and made my iced coffee exactly how I like it!

My order is French vanilla swirl with almond milk but yet every time i go to pepperell dunks i get 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 blend with French vanilla FLAVOR the flavoring is bitter and disgusting and nothing like the swirl. My friend got me a coffee and brought it to me i paid her $3 yeah wish she didn’t get it. This is getting to the point where i no longer want to order coffee from dunks

I ordered a french vanilla iced coffee, after i drove away i noticed there was no french vanilla flavor and no sugar. I went back and told them, they made me a new one that definitely had French vanilla in it but still no sugar it tastes awful

The eating area was large and we'll lit. But had mostly hard plastic furniture. There were only two or three soft chairs. There was no WiFi network.The drive-thru traffic line often traps cars that are parked next the building. So they cannot back out of their space.
