The groomer was uninterested in what I wanted for my dog. I specifically asked that he not be shaved. She said he'll be done in an hour and he was. He was shaved. Not a good experience for me or the dog. Now my dog, who's a sporting breed, has NO hair to keep him protected from the elements and it will take about 2 months for his hair to grow back.

Sarah is the absolute best groomer! My dog Hazel loves her and gets so excited each time she sees her. Sarah is such a loving and caring person and she does a great job with my dog's wiry coat. We would never go to anyone else but Sarah!

I live in Plymouth but I had just moved here and it was very difficult to get an appointment. I was able to find an appointment at the Pembroke Petco. The staff was very cordial and professional. I was very pleased with their service and my dog was extremely happy to get a bath and groom done. I will be using Petco services on a regular basis from now on!

Bailey has been going to Petco in Pembroke mass. The staff at the grooming services are amazing. They have all been working there for years. I cannot say enough about all of the girls that have taken care of Bailey. Love love love all of them!!!

My wife took our puppy, as I was sick. She spent 20 minutes explaining how she wanted her hair to be groomed. Apparently, whomever she spoke to, was not indeed the groomer or had gone off shift and didn't pass the info along. Our dog was shaved, pretty much as you would shave a poodle. She is NOT a poodle. We've heard horror stories like this and I figured we'd give the benefit of the doubt, but now, we are living it. I know it's hair and it grows back, but, at the end of the day, you pay for a service, explain how you would like it to be performed, as dogs, like people are all NOT the same. Then said service is not only not performed to our liking, it's just mailed in and performed in a very cookie cutter way and no good excuse/explanation given. You either need to invest in REAL groomers/train staff to specialize or get rid of the service altogether. We are never going to use it again, period. You're a big box store for pets and it shows.

This was Marty's first ever haircut. He's a rescue who we have had for 2weeks. A 7month old labradoor, golden mix. He was shaking all over when we arrived and when we picked him up he not only looked awesome he wanted to stay with Zak his groomer. We are very pleased!

I have a 10 pound Yorkie. The grooming was horrible. It was very uneven, her paws were not trimmed evenly, one is still bushy. Her ears and head are also uneven and they left long tufts under her chin.
