I have been ordering meds through animal pharm for my cat for over 2 years and they have been amazing! My meds are always shipped on time and customer service has always been exceptional. I’ve never received a delayed shipment. I can’t recommend them enough for compound meds if your pet needs it. Highly recommend!

This place is a GODSEND! I have had medications compounded here for years. The staff is amazing. They are very helpful and they have in their employ the coolest little ambassador, Mulligan. If you and your sometimes entourage are chasing your pet around the home trying to administer its medication or supplements only to have to wrestle it into submission once caught you are not finished. Now, you must administer the med/supplement. The pet has the opportunity to thwart your efforts. Often, they seize upon these windows of opportunity. With compounded meds from Animal Pharm, much of the chasing and wrestling is eliminated. Subsequent administration of the pet's med/supplement is easier because the drama is eliminated. It's much better for both parties involved. Draw desired dose in graduated eye-dropper, approach pet with snack and med, Squirt, and done. Gotta love it -- less drama.They have an awesome little greeter here -- an incredibly good-natured dog named Mulligan, whose picture Google maps refuses to let me upload. Should you want or need a pet's medication compounded and you should opt to pick it up rather than have it shipped, you will most assuredly meet this personable little dude.

Awesome service. I lost my receipts for my pet insurance and they were able to reprint and mail them to me for reimbursement.My cat is on life long medication for hypertension stemming from chronic renal disease. Animal Pharm has helped me to maintain a good quality of life for her by making her medications into a chicken flavored liquid.

I have a cat with multiple medical issues. Animal Pharm has been very helpful in adjusting medication texture (power, liquid, chewable, etc) an taste (tuna, chicken, you name it). They also remember my name and my cats' names, ask how they are doing. I feel good every time I visit their small office. They are a real small town treasure.

We had a prescription for antibiotics filled through them for our cat. We had arranged for the medication to be delivered, since we live in another part of the state. They charged my card, but no medication showed up. After a week of no medication, I called them to find out what had happened. I was informed that the medication had been delivered. The woman on the phone followed up with the driver and we were informed that the driver had dropped the medication off a week earlier at the completely wrong apartment. I confirmed with the woman on the phone that the information they had was the correct address. The only reason I'm ok giving this review one star is because the woman I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful in trying to remedy this situation. However, I find this completely unacceptable. The company has all contact information on hand, and I would have been more than happy to confirm the address and provide any sort of instruction to finding the correct door if they had just called the phone number I had provided.

Was given a price for a prescription, but credit card was charged a lot more than price given. WhenI called to inquire about this and try to straighten out , the tech who quoted original price lied and she never gave me that price, and owner then got on phone and immediately and yelled at/degraded me, told me I was stupid and “to go ahead and report them to whoever, I would just get laughed at”.Disgraceful way to treat customers, and from the owner of the business!!

My dog Moby turned 8 and one day he was limping.... I thought is was a sprain so I kept him off from running and jumping but when is continued I took him to Tufts in Walpole and they bent his leg and paw to check him and didn’t find anything unusual so more time past and I took him to have an exrray and $900.00 later , found nothing wrong. Carol from Pawsatively Natural ( no longer in business) told me to go next door to Animal Pharm and get the CBD oil. A week maybe not even , Moby was back to jumping in my car , jumping on my bed, chasing a ball with the chick it. Since then I have bought it for my friends dogs and shared the contact. They can’t thank me enough. Btw. I never write reviews. This is a true testament!!!I want to thank animal Pharm !! Thank you !!Brenda and Moby
