Monica groomed my two dogs Lucy who got a bath and nails trimmed was fine but never took care of the butt oil. Fifi went from a beautiful 8lb dog going in to a mistreated dog that had no cuts on her body to one nasty cut on her ear and nails bleeding. I would never go back there again to have my pet abused and never told of the cuts and bleeding. Please due your pets a favor and go anywhere else. Fifi is only 10months

My cat does not like many people but for some reason he has taken a liking to Monica he just lays there and let her do whatever she wants to. At first I thought she was holding him done in a certain spot to keep him from moving but after several visits with Monica I realized she not even holding him and my cat stays still. To this very day I am amazed at how my cat behaves around her when he is so mean and vicious to others

My experience with my dog's groomer, Shannon O, has always been exceptional!! She is professional, kind, and talented, and always does a great job on my dog Jazz. He is an anxious and quirky boy, but she is patient with him and gives him the time he needs. There is great communication about what I want, how Jazz behaved for his groom, and when he will be ready. I am always highly satisfied with this Petco grooming location!

Shannon is the best groomer and caring person we have ever had for our dog MacLoud.She is caring, kind, and able to listen to our expectations and deliver to the max. My baby, Bambi, needed her nails cut and she did not like man I used to take her to so we went to Petco. She was relaxed and allowed her nails to be cut. I feel that in time she will become more relaxed and happier with Petco staff doing her nails but also having baths and possibly other care done

Excellent cuts! My two pups were a mess. They're poodles and their hair was a tangled since the shop was closed due to Covid-19. The two groomers took their time with my dogs and cut them exactly as I asked. I was very pleased with their professionalism and skill. I would highly recommend Petco Peabody.

$15 self wash was great. 2 towels isn't enough for a 105 lb mixed breed though. Also it would be nice to have availability of waterproof aprons. Overall a good experience. Will use this more often now that I know how close to home it is.

The staff is wonderful Piper suffers from anxiety, he is afraid of people he is not familiar with, other dogs and noises. The staff at petco are wonderful with him Piper is excited every time we go in the doors. They are so caring and loving. Piper was pampered when we went in. He smells amazing and is so clean. Tried Petco groomers because my normal groomer went under due to covid. Was advised against going to Petco from friends and family but against the warning decided to give it a try. They turned my dog away because he growled while getting a blow dry. The other groomers said he didn’t like that but they knew how to comfort him during the process. Then upon meeting groomers, I could see that they just didn’t want to deal with a 70lb dog that was uncomfortable. Same dog who has never hurt a soul. Do yourself a favor and go to a locally owned shop. They will care.

I have been going to Petco for a long time with my dog Jack, Monica is his groomer she does a terrific job in very accommodating considering my dog can be difficult while nail cutting she has it down Pat she knows him very well !! I couldn't be more happy with the service and the people in the grooming area.
