After the Pandemic I needed a place to have my Chow groomed and discovered that many groomers won't take Chows. Pampered Pet had no problems and booked my dog. Despite her anxiety about noise and being separated from her owner my dog has taken well to her grooming at Pampered Pet. She loves her groomer Rose and is comfortable going with her which is high praise from Leia.They do a great job and Leia always looks great.

I have always brought our dog to some big chain store grooming and the first time I scheduled for a private practice, they had to cancel on us last minute. Fortunately, this place happened to have an opening and were able to take us in the same day. Kelly spent 2.5 hours grooming our dog and she came out so beautiful! No one has ever been able to do a clean cut around her face as well since she tends to get feisty when being groomed but Kelly was able to. We can tell they took their time to take care and groom our dog and it shows. Will be coming here from now on!

My brother brought his elder dog to be groomed at 8:00am- 6 hours later he hadn’t heard from them so he called to see if she was ready only to find out she wasn’t ready and had been locked up in a cage the entire 6 hours!! He immediately picked up the dog and will never bring her to this groomer again!

On July 14 around 8 am I was asked to drop off a dog at this location for grooming. My first time at this location, I went inside to confirm my appointment. To my surprise, I was greeted by a mean-spirited employee. I left the dog but I have a bad feeling that something bad was about to happen. I specifically told the lady please have the dog ready by 1 pm and call if there are any changes. I didn't receive a call for pick up so I went inside at 1 pm. The dog wasn't ready and they asked me to come back after 4. The dog feeding time is 4 and they are not sure if he will be ready at 4. Later found out that the groomer left the dog there and wasn't picking up the phone. If I have a choice to go there again, I will definitely say NO WAY.

Have been going to the pampered pet with all my pets for over 15 years. They are the best. They are loving caring and professional. Once called them on a Saturday early afternoon to see if they could do an emergency groom on a dog that I had just adopted from an animal hoarder. They did it with no issue what so ever. My dogs especially love Rosie.

Needed a groomer for my Ragdoll cat at the last minute. I'm very pleased they groom cats, a good deal of places only take dogs. I called to schedule for my two cats, she was able to get me in the time and day I had in mind. The price for the grooming and two cats' nails trimmed was better than I expected, as it's about the same you pay everywhere else. The groomer was done in a good amount of time and she even gave my Ragdoll a little cute blue bandanna!

A fantastic place. I have a senior dog with mobility issues and this place was willing to groom her and trim her nails, when so many weren't. They did a great job and were very gentle with my old girl. She seemed relaxed and comfy when I pocked her up, her coat was lovely and fluffy, and her claws were nicely trimmed. Their prices are also extremely reasonable! Please note that they take cards but ask for cash tips only.

Appointment was canceled when I was 5mins away from being there. I live at a distance so this was incredibly inconvenient with an already unhappy pet in the car. Won't be rescheduling.

They were the best! Very patient for 1st full groom of my nervous rough coated collie. She looked amazing when done and is now very calm with our daily home grooming! Her coat is still so very soft weeks after her pampering. I was so impressed, I brought my beautiful kind souled skittish shep/husky for some pampering and de-shedding. His coat is now so beautiful and soft. Great Job!! Highly recommend

My dad has been bringing his Maltese fur baby there for about 10 years & he always has had nothing but great things to say about the Groomers,everyone who works there, including the owner. His Regular Groomer is Carrie but he said all the Groomers are equally wonderful at their jobs. So when My fur baby Teddy's Regular Groomer of 6 yrs retired from pet grooming, My Dad recommended Pampered Pet. Now Teddy is the most friendliest, gentlest dog but when anyone other than his Regular Groomer Heidi tried to Groom him a few times when she was out sick, he would have anxiety, not want to come out of drying crate & snap when he had other Groomers I was told. Come to find out much later, Heidi told me the Groomer was the problem & they found out he was being ruff with some of the dogs making them upset & scared.. After that he got fired but I wasn't informed about it until years later or I would have choked his butt. I just thought Teddy was use to Heidi & didn't like other groomers. I'm telling you this story because after Heidi couldn't groom him anymore you can just imagine how difficult a job it was going to be to find a new Groomer that Teddy would be ok with. Well when I brought him in for his first appointment, he had Rose for his Groomer, & she did a Great Job & she said Teddy was fine. What a relief. He has very sensitive paws too, & they told me, don't worry, a lot if dogs do. He's had about 4 appoints. & he has been to Rose & Carrie is his Regular Groomer only because that's how it just worked out I want to try & keep him with 1-2 Groomers if possible, so the create a relationship. They not only do a Awesome Job, they are really great with Teddy. When I'm driving him to his appointment & we start getting close, he starts getting so excited,& when we arrive he's practically pulling me in there so excited & can't wait to see them! This place is the Best place to bring your Fur Baby .Dog & Cat. I Love my Teddy & a Feel very comfortable leaving him with them that he will be well taken care of, treated very well, kept safe & they really love there clients! 🐶❤️🐱 Thanks to Everyone at Pampered Pet!

I was unbelievably disappointed when I called to look into scheduling an appointment. The woman who answered was seemingly patronizing me for having questions, and then told me the first available appointment was two weeks out. Naturally, that required planning and discussion on our end; we are working people who need to coordinate a 9:00am drop off. Sorry, but that’s life. You chose your job. And then chose to hang up on us because you didn’t get a speedy response? We were ready to wait two weeks, but you didn’t have two minutes.Oh well. Your competitor got our business and I’m thankful we didn’t leave our furry friend in your impatient hands.Business tip: answer the phone with kindness. Or hire someone who will. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. they used to be a great business and we used to love them, but in the past couple of years, they have become rude, difficult to work with, and poor treatment of dogs. I brought my 11 year old golden here for a haircut 2 weeks ago, he was dropped off VERY FIRST at about 7 am. We called at 2pm and he still wasn't ready--and they refused to give us a timeframe- because they still hadn't started clearly! They left an old dog in a cage all day, he had a panic attack, came back with an all bloody beat up nose for the second visit in a row (probably trying to get out of the cage) nd he passed away the next day. We just got the autopsy and they said he died from a Stress related event that his old heart couldn't handle. Im obviously not blaming his old age on them, but if they cared about their customers and dogs, they would have noticed how stressed he was and maybe got to him before 8 hours ina cage. PLEASE DONT GO THERE, I'll be spreading the word in more ways.

My dogs are so afraid to step in there. I wish I knew what they did to them. They're lucky that I may never find out. Their cuts were incomplete and they'd forget simple things like trimming nails. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.
