Not many groomers work by appointment, my dog is in and out in 1 hour. That's wonderful, because my dog is nervous. Most groomers, you drop off the dog for several hours, that just makes them more stressed. I was so grateful to find All Paws Pet-Salon, for this reason specifically. It doesn't hurt that LaKeisha and Dina are extremely knowledgeable, professional and ethical. I know my dog is safe there, and that speaks volumes for this grooming business.

Today I had my second visit at All Paws, the groomer clearly cares very much about her craft and her patients. I was a wreck when I walked in. I know it's just a grooming but still I was anxious for my old kitty. They did a wonderful job with my boy a few months ago who needed a shave due to matted fur and of course they did a wonderful job today as well. So thankful for you guys. I cannot stand the thought of my pet being uncomfortable with matted fur but you guys erased all that fear. She is home now and happy!

I like this salon a lot. It's small and intimate. What I like about this particular salon is the one animal at a time, unlike other pet store salons that will take hours with your animal. I dont like the fact they cage your pet while working on others. Lakeisha as all paws owner works one on one with your pet. Dogs, cats and rabbits will be taken care of like her own. Her gentle dog is always there to greet your pet. Her appointments run a couple months ahead sometimes so book early, I book mine 3 months ahead as she is done every 5 weeks.

Took my old dog there for several appointments. She would lay down on floor and resist going in. I wish I had listened to my dog. Her actions have never happened at other groomers. It is an hour appointment so tried for convenience. But the groomer was not friendly to either my dog or me. With only an hour grooming leads me to believe she rushes through the time and cares little about animals and a lot about money. My dog never reacts badly at any groomers. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I wished I had listened to my dog.

First time grooming my cat ever and could not be more pleased with the outcome. He is a fluffy feline and had a section of his fur that was matted. They booked him an appointment promptly. Once there, greeted by the owner and her dog and both were very friendly. His lions mane is gorgeous as ever and he was in and out in 45 minutes.

We love it here. We have been bringing our anxious cockapoo here for many years and love the results (and the cute bandanas they provide!) Dina and LaKiesha do an amazing job and have been super accommodating to us. It is super important that they don’t crate our girl, which they don’t. Love that they are one on one with the dogs.

I love this place! After a very bad experience with our local PETCO, I had almost given up hope on finding a good groomer with reasonable prices and close to home for my Sal (Yorkie). Until I found All Paws! They do an awesome job on my Sal and he is very well taken care of while in their hands. They are very popular so I suggest making a few appointments ahead of time so you don't miss out. Absolutely love them and won't be looking anywhere else for services for Sal! :)

Extremely impressed with this salon, having been a former pet groomer it is hard for me to say that someone did 5 star work, but here, for my feline, I could not have expected better. I called last minute a day or two before Easter weekend, with an elderly cat that they had not groomed before, and they were able to fit her in that evening. They were accommodating, I told them what I wanted over the phone, and paid ahead - all so my husband could drop off quickly since he was watching our infant.My husband called right away telling me how cute our cat looked and how she was purring. They even sent her home with a toy! Will 100% be going back when it’s time for my kitties next trim!

I am sincerely grateful for everyone at All Paws for taking such wonderful care of my cat Freeway. Freeway has gorgeous long fluffy soft hair that makes him very sick (like needing to go to Tufts hospital sick)when he grooms. My vet advised me to have him religiously groomed! After reading every review on every groomer in the state of MA, cuz I am crazy in love with him and I'd die if he ever was hurt, I decided to give All Paws a try. They were so loving and gentle with Freeway and frankly me! He gets a great lion cut, his nails are nicely trimmed and they even clean his ears. When they put him back in the carrier, he gets all goofy chewing on and rubbing his face all over his new catnip bag. When I get home and unzip his carrier he bounces out just enough to say "hey I look and feel FABULOUS". All Paws keeps my cat healthy, they are caring and they offer a necessary service to animals that have illnesses that require grooming. I have learned just how necessary All Paws is and how much I appreciate them since COVID. Thank you All Paws...stay healthy and safe...Freeway needs you!

***In response to Dina's reply below (original review below):The fact that you fight back with every one of your clients' negative reviews and don't even have the humility to say "I apologize" or "I'm sorry that you felt that way" or "what can I do to improve my service" speaks to your bad customer service and character. That's the reason for my stress that day, Dina. I'd appreciate at the very least that you'd acknowledge my frustration instead of using this forum to insinuate that I must have other stressors if I didn't like the service provided. That there's no way it could have been you. You continue to convince me that there's no reason for ever coming back and to not recommend you to others.That day it was your choice to operate your business without the appropriate clearances from the state and you had the AUDACITY of asking me if I'd like to pay the $300 if I were seen picking up my dog at your place of business after you refused to return him to me at the location and time that we agreed upon.___I recommend All Paws for Lakeisha’s work. I give 5 stars to LaKeisha and her flexibility, politeness and AMAZING work! I’m always happy with the result when I pick up my pup. I’ve been going there for at least 4-5 years.HOWEVER, I chose “not recommend” and give 1 star to the receptionist, Dina. She is unbelievably rude and condescending. Unfortunately, as of today they’ve lost business with 2 family members and other friends who went there due to an incident that occurred today.So it’s your decision if it’s worth your time and energy to deal with Dina in order to get impeccable work done with LaKeisha.

The Lady who handles our pets is AWESOME!!! People don't appreciate what she does for are loved animals. We Appreciate you. And what a joke about you should answer the phone. Id rather have you take care of my Dog and get back on the phone within 24 hours is great. So stop your belly aching people and get a life. I left a message and you called me back within 12 hours a scheduled an appointment. Thank you

I just picked up my 2 ragdoll mix cats from their grooming appointment (only 2nd one in 5 years)and I am thrilled at how they look. They are both not very social to strangers and kind of scardy cats but they needed to be groomed. I was apprehensive but the woman assured me that they would only do what the cats would tolerate. The cats are currently playing around the house like any other day.Very professional and always with the best interest of your pets as top priority.

I'd just like to update my review of All Paws. We started coming here probably 6 or so years ago with our senior Beagle named Lilly which we rescued when she was just 2 years old. Lilly had extreme anxiety issues around people and dogs that she did not know which made it difficult to take her to be groomed especially at the big box stores like Petco and petsmart due to the amount of people and dogs that were there.Finding All Paws was a blessing due to the fact that they only take 1 pet in at a time and that pet is their sole focus. Lilly was always treated wonderfully and after Lilly crossed the rainbow bridge we received a very lovely card from All Paws expressing their condolences over Lilly's passing.We now have 3 Labrador Retrievers the oldest Kona being 5 years old who started going to All Paws with her big sister Lilly. Kona Leela and Remi absolutely adore LaKeisha and Dina and love their trips for their spa days.I wouldn't bring our girls to any other groomer.

I was very excited to make an appointment with them as I live right down the street. The person I spoke with was very rude as they said they don't take my kind of dog " poodles or any type of oodles." Just disappointing, if you don't take certain kind of dogs that's okay but please be more professional.

I am absolutely disgusted with the performance from this company. This is the utmost, unprofessional company I have seen. They can not handle getting a bad review, so they decided to call animal control on an attempt to “get back at us.” Animal control said it themselves, and they were here for about two minutes and saw the way we take care of our cats, and left. This place has the worst customer service skills, and they can not handle any kind of customer conflict, without acting like children.

I used to go to Petco for grooming for my teacup Maltese, but after working with All Paws Pet Salon I never returned to Petco. Her work is astonishing!

Barely deserves the one star. The customer service was horrible. She said our cats did not cooperate, which is one thing, but to be outright rude about it is a completely different thing. Not to mention that even though all of the agreed services were not performed, we still paid the full amount and even tipped them because it's the right thing to do. I wish this business did the "right thing" by actually treating me with dignity and respect instead of being rude and nasty about the situation. As a side note, we have purebread cats that have never stuck their claws out to anyone, including strangers, that have entered our home. I highly recommend you find another place to go.

I am only giving one star, because I cannot give 0. I called to have an appointment scheduled for getting my rabbit groomed. Dina informed me that nothing was available and that I would receive a call back when someone canceled. My roommate, the co-owner of our rabbit, was in an exchange with Dina via email, inquiring when our rabbit could be groomed. Dina was rude and accused my roommate of being rude and calling her (when the exchange was simply over email) being rude over the phone as well. When I called to voice my displeasure, Dina was rude and hung up on me. Unprofessional. Do not take your beloved pets here. I didn’t even have an appointment scheduled, and I can see why others are unhappy. What kind of business doesn’t even schedule future appointments? Bad business. Let me know if you need somewhere that grooms rabbits. Contrary to what they say, they’re not the only ones.
