To all truckers do not park here not even for food shopping as even the manager which I will add was very rude said he doesn't want business from truckers. That was out of his own mouth. Sad thing is Sam Walton would have never said that to a trucker as he even knew if it wasn't for us the economy would crash. And yes I know Sam Walton as I met him in person so I know as I met him in the store I worked at when I was in highschool. Shows how much Walmart has left the values that Sam Walton built Walmart on.

I went to Oxford walmart the day after Christmas. I didn't want to go, but my son made me lol. I didn't want to deal with crowds and miserable people rushing around for deals. I assumed the store would be a mess from all the shoppers looking for all the deals. Boy, was I wrong! This store was so clean and organized! All the clearance was neatly set up in the lawn and garden area. Every employee seemed happy and was polite. Even the bathrooms were nice and clean, nothing on the floors. I was so impressed. It takes me 40 minutes to get to this walmart, but idc from now on I'm going to this one instead of the one 10 min from my house. Congrats on having a great store, and thanks to the great staff!

Coach Brenda is amazing!!! She saved my family hundreds on a mattress purchase weeks before Christmas. She was courteous and very informative of the selection and sales. Can't thank her enough! Whole family had smiles on our faces while being with her. She is a definate asset for this location.

Went to get safty glasses , excellent selection and prices. The girl working was so nice and knowledgeable about insurances and how vouchers work from your work.

This is a huge Walmart. This is one of my favorites. Its always cleam and organized. It's a one stop shop. I stop here when I visit my mother who lives 1 and a half away from me. There are 3-4 Walmarts between are houses but this one is the best.

they never have anything i need and if they do they never have it for long not a single frozen bag of asparagus spears in the frozen food section ! they never order enough of anything! equate nasal spray they never have any

Well I went to the Oxford, MA. Walmart website to see their pharmacy hours of operation and it said they were open until 7 pm. I arrived at 1:30 pm. and the pharmacy was closed. There is no sign at the pharmacy counter stating why they were closed. Duh? I found out that the pharmacy closes for lunch from 1:30 to 2:00 pm. Which gives me plenty of time to write this glowing review. Also, when I called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready, the automated system said it was with no mention of them being closed for lunch. It is now 1:53 pm. Let’s see what time they open……………………..2:00 pm., no sign of anyone…………gate still closed……….gate opening 2:01 good job. Oh no, just realized I forgot my wallet and need to drive home to get it. Ha ha, just kidding, I have my wallet.😁

Well I've been visiting this Walmart between 8am and 9am lately due to me commuting to boston for work while living in southbridge ma. I come in the store and not many smile or actually greet me as a customer. I've always saw this one beautiful cashier name "Alysha" who would always smile and show great customer service. Today Nov 30th I was about to check out and I went to grab some other things. Heading to her line another cashier asked to ring me up and I told him I'm heading to my favorite Cashier. The amount of distraction discarded half eaten food found in different departments and theft is amazing. I live close to this one but will drive several towns over just to avoid it. Staff is nasty to the elderly that need help the place is disgusting always has trash stuffed in shelves.

This is a pretty large Walmart. The issue we had was the amount of people that were in the store. Every line was crowded. The guy who does greetings or the first person you run into was pretty rude. It was raining that day so he was angry about having the mop up rain water off of the carriages and the people bringing in the water. We spend allot of money either way.

It's Walmart, a store you love to hate. This is the least of the worst options in my area, as at least it usually remains stocked. My complaint used to be clearance not being clearance, but they seem to be randomly dropping products frequently, and giving me less reasons to shop there. It appears they're choosing quantity on best sellers on the shelf over selections, so if you don't like what everyone else likes, you're out of luck.

This store is so huge! Prices are fair and the food is fresh. I recommend going when they aren't super busy. A lot of employees were taking up aisles with bulky carts of overstock that they were trying to work to the shelves.Hands down one of my favorite places to just go look around in and find things for my home and hobbies as well as gifts and food.

Produce need attention, not sure where it comes from but anytime I get produce from here it's bad within days. Place is clean and for the most part we'll stocked. One thing tho with people doing more pick up orders now it seems around the beginning of the month, the place is empty when i go now. Maybe back stock better. At least during heavier times! Great people a few could have a better approach and smile more, not look like they are in hell, but over all its a great store. Pharmacy is efficient and the staff is Awesome. Never any problems there. I've used the tire place once and 5 stared that as well. Bakery and Deli are Great too.

Was checking out as an employee walked over & rated my shopping experience. Was going to give a 3 star for today's experience now its a one star.. what that employee did was sketch what if he was able to put a card skimming device in place quickly.. won't be shopping here again.

Out of all the Walmarts in this area, this particular one seems to have the least amount of chaos and disruption. The parking lot could use some work considering it is a terrible layout and in disrepair. The only really bad thing about this one is that the store manager thinks 10% reduction for a clearance item qualifies as ready for "clearance". Not falling for it, that's just a sale 😂. .

I have to admit that I’ve been super disappointed with the Walmart Supercenter in Oxford. The produce has gone down significantly for the last year or so. I’ve noticed there have been times when the shelves are not been stocked for days. The international section, more so the Goya section, is super small with less than desirable selection. I used to be able to find everything I needed but now not so much.

My kids came in tonight to use the coin star machine. At about $220 the machine broke (obviously not Walmart’s fault) and they had to get customer service. My kids were greeted by a very rude representative by the name of Lynn. She was scolding my kids about coins being jammed in the machine (not their fault) and about papers and rocks in the machine. We went through the thousands of coins before hand and didn’t notice any rocks in the containers. Mind you, my kids were cashing in their deceased grandfathers huge coin collection and were just trying to do something to get their minds off his passing. Do better Walmart.

Tried to buy a gift card. It was a bad one. Lady training the new kid at the register told me it went through. It did not. Went through the customer service desk. She ran it through again. Still no good. That’s 50 bucks I spent for nothing. She acted like it was my fault. She just says it will go back on your account. It has not. I think they are stealing gift cards. Calling corporate and reporting them. The new kid said it canceled. The woman training him said it went through. She lied. April 21,2023. Register 3 North Oxford MA. Customer service young lady had her name tag backwards.12:27 pm
