Just took husband to his favorite store for early holiday shopping. Of course The Home Depot had everything we needed and more. During the break we have lots of home improvements to make and now we have all of the tools and materials to get started!

Went to buy a small can of black paint. Old woman who works in paint scolded me that she can’t make the paint black. I asked about the black color offered by glider. She demanded she couldn’t with zero explanation. Very uncomfortable energy from her. I won’t get paint from there again.

Typical big box home improvement store, has a wide array of items. This store has everything you need for any home improvement project that you have in mind. Staff is friendly and store is neat and organized.

I enjoy (Oxfords) Home Depot very much. Not overwhelming busy. It does not have as great an inventory as Auburn, but the store has a better layout. And being less busy makes shopping more enjoyable. Matt

She went above and beyond to try to find this for me when she didn't think you had them in stock and then called me the next day when she found one and put it aside for me. Hi I just wanted to take a quick moment to give positive feedback for four employees of the Oxford Mass home Depot who are just heroes to me quite frankly!I am a loyal home Depot customer but also recently found myself very much in need of some help and I won't get into the specifics but my friends at home there those wonderful gentlemen no what the situation was and I simply needed help with a little bit of assembly for a few minutes and I have to tell you the store manager can and his three helpers Abdul Paul and Dave stepped up to the plate like nobody's business to help a customer in need and I would say more than just in need but a little bit of a desperate need for a little help honestly....I couldn't possibly say enough for Oxford Mass home Depot and their attitude toward customers and willingness to help one of their customers in need if it's within reason and it all possible especially if it's someone who's really really in need but I can tell they would be of course willing to help any customer who's in need!They stepped up to the plate to help me and they did it with kindness and without much fanfare at all with a sweet and kind smile on each of their faces!I know we all think of our service men and women and police officers and firefighters as heroes and well we should but I would like to take this opportunity to say not every hero necessarily wears a typical uniform (although they might actually wear a home Depot apron!!!)and if I might say so Home Depot should be extremely proud to be represented by people like this who are so hard working, polite, professional, courteous, kind and humble while all the while trying to be so helpful to any customer in need taking initiative and stepping up to the plate without much hesitation at all to help a customer in need! And mind you I had wanted to get there earlier that night to see if they might be able to help me but kept getting hindered by one thing after another so that I finally got there only about an hour or so before closing.In spite of that and I'm sure probably after a long day of hard work on their jobs they stepped up to help someone like me that they did not have to help. I was in tears when I got there and I was in tears of gratitude toward these four men when I left and even now do not have the words to thank either them or Home Depot not only as a loyal customer but as a human being. And so because of that all I can do is offer a simple but very deeply heartfelt thank you, soTHANK YOU PRECIOUS GENTLEMAN KEN (MANAGER),DAVE, PAUL AND ABDUL! I WILL NEVER FORGET THEIR SWEET KIND HARD WORKING HERO SMILES DURING SUCH A DIFFICULT TIME FOR ME NOR WILL I FORGET WHAT HOME DEPOT AND THEIR WONDERFUL STAND UPHERO EMPLOYEES DID TO HELP ME AS A CUSTOMER !!!I AM SO VERY GRATEFUL TO YOU AND TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE STILL PEOPLE LIKE THIS , THERE ARE STILL EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS AND THERE ARE STILL COMPANIES LIKE THIS IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!GOD BLESS YOU,LOYAL HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER,DME

Most items they will have in stock. If they sell the item but don't carry it in that location, you can usually get it delivered pretty quickly. They also offer a discount for military, current and veterans, year round.

Bought a tractor. It's going to be delivered today Got a text message that they are on their way, 3.5 hours later. Nothing. I call CS and they said that all those messages are computer generated. They mean absolutely nothing. My window for delivery is 14 hours. CS must hear this all the time, because their attitude 🙄 is TS. Don't like it, too bad. I waited 14 hours, I and got 4 emails saying that my delivery was on its way. Then finished with another email saying it hadn't even been loaded on the truck.

It was so packed. Customer service associate at lawn mowers wasn't even logged into his device so he couldn't check nearby store availability of a mower or ask for help without getting another employee. He was the only person who asked us if we needed help. Asked one other associate a question about doors and she wasn't knowledgeable at all, but yet she was sitting down at the door/window desk. There is something to be said about the difference between the orange home improvement store and the blue one. I always seem to have a better experience at Lowe's

Knowledgeable staff, helpful too. Prices for a polished penny but great quality overall on most products. Indoor plants always seem to be 50/50 but the rest are nice. Keep up the great work.

We Took 6 , 5 gallon buckets of paint to darken and the lady took the time to make up the color bc they couldn't pre colorized The paint was previously made. We found what we needed quickly. The associate was wonderful.

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I went to purchase a fridge and it turned into a disaster. The fridge we wanted was only available for the “sale price” online, which I thought was strange but I brushed it aside. We had Chris in the appliance section as the employee helping us out. First off he seemed miserable to be there, he was learning on the service table with his head on his arms facing the ground so he wasn’t talking to the ground not even us. He also told his in a discreet way that the fridge we wanted to purchase was not good. But then when we asked him why and/or what fridges are better he couldn’t tell us anything. Seemed like he didn’t know anything about the fridges/appliances he was trying to sell. We ended up just going with the fridge we originally planned on getting..So then he agreed to help us place the online order at the store. It seemed like every question we asked him irritated him, his answers were short and he just sounded miserable. He continually sighed, and had a really bad attitude when he did talk to us. Then he proceeded to NOT verify our address with us before placing the order. We were about to leave when I noticed on the computer screen that he put in the WRONG ADDRESS. If I did not catch this before leaving our fridge would be delivered to the wrong place. We just spent close to $3,000 and it would of gone to the wrong address because he was lazy and didn’t ask us to verify the address. Then he told us that the only way we could change our address was to cancel the order and re-do it. Well all credit cards have limits and we could not run another couple of thousand on the card..so we had to cancel the order completely and walk out of the store without a fridge. We will just do it ourselves online but now our delivery date will be pushed out and we will have to wait even longer for our appliance. Chris seemed to not care at all about his job or the customers he is helping. Because of his carelessness we have to wait even longer for our appliance and wait for our credit card charge to be removed. If he actually paid attention and didn’t act so miserable we wouldn’t have to go through this. Very annoying.

I was in the Oxford HD buying painting supplies. The woman at the paint desk was very helpful. However, I also needed paint rollers and white paint. In front of the paint cans was a display. I had to move the display in order to get to the paint. Then I walked over to get some paint rollers and there was a big yellow step ladder in the way. I was able to reach around it to get the rollers.Only the pro checkout line was open. I had to use the self check out because no other registers were open. This would not have been a problem if I only had a few items but I had over twenty five. To make matters worse, there were two employees manning the self check out. Why didn’t one of those employees open a register? Poor management! I should get a discount for the inconvenience of using a self checkout and doing your job for you, HD!This trip was very frustrating. I shouldn’t have to work this hard to pick up some supplies.
