A Great experience with North Oxford Mills! My daughter had a runner done which looked so great, we decided to do the same!We also re-did the stairs and landing up to the newly re-floored Man Cave! Very helpful and friendly folks in the store. We were able to find remnants that looked great and were priced so right!Once Install arrived, a great crew who you could tell were craftsmen at their trade! The new runner and stairs both look fabulous! The carpet on the stairs really compliments our new vinyl floor. My wife couldn't be Happier!!! Thank You North Oxford Mills!

We had a heating pipe burst in our home that did a lot of damage. We needed a very large quantity of matching quality carpet to cover 4 large bedrooms and a hallway. We also needed a rug for a large cedar closet in the cellar, which was also flooded. Even though we have insurance for the loss it doesn't cover everything, so we had to keep budget in mind. The sales team patiently worked with us and kept a constant eye out for something that could meet our needs and style preferences. We found products that were perfect for both areas. The installers arrived when scheduled, did high-quality work and left our home clean and put back together. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Yes, the building and facility is old and perhaps ugly. That said, Rob and his staff are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, direct and to the point. They don't attempt to waste the customers time, up-selling and adding in superfluous products and services that us consumers probably don't want. His contracted installers are exceptional. To date NOM has installed carpeting in 5 rooms in my home. They have also done an extensive commercial installation at my wife's business in Worcester. We replaced the carpets throughout our home and did an exhaustive search for the best value - from the moment we called all the way through processing our payment for their services the entire team at North Oxford Mills was exceptional to work with. It was clear Bernie knows carpeting and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. Mike and Brendan were exceptional with the installation, kept us informed as to what they were doing and delivered on what they said they would do. I hate to say this...but even making payment for the transaction was enjoyable or at least as enjoyable as doing that can be. If you are considering new carpeting...you won't go wrong working with the team from North Oxford Mills!
