Bigger on the inside! Considerably pricier than big box grocery store, but WILDLY CONVENIENT. Fancy’s Market is a downtown-walkable “goodies & groceries” hub. We got a big scoop of fresh local cranberries (Week of Thanksgiving), ice cream, plus onions and peppers to go with tonight’s dinner sausages. The quaint exterior hides surprisingly large back room where canned goods, cookies, marshmallows and more are in stock.

Ok, been going here for years..Their egg salad is so good, expensive had small container still 6.50. He had Tom's Treat sandwich, 11.99, turkey- hardly, stuffing was cold, cranberry sauce good but a small hero for that price. Coffee was ok, very expensive fresh chicken, etc.

Full time local to CC and been coming to Fancies for their quality food for 20+ years.In recent times customer service has gone to the wayside for the worst.Deli was short food because the person that makes Chicken Salad “left early”.Second attempt on a different week Deli closed at 3PM. Mind you there were three staff behind the deli counter and kindly asked for Chicken Salad. Received, “sorry there is already plastic wrap over the salad”.Terrible customer service and I would expect better for a local store. What a shame, no longer will recommend to tourists.

I love this little village market they always seem to have what I want and always fresh. They also make some of the best sandwiches and the coffee is great. The staff is amazing, kind and helpful. since I go there for coffee most mornings, i have witnessed them dealing with some super entitled, demanding customers and they are still kind. The prepared foods are delicious, and their wine selection is perfect.

Today was our first trip and we now know it's not our last! The three of us ordered sandwiches for lunch and we weren't disappointed. I also was introduced to Red who was very helpful with assisting me with a gift card question.

I like this market alot. They practice great safety protocols and I appreciate that. Their prepared foods are amazing including their desserts and breads. They have a little bit of everything when you don't want to go to the megastores. It's fun to see what they have and they listen to suggestions. Parking is limited on the street but you can park in back. Great deli but call ahead.

This place has everything you need for any meal. Also a great beer and wine selection. The meats are quality and the burgers are fantastic. They have plenty of options for the grill. Lot's of marinated meats and pre-made burgers, etc. Deli is great for lunch.Prices are not what you would expect for a small market. Everything is reasonable and competitive with local stores. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Well supplied overall market, reminds me of small village family shop that has almost everything, simply ask!! Well laid out aisles, smooth walk thru & checkout (even in Sept 2020), very comfortable/knowledgeable! Friendly other shoppers/assist with my search,since few minutes before Sun close time

I ordered appetizers ( fresh fruit platter; mediterranean platter: grilled tequilla shrimp platter and vegetable spring rolls ) and multiple entrees for 16 people for my husband's birthday party in Sept 2017 in Barnstable. All was delicious. I spoke with Grant multiple times about this order as I wanted to make sure that everything was perfect for this event. He was always patient with my calls and did everything the way I wanted it. I highly recommend Fancy's Market for catered events .

The butcher shop at Fancy's is one of the best on the Cape. Produce is fresh and the groceries tend to trend to the Dean & DeLuca end of the spectrum. Parking is tight but check out is fast so the place is great for quick stops.

Step back in time in charming Osterville at Fancy's Market. Even with Covid, they have taken every precaution to keep their loyal customer base safe and healthy. Love that they will run items out to your car if you need them to. Fancy's truly shows the COMMUNITY that Osterville is!

Unbelievably rude girl, ...locked the door in my face at 4:59. I shop ther almost everyday, asked for chicken... closed at 5;00. Nice personal experience NOT!

Arrived just as they were closing up and wouldn’t hold off for a few seconds so we could get milk! Such rude service. We will avoid shopping here.

Fancy's has excellent meat, especially the lamb. Lamb patties are just right
