Nicole at the deli was all alone with 6 customers in line. Her professional demeanor and positive attitude made sure each customer was happy and satisfied.She truly epitomizes customer service.

I shop here at least 2-3 times per week usually right before close. Lorna is the best employee/checkout person/customer service person I've ever dealt with and I'm lucky to run into her almost everytime I shop.

Stop and Shop of Orleans has improved their sushi tremendously the past year. Ngun is so polite and makes great sushi with great tasting ingredients. I WAS going elsewhere for sushi but I’ve changed that because of the quality of product they’re putting out, not to mention the great customer service.

I'm a Stop and Shop girl through and through, and wanted to love this place but don't. It's super clean and they have all the same cheap organic stuff you can get at any other S&S... But why no self-checkout? Especially when employees seem more interested in themselves than in helping you...

I went into this Stop & Shop early on a Friday morning. I just needed to pick up a couple of things that were on sale, according to the weekly flyer. The sales tags weren’t up yet (since it was early in the day and they hadn’t gotten around to it yet), so I was trying to figure out if a certain item was the one that was on sale. An employee was there and, without me even asking, went above and beyond to make sure I was buying the item that I wanted. She was so friendly and helpful. Then I went to the meat section and looked at the ground turkey that was listed on sale, and another employee made sure that I was getting the correct one..again, without me even asking! I was really impressed with the friendliness and customer service in this store.One minor complaint (thus the 4 stars): the new policy is you have to buy paper bags for $.10 each, and I had to buy one when I forgot my own bag. It ripped when I brought it to the car, and it wasn’t even heavy.

I’ve always loved shopping here until this Sunday night i was casually shopping when i realized this employee kept watching me ignored it because i was like whatever (i don’t even have a criminal record) but she kept watching me which obviously seems like she was looking to see if i’d steal anything, i finished shopping and was in the self checkout when i entered the wrong kind of peppers so the machine called for assistance then she came up and i was trying to explain what happened she instantly cut me me off three times and i was like that’s really disrespectful she was like “well sorry you feel that way” harsh tone That made me feel targeted by Trina that was her name.

I was a loyal stop N shop patron but the price$ are clearly in the gouging arena. In addition the produce is absolutely horrendous. It's obvious to me they have compromised quality/ for there own ....greed, I will guess. No more meat cutters, terrible quality meats. My opinion is formed from shopping at Shaw's & taking the trip to Market Basket by the bridge....yes it's worth the ride- I do plan inorder to maximize my travels. The only reason I've given 2 Stars is due to the pharmacy and the pharmacist Adam who along with staff is stellar, so Thank You to them & shame on you stop N shop. No more

Every Stop and Shop I have visited is poor at best. The deli meats don’t last. They overcharge, keep poor hours, and have put every mom and pop pharmacy out of business. I would recommend avoiding stop and shop at all costs.

Specifically just wanted to leave a review about my experience at the pharmacy - the pharmacists have been so helpful to me. I have a medication I have to refill every 30 days that cannot be prescribed with a refill because it is a controlled substance. The pharmacy team has helped me navigate my insurance, spoken to my doctor's office to make sure he wrote my prescription correctly so my insurance would cover my medication, determined if I was getting the right brand of generic (which in my case, makes a big difference) and have always been friendly and kind. I really appreciate it. I would happily take a survey and say nice things about them, but I couldn't find one on the company website!! Thank you all very much.

There was no one to service the self-checkout lines, which were the only ones open and glitch any time you breath near them. My 'on sale' items wouldn't scan without an employee code, and while I could have rung in the rest of my groceries in the time that it took for someone to come and fix the problem, the whole system was frozen. So I had to stand there and ring for assistance multiple times while my ice cream melted.The woman who helped me was extremely nice, unfortunately my patience had run out by this point. She had to return a second time, which was really fun for both of us, because the scale couldn't sense the item that I placed on it due to its near weightlessness.The icing on the cake was that after walking the length of the store to the door nearest to my Jeep, I was told I would not be able to use that exit and was redirected to walk back the way I came. Great place, making your customers walk an extra few football fields in the dark to get to their vehicle. Glad the store wasn't on fire since the main exit was inaccessible.I think I need a break from Stop and Shop. I can do better.

I am very lucky to have this beautiful and clean Stop &Shop in my area. Lot’s of stuff on the shelfs, also different variety of international spices and ingredients! Every department works hard to satisfy their customers.Big thanks for the deli department’s workers (special to the the older guy who is always so helpful and polite ) My favorite is the seafood department because the guy who makes the sushi is the BEST !! He deserves to have a jar for the tips! Last week we missed his sushi ,it just didn’t taste the same with the new replacement guy. Customer service is 5 stars! The cashiers are nice too! On the product department ,Steve is the only one who helps me. Starbucks is awesome and I can’t wait for the holiday chestnut coffee!Thank you Stop &Shop ,every time I leave the store satisfied!

This is where you stop and then you shop. It's a grocery store with everything: lobsters, cheese, fresh produce and spices for example. I spent some time lingering over the cheese lifestyle section and found lots of cheeses, especially cow and goat.While you're shopping, you might even make a friend. One dude was very interested in my spice choices and seemed very impressed with my lamb shank dinner ambitions. Someone else mistook me for an employee but soon realized he was barking up the wrong tree when I demonstrated my complete lack of knowledge of where anything is located. Even a simple shopping trip can become a fun filled adventure here!

Visited the area for a family trip and Stop & Shop met all our needs, really can't go wrong. They also had an amazing discount area. I was able to buy febreeze spray for up to 85% off regular retail price.

This is by far THE WORST Stop & Shop I have ever been to and worked for. My first two months there no one was nice or helpful, I came from a store where I was getting more than 30 hours then going to a store that would only give me 11 for a whole week. I started getting nothing and they decided to lie and put pto on my schedule when I never asked for time off, then they tried to say I quit and never told them but that isn’t the truth. I will never go back to any Stop & Shop let alone work for a company who lies to their employees and makes them feel like they’re less than.

Just your average Stop & Shop, well stocked and ready to feed us. Quick and easy off of the rotary. I suggest you shop here before heading down Cape. Much better produce and more inventory.

A very busy store with a lot of product turnover so you know everything is fresh. They have a hot bar and a good seafood and meat counter and a Starbucks in there too. I feel that Stop & Shop does a well-above-average job on handling produce and meats and making sure codes are up-to-date. Where as many other Grocers are extremely lacking on these issues and are fined regularly for it

The self checkout cashier attendants are EXTREMELY unpleasant and rude. If I'm going to do their job they should be a lot more pleasant and have a smile on their face.

Lots of options. Well organized aisles. Love using the self check-out although being audited (i understand the need) is a bit insulting and can be time consuming if the 1 person working the area is busy. Love that instead of waiting at the deli I can place my order at the kiosk and will get a text and be alerted by the p.a. (loudspeaker) when my order is ready. Great deals. Store brand foods are good quality. Random items out of stock and been thay way for awhile (supply chain issues?) Prices have all gone up but not nearly as much as Provincetown Stop&Shop has

Not impressed with the redesign. It was so much easier when the organic and gluten free sections had designated isles. Now it is a mess, all over the store, cannot find what I need, and we no longer go there for this reason. Much easier and worth the extra trip to go to exit 11 Stop and Shop where the organic and gluten free sections are together.

I am at Stop & Shop all the time and this one is by far the best! Living on the Outer Cape for over 40 yrs, I guess you could say I am bias. Nevertheless, while renovating our house we are staying in Dennis and I still drive all the way to Orleans at every chance I can to come to the Orleans Stop & Shop. In all the years I've been going there I have only run into one cranky staff member and I'd like to think she was just having a bad day, as we all do sometimes. Everyone else is great. They have the best selection of products out of any other Stop & Shop, in my opinion and the store is SO clean!

Very large and clean store with plenty of employees to help. Fresh seafood selection and large produce section. They have everything you need and I'd choose this store over Shaw's when given the choice. It can get really busy so choose your time wisely. There is a large self scan section which I like to use with smaller trips. Pharmacy section is also extensive.
