Like beaming back to a time when store personnel weren't on TikTok or staring into a smartphone. Plenty of parking too! Yes to Baskin's!

Went in to repair a split pipe and cartridge on an outdoor shower and the staff was dead on in telling me what i needed...I thought I knew what I needed but they steered me in a less stressful,more efficient direction with the repair. This is why places like ACE will differentiate themselves from large box stores . Real people that know their stuff, know the areas that they work and that are patient with the customer in giving solid advice.

So nice!!! I went in 5 minutes before closing and although everyone was carrying things in getting ready to close, someone took the time to help me find a kind of pain in the butt item. This silly item is only valued at 75 cents, but it didn’t matter, they kindly helped me and were not rushing me out or annoyed. This truly is the place for the helpful hardware man! Thank you!

This is really an incredible hardware store! The staff is super helpful and they carry an extensive range of products. I've been able to find things here that I was unable to find at other local hardware stores. Will definitely be back here again soon and looking forward to it

Have to say that I really appreciate the customer service at Baskin’s Ace Hardware. I recently moved to Orleans and have been in the shop a lot! I have gotten great paint advice, great help with finding the right tool and, on a couple of occasions, no questions asked replacement of a defective product. There is a real family vibe in the store. I grew up in my own dad’s auto parts store and I appreciate seeing their kids learning the trade. Thank you Baskin’s for helping me get settled in town. You have earned my loyalty as a customer.

Went in a bought a chain saw. Jim was great help and walked me thru everything I needed to know. He was great and so helpful. I was worried about buying one but after talking to Jim I was comfortable and cutting wood in no time. Thank you!!!!

Sean was so incredibly helpful to me! I am a woman that is clearly not comfortable or familiar about Interior painting?! Sean was so patient and nice to me and told me everything was gonna be OK. He even encouraged me that it won’t be that bad and I can do it. I really appreciated the kind words in my emotional state at that moment Lol. Also he was very nice to grab all the items that I needed before hand to save me any further frustration with looking for items I was not familiar with. Thanks again Sean! This is a great "old school" hardware store. The staff is unfailingly helpful and polite. The space is tight but impeccably maintained: great selection, well-merchandised in a clean, uncluttered space.
