Love Agway for its pet products and gardening supplies! They are very welcoming of humans and dogs alike, and have particularly nice greenery at the Christmas season (go early!). I also like their plantable herbs and bulb selection.

Agway has any and all the birding and yard supplies that one needs on the Cape. From seed to feeders to soils, fertilizers and garden ornaments, Agway has it all! In the fall, they have a wonderful selection of pumpkins and dried stalks for decorating your yard. Inside, there is a whole display of seeds for planting and the usual plus the unusual bulbs for fall planting. The nursery center is AMAZING! Come spring and summer, the joint is jumping with annuals, perennials, shrubs amd trees. Truly, the gardener's paradise!

What just happened? I went to Agway today for a harness for my puppy, Scout. After a rough drive with a long wait at the scene of an accident, when I took her out of the crate she was covered in vomit. I brought her into the store to ask for paper towels, and not only got paper towels, but also a trash bag, a hose to wash her off with, a full watering can to bring to my car to clean out the crate, and help getting it all done! Thanks so much to Anna for her TLC for my pup and for making my day so much easier! You won a loyal customer today! I found lots of pet product choices and got everything I needed, in addition to something I forgot that I needed. Wow, super staff!

Agway of Orleans is hands down my favorite place to stock up on pet supplies, lawn, garden, and anything agricultural. A wide variety of quality products to suit my needs. Love the selection in the greenhouse!But more importantly, it’s the employees who make the customer experience most enjoyable. They share a love for animals and gardening and truly believe in the products they offer. Knowledgeable and friendly! Hands down the best! I recommend to family and friends!

Hands down, my favorite retail store in Orleans. Quality and varied product, knowledgeable staff, 2 buildings full of gardening and pet needs. I’ve been buying here for years! Kudos to Jan and Kristin, very helpful and personable staff members—-really, all the staff is great! And Agway is a committed partner with the community. What more can you ask?

The staff at the Orleans Agway always go above and beyond to help me locate the appropriate product to treat a problem with our shrubs or lawn. What impresses me most is their honesty with their recommendations. The customer needs comes first rather than the "sale". I know this because on occasion they have suggested that I could find a more appropriate product on line. Good informed customer service is so hard to find these days and I credit management and training for making shopping at Agway a pleasant experience.HB from Orleans.

I've been a customer of Agway Orleans for many years. I appreciate dealing with knowledgable, appreciative and cordial representatives and don't mind paying for this service level.Today I went into the store to get information and purchase flower bulbs. Their was an employee stocking a rack and I waited for her notice me as I didn't want to interrupt her. When sg=he finally turned to me I asked a question about the location of the bulbs and her curt reply was "there right in front of your nose when you walk in". I went over to the bulbs and had a another question which I asked the person at the register. Her answer was "I don't know".I don't expect that they know all the answers, but I do expect a more courteous interaction. I walked out of the store without purchasing the bulbs and decided that I can get better service at or any lawn and garden store in the area.

Agway Orleans is my go to garden and pet center. They have an extensive selection of pet products, a great plant selection and the customer service is beyond awesome! I am always greeted with a smile and the store is very clean and organized. Highly recommend!

Agway of Orleans is such a wonderful store for so many reasons. They have a kind and friendly staff. The store is always clean. I’m always blown away with how much they give back to our community of Orleans. And when I ask for help instead of pointing where it might be they come out from behind the counter and walk with me and show me exactly where it is that’s pretty good stuff! I’m so looking forward to Christmas at your store can’t wait to get my lucky dog picture with Santa and of course my Christmas tree as usual !!!

Two locations, next door to each other. One is mainly pet supplies and architectural stuff. The other is a plant nursery. Both are well stocked at competitive prices. The customer service is very good and there is a customer loyalty program. Two other locations ,,, Dennis and Chatham.

Very helpful and friendly people who have all your gardening, yard, and Pet Supply items that you need all year round. With prices that are generally good compared to even online stores.And don't forget about wild birds and 🐦 food. Also I think they have stuff for aquariums and small pets like guinea pigs or rabbits.

I recently had an emergency situation with my Pet came up, I needed a new pet carrier for my cat as soon as possible. Though I wasn't able to get the style I needed here, I was helped out and pointed in the right direction(to the Chatham location) by a very nice sales rep. Thanks for the help!

I love coming here (during the growing season I’ve been known to come more than once a day 😊). From helping with critter control for the chipmunks living in my car to which plants will work in my garden, the staff is always courteous, knowledgeable (and have a great sense of humor). What a great place for procrastinating gardeners today at Agway !♡♡ in Orleans ....40% off all shrubs and trees became 50% off !I got so excited , ....when I came to pick up the 3 shrubs I bought on Weds, I forgot I wasn't driving my usual big rig, and bought a magnificent sourwood tree.And that marvelous crew at Agway managed to fit them all in my little red loaner .

While I enjoy shopping at Agway for my animals and landscaping needs I have to say I am very disappointed with their staff. While I was out at a local establishment enjoying my meal I was seated next to Agway employees all wearing their Agway shirts and sweatshirts. I was very upset with their disparaging remarks about the Brewster Animal Shelter. They were making very negative comments about the shelter were I have rescued all of my animals. This makes me not want to support a business that puts down a local shelter that gives you a coupon when you adopt a pet to shop at Agway.

Workers doing great job under stressful conditions. Hoping people they work for dont forget them when better times return .And they will. Place has always had great vibe. Been going there over 30 years. I remember the old days with RONNIE he is gone but not forgotten. Not sure if its locally owned or big company but they have always had a knack of hiring great people.
