Mt Tully Kennels is a well stocked, LOCAL business. The workers there were extremely conscientious and considerate; they even carried the large bag of dog food out and placed it in my car for me!

They took excellent care of my two dogs. Can be more expensive than a service like a Rover but you definitely get what you pay for here. They do charge extra for medication administration and for additional walks but they are definitely worth every penny. The staff are extremely kind, knowledgeable and understanding. My dogs came back very happy and thriving. I even was able to add on a grooming service when i dropped them off which was done during their stay. Will definitely be using this place again for future boarding needs.

This pet shop has been owned by the same family for many years. I have never had a complaint about any purchase. The dog boarding is great. And the grooming is exceptional. Worth the trip up there.

It was surprisingly clean inside and didn't smell bad. Nice staff. The entrance wasn't marked and there are a few doors so that's not too inviting. Lots of toys and treats for your dog. It is a stay kennel so, lots of scared, anxious dogs doing what they do but all in all it was a good place. We'll use them again next time we need a safe place for our dog when we go away.

We dropped off our Siberian husky off there for a week while we were on holiday. He seems like he loved it. We had him in the doggy daycare a few times before we left him. When we mentioned it he gets all excited to go. The staff there is excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. They also have all kinds of pet supplies small mammals and fish and supplies. Highly recommend them. we will be using their service in the future I'm sure. thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great facilities. Owners are superb at giving our dogs whatever is needed during their stay. Mt. Tully Kennels always answered our phone calls to check on our pets status while our dogs were in their care. Our two dogs Jake & Bella are never hesitant to walk through their doors unlike our past experiences at another kennel. Not to mention that our dogs came out as clean as they were as when we checked them in. Thanks!

Excellent service. There is not a big selection because the store is small, but they will order anything for you. They have a large variety of fish, dog food, cat food, mice, and toys. They also offer boarding. Check them out instead of purchasing from a chain store. You will be impressed.

THE Best pet center in New England! (really anywhere in my opinion!) Steve and Teresa,, the owners, are the most attentive and friendly people, They are Very knowledgeable and they're the type of people that want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I speak from experience too, my husband and I have been customer/friends for over 25 years!! Do yourself a favor and avoid disappointment, shop here first!

They are so unprofessional and they do not know how to groom, even after given SPECIFIC instructions! They charge too much and are extremely rude. I stood there for 15 minutes and was totally ignored. Already found somewhere else to go!!

Great pet store with competitive pricing for the area. Nice selection of fish, they have crickets for feeding reptiles/amphibians and have oxbow food for small mammals. All things I need but have trouble finding nearby.

Just started going here for dog training. They sell my dogs’ food. My horse’s food and the staff is so friendly! The owner is very nice! The training classes are really great! We love it there!

Arrived for our grooming appointment, only to be told the groomer was having "car trouble" and would be late....not a problem...next, she calls and says she's NOT COMING!!!! I mean, nobody could call us and give us a heads up!!?? One can't help but wonder if because we were new clients and the only one booked, we just weren't blown off. The problem is, this was an urgent appointment. My Boyfriend's Mom was having a Christmas party that day, and wanted her to smell nice. We had to scramble and call around.... another very nice Groomer in Orange set us up with a Groomer in Greenfield who could help us immediately. Thank God for good people and we weren't left high and dry!!!! Would NEVER go back to Tully for grooming!!! 😡😡

The girls that work there are a perfect example of how customer service should be! Mikayla goes above and beyond. She really knows and seems to love her job. She has a vast knowledge about all the pets they carry in store. I have honestly learned so much from her. She is commited to providing a good customer experiance. I'm a pretty regular customer now because of her! All of the girls are very nice, just feel that Mikayla deserves extra recognition, for the extra that she gives to her job and her customers!

Absolutely love this place. As an animal lover....I dont want to have to travel all the way to fitchburg for Petco which is overpriced and the staff is uneducated. Mt Tully kennels allows young people to work and learn and the staff they have is very well educated and polite and if they dont know something they always do their research and look for answers. Love it.
