Got a full detailing and it soared well beyond my expectations. The car looked newer than when I bought it from the dealership, the rims had built up brake dust that I was convinced I’d never get off they cleaned spotless! I was not expecting the level of detail and work they would put in, even the creases between the door and it’s rubber parts were wiped clean! They even bagged and boxed anything lose I had in the car for me! Phenomenal job and will absolutely be coming back when my car needs detailing again!

The rinse jet stream was not powerful enough to rinse the FMX mud van properly in a timely manner lolAfter your prompt and kind offer, you can keep the extra $13.50 now as a Tip!Original Post-Stopped the self service machine at $6.50. I was charged 20 dollars on my card. The pressure is not good for the rinse and did not work well.

Highly recommend. Wayne went above and beyond waxing and buffing my car. He even took the time to get a couple stains out of my seats and vacuumed the inside of my car when he was only gonna be doing the outside of it. Very hard, efficient worker.

I did the deluxe touchless car wash this morning. I wasn’t happy when I got home and seen all the pollen still on my car. For $22 I was expecting the pollen to be removed. Also there were no trash barrels to clean out my car.

10/10 would recommend. Has everything from foam to high pressure waxing. The water used in the self service wash is hot and the high pressure soap, conditioner, and wax does a phenomenal job. Went there to rinse the salt off ended up being there for an hour doing a full wash and wax. Definitely going back again.

Drive-thru auto wash or self service. You should have 2 people plan on doing this self serve car wash otherwise it cost more in that case drive thru is cheaper. Of course if your just spraying your car down yourself it is under 6$ yes they have good vacuums.

5 dollars for 5 minutes don't have enough time to throughly soap your car up or scrub it without constantly looking at the timer. Heard from alot of people that this place is the worst place around here..

Special shoutout to Dave at House of Wax! Someone had dumped a bunch of oil containers that smashed on the highway and I unfortunately drove threw it all unable to avoid it spraying fresh oil all over the side and back of my 7mo old vehicle. After a few ideas from friends that “should work and be safe” I drove over to see Dave- his expertise and guidance on how to safely remove it including using a special degreaser. He wasn’t about making a dollar, simply wanted to help. I gladly paid for use of his self wash bay and he Included the degreaser at no charge. Following his steps my car came out spotless. So glad I kept it local and trusted his professional experience. Highly recommended. Thanks Dave!

House of Wax just did a great job on cleaning and waxing my dodge ram truck. The vehicle is 7 years old but they brought it back to like new! They even arranged a LYFT ride for me to get home and back and that was very convenient for me.

This place it totally unprofessional but most of all they ruined the navigation and stereo by steaming my vents. It no longer works do to excessive moisture from the process of steaming the dash. I called they where beyond rude and tried to pass the buck. I am appalled by their lack of customer service and the way they treat people. I am only giving one star because zero stars is not an option, all this right before the holidays I am beyond disgusted and will NEVER bring my vehicle or recommend this place. So the moral of this is DON'T USE HOUSE OF WAX unless you want to be treated like this.

Great place. Trying to get a gift card online is impossible. Payments system Stripe does not work. Very frustrating for people that do all there business online. Other than the online part. House of wax is a truly great service and something everyone should try out at least once

The Police Department rescued our niece when she became incapacitated, and hospitalized her. When we went to retrieve her car, while coincidentally traveling from Laconia, NH to NYC, I left something valuable to me at The House of Wax car wash. The car wash owner contacted the police department who contacted me and I got my possession back. The PD went beyond the call not only for our niece, but for us, as did the employees and owner, Dave at The House of Wax.

Price of the automatic wash is more expensive than surrounding areas and not as good. More often than not the car needs a second wash to get it clean while others are a one and done.
