This is a must see and shop for anyone whom wants a piece of the 'Vineyard to bring home!As a local this brand and business has been in my wardrobe and my life as long as I can remember!A local business all of us whom the "salt Life" treasure!The staff is supremely cordial, has a vast breadth of local knowledge and the store itself is a must see!Do be like the locals and go get your own "Black Dog" hoodie!

First time visitor to the Vineyard, stopped in the OB store and I would have to echo a previous review: the customer service is truly lacking. One of the staffers looked directly at me, did not ask if she could help. Another staffer rearranged a display as I stood next to him, did not ask if he could assist as I looked thru the items -- and then made a point to adjust what I'd just touched. Not very welcoming and I was very surprised....

Visiting from Washington DC. Nice store and apparel (2 stars), however staff not so nice/friendly and we left quickly. Staff need customer service skills training.

I have a good review & a bad review. First off, the second me and my friends stepped into the store a young girl with awful bangs literally looked us up and down so rudely. It was so obvious and made me want to leave the store. She needs a talking to. The only reason we didn’t leave is because of the cute boy. A sweet young man with beautiful eyes was super polite and was having a conversation with us. I don’t know his name but if you saw 3 younger girls getting a green hoodie, respond to this review and i’ll give you my number. you cute.

Enjoy going here because when I go here I'm on vacation on Martha's Vineyard it is one of those Staples that you always go to when you're down there the black dog is expensive for what they're selling but you're also on Martha's Vineyard so what do you expect they do have quality clothing but they also have some stuff that isn't quality that was expensiveBut for the most part when you go to the store you going to get quality shirts and sweat shirts, sweat pants, t-shirts among other items.A lot of people love the signature black dog on all the items

Masks, making sure to limit the #s inside (it's a small store), and a marked queue with 6 feet distances taped on the ground if you have to wait. A home run!
