Ava always comes out looking beautiful and smelling as good as ever.. Laura just honestly does a wonderful job!!! Ava always gets so many compliments the first week after she has been groomed. Not only is Laura very professional and great at what she does, but you will see that she truly cares about animals and is very loving towards them! Although Laura will always be a favorite of ours, her staff is also just as wonderful!! Thank you for what you do!!

Laura is extremely nice and I thought she did a great job with my little dog 3 or 4 times. The next time someone else washed my dog and got some kind of whitening bleach agent in her eyes ( I had always asked for non bleaching shampoos or oatmeal). Thankfully as soon as I picked her up I knew something was wrong and brought her to my vet. She had extensive burning in both eyes from the bleaching agent and had to be on 3 meds for a month ( one drop that stung each time). I'm not sure the person who bathed my dog had the proper credentials for the job or maybe was filling in. My dog still has problems seeing in the sunlight. I don't want Laura's business to suffer at all, but at the same time I wished I had asked if everyone had the proper credentials. I never got the full story of what really happened. I know that Laura was truly sorry but I deal with an ongoing issue with my dog's eyesite.

Ask for Steph! She did an incredible job for my mom's dog Tabitha! She handles them with such care and compassion that you can see how much she is someone who loves her job. 10/10 will reccomend to anyone I know!!!

Do not take your cat here. Laura cut the muscle of my cat which resulted in the need for sedation/stitches and had no compassion when informed.

Fabulous! Groomers sooo great with my 9 year old black lab who hates grooming...she was so docile and mellow! Highly recommend this groomer!!
