Carleen is an exceptional groomer. She goes above and beyond in her understanding of different breeds, and, and is highly knowledgeable about the Groming needs of eaxh dog.. As a trainer, I have confidently referred families to her that we work with as a dog trainer, because she is trustworthy and shows a strong commitment to ensuring that every dog she grooms looks their best, and she is great working with dogs who may not do so well with Grooming. Carleen is the QUEEN. My can't isn't allowed at the vet without being sedated. She's a monster when she leaves the house. Carleen is seemingly the only person in the WORLD that she will let touch her nails. Three minutes, in and out, without a scratch, bite, or hiss. I'm so thankful to have her nearby and cannot recommend her enough to finicky cat parents!

We've been taking our two golden doodles to Carleen for grooming for the past 6-8 months and I couldn't be happier with her services. One of my dogs tends to get anxious in busy grooming facilities, but Carleen has a calming presence and my dog feels comfortable with her. Carleen is patient and kind, and she always takes the time to listen to my concerns and requests. Booking an appointment with Carleen is easy and convenient, and she's great with communication. She'll text you about appointment updates, which I really appreciate. I always look forward to grooming days with Carleen because she is really good at styling golden doodles. She knows just how to make them look their best. Overall, I highly recommend Carleen as a groomer. She's excellent at what she does, and she truly cares about the well-being of the animals in her care.

4/26/23Carleen was phenomenal. I do not trust many people with my dog but after walking by the shop multiple times and speaking with her I tried her out. Great communication and very professional. My dog was certainly happy and the wash did not take all day. I highly recommend her. She also has a great price for the wash! 🐶

Carleen was phenomenal with my 13-year-old yellow lab! He was just starting to shed his spring coat and she took at least 10 years off of him and made him smell so good that the scent lingers still. He looks so handsome and she handles all of his age spots with care. I'll definitely be going back! Thank you!

When we got a puppy we realized that due to everyone else having gotten one during the pandemic it was nearly impossible to find a dog groomer accepting new clients. After calling every groomer in a 45 minute radius we finally found a groomer (not Carleen) at the far edge of our range that did an ok job for an above average price.So when Carleen opened Precision Paws just five minutes from us in Norwood Center we were excited to try sending our puppy there, if only to make pickup and dropoff less of a hassle.Our expectations were wildly exceeded: Carleen does an excellent job with the haircut for a very fair price, she’s always friendly and communicates in a timely manner, and our dog just loves her. Moreover, she does a great job with extras like nails, ears, etc that some places won’t touch or do pretty poorly if the dog’s excited.Highly recommended, especially for anyone in the Norwood area.

I was referred to Precision Paws by the owners of The Soggie Doggie because they had a long wait list and wouldn't be able to groom my puppy heaven.At this point Heaven needed a lot of tlc her fur had grown out and was mated.I did a drive by to see the location I went in and meet Carleen.Thankfully she was able to see Heaven the next day.Carleen is very professional and friendly.Khgates
