Probably the worst experience I've had dealing with an online retailer. I ordered a part in early August. After numerous inquires, they finally sent a part in late September and it was the wrong one. After several emails and phone calls they explained that I was mistaken even though the part that they sent didn't fit. I finally ordered from another supplier of vacuum parts and had the correct part within 4 days. I've asked for a refund and haven't received a response.

Horrible customer service. They cancelled my order of over $4k without notifying me. Never responded to my emails or voicemails and everyone I spoke to on the phone had an attitude when I tried getting this resolved. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because they didn't refund the money. They're quick to cancel an order but slow to return the money. I ended up buying from somewhere else, do not buy from them if you want an easy, painless buying experience.

We ordered a part for our vacuum cleaner. Through this company, the customer service was good at first. We placed our order and then about 2 weeks ago. We had to reach out to this company to find out what was going on. So I told the lady what the order number was. And she said she would check on it and she would get back to me. She finally got back to me. Told me that it was out of stock. Check with the warehouse and that she would email me back. Which never happened. So just when I was about to reach out to them again to find out what was going on. I all of a sudden got an email stating that our purchase had been Shipped. We ended up getting our part that we needed for our vacuum cleaner.I have been in the business of customer service for over 35 years and the one thing I. Definitely know is that when something is not right or the part is wrong. I. Definitely let my electricians know immediately and I fix the problem immediately. I never leave a customer hanging or wondering what is going on. In my opinion, this company could do better by better communications.By keeping their customers informed as to what is going on with their part weather. It is through a phone call a text message or an email. Like I said, we did receive the part for our vacuum cleaner cleaner. But the customer service communication was very poor.

I should have checked reviews before ordering from them. They did not tell me at the time I ordered that the part was out of stock - I simply didn't hear from them at all, other than a receipt (and they charged my credit card immediately, despite not having the part). When I contacted them to find out what was going on they simply said "Good news, more are on the way and we will ship the same day that stock is available" without a single clue whether that means in a few days or a few months. Really terrible business practices.

I purchased the top of the line Miele in February 2024. When I received it it did not work properly, and I had to return it. It’s now 3/26/24 and no refund. I called their customer support and some guy by the name of Andrew keeps hanging up the phone because he doesn’t have the ability to communicate effectively. Guess what? This is the USA and I don’t care if you like my tone! I want my money back. Had to report them to my credit card company. Buyer be aware. Totally unprofessional.

The site had a replacement hose for a 25+ tear old Eureka Boss vacuum, when a few other sites showed it was no longer available. The info on the site made it easy to find the correct part and checkout and shipping were easy and fast. The part installed flawlessly. I will use them for future needs.

Miele Classic C1 is great. I was very nervous about purchasing a new vacuum since it had been years. My previous vacuum was just getting too old. I am so glad I did. It works great, is quiet and easy to use. The eVacuumStore was perfect. I had written my address wrong and they contacted me to make sure of the correct address. It arrived quickly.

I look forward to receiving my vacuum. But I was sent a link for tracking it after purchasing it with a link. The link took me to USPS which four days later was still saying status unavailable. I contacted support and they asked me if I had checked on FedEx. The link they sent was not for FedEx. When I went back to the original email, the link had disappeared. How does that happen?! And I can't get any more response from eVacuum. I hope it shows up.

Product is as advertised. Website is user friendly, and shipping is reasonable and quick. These vacuum bags work really well. I have a 20+ year old Electrolux that I love! I only buy the best products because I want it to last forever! These are double-lined bags so they trap small particles from getting into the motor, thus protecting the vacuum. I have also purchased parts and accessories for this vacuum at this store. Very satisfied!!

I called and they immediately refunded me my money. There is nothing more you can ask from a company today, than to have this excellent customer service. This company has exceeded all my needs. Plus even though it was on backorder, they kept me informed and made sure to get it back in stock so they could send it to me. Tried repeatedly to sign up for the 10% promotional email offer and it failed to send me the email. Yes I checked my spam folder. I placed the order without the discount, assuming I could call their hotline and receive the discount. The representative on the phone failed to acknowledge my concern. He was condescending and in no way helpful. I called again, hoping to speak to someone else. The same man answered, and I asked if I could speak to someone else. He lied and said he wasn’t the same person I had just spoke with. He would not allow me to speak to another person and told me I was rude for repeatedly telling him their email system doesn’t work. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I will be ordering from another vendor.

The price was comparatively reasonable and I received it when expected. However, the product sent (black) was not what was pictured (white). They said they don't have white even though they advertised a white accessory. They did not offer a refund or adjustment to the price. So beware of what is shown if you care what color or sameness the product is.

I'm a Canadian customer, this company is not international. They mailed my order without any documentation to Canada. Of course the order was delayed and held at Canada customs. I phoned and explained the problem, no problem we'll take of everything, nothing happened. A week later I sent an email, now someone did solve the problem and I would like thank that person. this was only a $100.00 0rder

It was just a tiny belt for an old Kenmore Progressive carpet sweeper attachment. Took a few minutes to find the right piece to order, didn't have to call them. Fair prices so I bought a backup! The order arrived by standard shipping in less than 10 days. The repair took about 5 minutes.

Very satisfied so far. Clean solid German design. A bit too heavy for my medium thick carpet upstairs so I sprang for the soft bristle roller and that helped a bit. I also sprang for the extended hose and I’m glad that I did. Very handy. This machine is much more effective than any of the shark rotator cheapies that I’ve been replacing for years.
