I went into the store today looking for one tiny screw- to reattach a toilet paper holder in a bathroom. The staff here are amazing. The guy was helpful and very patient! He even looked up to see if toilet paper attachments come with a standard size. We found 3 possibilities- and I was off.One of the screws fit perfectly and my toilet paper holder is reattached!You simply cannot get more knowledgeable and thoughtful service!!

Last Saturday I walked downstairs into my basement and I had 3 plus inches of water. I ran to a bigger store and they were absolutely no help and I bought what I thought I needed. When I got home I realized I needed more than what I purchased. I called Ace Hardware and the nice girl on the phone said they had what I needed. I came into the store and bought a pump and new hose and came home and it worked like a charm. The girl in the store even called her manager at home to make sure she was selling me the right thing. Thank you for helping someone who was in a total panic. You were so very helpful and kind.

Usually my go to store BUT interacting with the small young FM associate was less the stellar! Yesterday she rang me up, without getting a discount with my rewards card number but she never noticed I was a veteran! Today went to buy oil filter for my craftsmen tractor I asked if there was a reference chart that would indicate what filter I needed she said they don’t have one. I showed her an online pic of the ACE brand! I’m sure there was a penzzoil filter on her shelf but I didn’t know what the correct one was!!! She sent me to the Seekonk store🤷‍♂️ sounds like someone needs more training.

Limited array of tools and hardware items, but good for quick stop to getvyour ordinary hardware needs. Very helpful store personnel. I was looking for wood dowel and drill jig but these are not available in this store

I love this store. I went in to buy bird seed. I got 20 lbs. of bird seed for $6.00!!!! (plus some other bird seed).They have a nice selection of items,and if you are in a painting mood this is the place to go. The employees are friendly and quite helpful.

Thank you, Norton Ace Hardware. I called many stores, looking for a "glaze", but not one store other than Norton was willing to help me. "Mel" was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was able to order it for me without any problems. I called them on Friday to ask a question, and the man I spoke with was the nicest and very knowledgeable. When we went to get the glaze on Saturday, the two guys working were nice, pleasant, helpful, polite and put up with all our antics. We bought paint, glaze, rollers, plastic, duct tape and roller pans, and the price was reasonable. There were 5 of us planning a very large project.. (BTW. It came out great) We will definitely do business with them again.

Ace is a pretty classic hardware store, and this fits right into its' mold. I don't think I could say it is amazing, but it's definitely not bad either.

I ordered a plastic pool online to pick up that day (May 22, 2020) It said it was in stock. After placing my order and my card was charged I received an email saying it wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered. Fine. Today, May 26th I receive another email saying my order was cancelled. I will never shop here again. This is why Amazon gets the business.

Just went there for key fob battery. 2 polite young men provided efficient courteous service. Both had military like hair cuts. Felt like i was in a small local hardware store anywhere Main Street USA and it was 1955. Very Nice.

The staff was very knowledgeable.they knew exactly where to find the mouse traps and carpet tacks, but apparently the Covid isolations have caused a shortage of trampolines. They did take my name though and will let me know when the next ones are due in.

Dealt with Mel today and was very disappointed. I told her that Home Depot was selling the exact same product for $30 dollars cheaper and she would not refund the difference. Will not shop here again.
