We've been bringing our doodle Tayto here every 5 weeks since she was a puppy and absolutely love the place, especially Lili & Karina. I don't think our dog is an easy groom, but they're always kind and understanding that she's a bit nervous, and she always comes home feeling soft, smelling incredible and with the perfect cut that always get compliments. So happy we have found this place!

This place was convenient so we had our dog groomed here for a couple of years. It's really easy to make an appointment on short notice. However, the last few times we brought him, the appointment took many hours. My dog has anxiety so knowing how long he was spending in the facility just wasn't working for us. He's also not a crate dog and I know part of the time was spent in a crate. Dropping him off was usually pretty hectic. We started bringing him to a much calmer groomer who takes her time, but doesn't crate him or take on more clients than she can handle at one time.

I took our Samoyed and Boxer/Pit mix to Lilika Dog Grooming today and they did a truly amazing job. We will definitely come back. I've taken our Samoyed to a couple of other places and no one has cleaned her up as well as she was cleaned up today. They took their time to make sure she was comfortable, while also being thorough. Both dogs were in great spirits when I came to pick them up and were clearly well cared for.

I've gone to Lilika Dog Grooming since we got our dog in March of 2022. The woman who works the front desk has contagious enthusiasm and is so pleasant, it's silly, but I always leave in a happy mood and knowing my dog is in good hands.The prices are reasonable, it's about $100 for my 80 pound Australian Cobberdog, and he comes out looking great and smelling great.I have no reason to ever go anywhere else and I see no reason anyone in Northborough should.

I’ve been bringing my dog to this salon and NEVER did they bother to cut her nail growing inward. I found it today and did it myself!!!! When I complained the owner said I brought the dog months ago according to her system when I brought my dog last month for a shaving!!! Regardless her thumb nail would not grow two swirls inward for a regularly groomed dogs. I brought my two other dogs here weekly.The owner lies, takes zero ownership, last time I was there I specially mentioned to not forget cutting the thumb nail that’s hidden.

The best bath and de-shed treatment my long coat GSD has ever gotten in all 4 years of living. They were all very patient and friendly. My pup was a bit scared as a first timer there but they took their time and made her feel safe/welcomed. She came out super happy and smelled amazing. Fluff on fluff all around. Place was super clean. Staff were attentive. Def recommend .

The first time we went here was an okay experience. The staff was nice and our dog looked good, but it took around 3-3.5 hours for them to cut her hair (she is a small 8 pound maltipoo). We assume it took a while because she wrote down the wrong number (we waited in the car the entire time) but everyone is human and we know that accidents/things can happen.We scheduled for a full grooming for 12:30pm today to give it a second chance. We were running late and didn't get there until 12:39 (we did call to let them know). Right after they took her in, she let us know that they're very busy and can't give an estimate on how long it'll take, but she said could be 4pm. Our dog is never in a cage so we were worried about that, but my husband worked later that day so we had to leave so he could get ready. I went back at 4pm with my sister and at 5:06pm she (not sure of her name, tall blonde blue eyes) calls all happy and says its going to be another 20 minutes. I was in shock and didn't know what to say except okay and just hang up. Went to Market Basket to get something and when I pulled back in I parked right in the front of the building to the left. After a bit, I noticed I could see through the window and saw my small white dog in the cage and the lady at the front just talking and laughing on the phone. I went in and she knew which dog I was there for (it was 5:45ish). I paid and kept my answers short because I didn't want to explode.Moral of my story, it was very frustrating to have had my dog waiting in a cage for 5 HOURS and to see the worker all happy and acting like this is okay. No groomers should have dogs just waiting like that.. my dog is my daughter so for her to have experienced being a room where theres loud noises, other dogs yelling, and no one she knows, its irritating! No apologies or anything either. If I didn't just walk in, who knows how much longer I would have waited for her.I called them before leaving my house to confirm the address and they should have let me know they would not have been able to get to her at 12:30 and I would've either rescheduled or went without my husband so that I could wait with my dog in the car or out front until they were ready for her. They also should not have scheduled so many appointments in one day. It did not feel that they cared for my dog at all.. NEVER GOING BACK.

Our Family is so satisfied with their service. They took so good care of our dog and he came back smelling so good and came back so happy as well! It was good to see our dog satisfied with his bath. The workers were so sweet as well! Definitely recommend as they are so patient with our dog!

Don’t schedule a grooming if you’re too busy to take care of the dog. 5 hours in a crate for a dog who isn’t crate trained is like prison. Do NOT recommend anyone going here, they don’t care about the dogs.Doesn’t matter if the haircut is great if you have to wait for 5 hours. Wish I could give negative stars. I’ll pay the premium for at home grooming compared to this torture chamber.

Amazing place, 10/10 , we have been taking our dog Milo here since he was 3 months old and I would not take him anywhere else besides here. They are very attentive and always provide the best service. The best part is our very hyperactive dog is always treated well and comes back home happy! No better place to take your dog then here !

Lilika is the BEST grooming business in the area, hands down. My dog gets nervous easily, hates getting wet and they handle her so well. We’re greeted with excitement, Lili gets down to my dog’s level and puts her (and me!) at ease. They are flexible, treat every dog as their own, are easy to schedule with and do a wonderful job every time. Grateful to be a client!

Our dog is a combination of scared and strong. It makes doing her nails ourselves impossible. Lilika always gets her done so gently and quickly. The cost is very affordable and a great value.

Karina is knowledgeable and caring. Though it’s heartbroken to hear her asking us if our skinny and hair-tangled golden doodle is a rescued LOL. Lucas seems OK after his 1st grooming and being shaved, which is a big relief! We are looking forward to a more stylish cut the next time by bringing Lucas in with a better coat![updated 09/12/2022] Thank you Karina/Lily for the prompt reply, I am not blaming you and I am thankful that Lucas was not terrified with the 1st grooming as he could be timid in many cases. Appreicate you taking good care of him!

My greatest concern about moving to Northborough was not knowing whether I would be able to find someone to take care of our baby Zarah.But little did I know, that just a block away, I would find this amazing place called Lilika Dog Grooming.I have never seen a place so spotless, neat and beautiful such as this one.Lili and Karina are super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for over a year and the staff is amazing! They always treat my old man well. He is a little stubborn but they love him anyways and it makes me so happy how fantastic they treat him. I highly recommend! Their prices are reasonable too

Was there for the first time, my dog was scared and shaking. The owner calmed her down so quickly. Loved how they groomed her! You can tell they love their job, and the dogs! She even got a little pink bow!! Will definitely be getting her groomed there all the time!

Karina & her team managed my nervous 70# husky-mix like professionals ! While most locations are turning away large dogs, Lilika had great availability and did such a lovely job on my long-haired shedder. I’m so grateful and cannot wait to bring my pup back !

Amazing place and smells soo good like a salon!! Amazing customer service!! These girls rock!! Our dog hates having the nails clipped but with them was so fast and the products used for bathing smells so good…he is so clean, calm and happy. Wil was never so calm like in your hands! This was the best grooming experience I have ever had. My dog Rosie is extremely skittish and I couldn’t get her through the door. Lilli came outside to greet my dog and was extremely sweet, she knew my dog for 1 minute and treated her like she was an old friend. Rosie came out looking amazingly and I will definitely be back. Anytime I get a dog groomed I will be coming here. Thank you SOOOO MUCH.

I rarely write reviews but this place is awesome!!!. The people are caring, the place is so clean and smells great, and most importantly my dog absolutely loved it. Your dog will stay smelling good for days unlike other salons. They also have doggie daycare for couple of hours and I think I’ll try that as well.

We used to bring 4 of our dogs to this groomer. Unfortunately, one of our dogs was cut twice in the last visit (ear & stomach). This dog is beyond calm and quiet, therefore I strongly believe the groomer was negligent and rushing through this cut. Extremely disappointed as we only continued to go to this groomer because we thought our dogs were in good hands. It is expensive and the cuts are usually uneven and sloppy.

I just picked up Pina from her very first visit at Lalika. Pina looks so good! Upon arriving, I was greeted by Lili who is welcoming, kind and thoroughly invested in Pina and her needs and listened to all of my concerns for my 13 year old, anxious pup. The salon is so clean and refreshing. Emily was great as well! Pina was groomed to perfection, keeping just the right amount of fluff vs shaving her down, which is typically what happens by her other groomer. I am so happy we found Lalika!

I love this place it’s the only place that can groom my dogs and I love the people! Not to mention they do an amazing job and they love their job! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I love my fur babies their not easy to groom but they get a good grooming here

So pleased with the full grooming I received from Lili on my goldendoodle. She’s sometimes nervous about going to get grooming, and I’ve been searching endlessly for a groomer who my pup actually feels comfortable with. Lili was so welcoming and made my dog feel better about being there, and best of all looked amazing when she came out. She also took me in, even tho I showed up on the wrong date. So appreciative and grateful to have found this amazing place. We will be back for sure!

I love Lilika!!! The best groomers in the central mass area no question about it. Both my babies love going and they take such great care of them. My smaller girl get super nervous and she’s always greeted with kisses to calm her nerves. They leave happy and smelling amazing ◡̈
