It's Walmart! They sell just about everything! They have a pharmacy , a Subway sub shop, a pharmacy, groceries, clothes, tools, hardware, guns, sports gear, camping gear, bicycles, furniture, cosmetics, plants, trees, lawnmowers, toys, small appliances, first aid, health & beauty items, baby items, diapers, formula, jewelry, glasses, air conditioners... Everything! Staff here are pretty nice and it's a decent clean store! Thanks Walmart! 🙂

I’m only leaving this due to an interaction today spurred on by 2-3 employees. I frequent this location often, that’ll be changing. I’m there so often Ive gotten to know and regularly converse with certain employees. This evening I stopped by to grab some stuff and had some time to kill as I was waiting on a call from my fiancé on her break to see if she needed anything. I stopped in for some equipment that would allow me to transfer images from a micro SD card to my iPhone, look at trail cams (one of mine has not been sending photos like it should), etc. After dealing with the SD issue I was headed to look at trail cameras when I passed 3 Walmart wanna-be-cops. Two younger guys and a larger bald man. I was cutting through the toy isle and happened to see them sitting there laughing as one of the younger guys was taking an item from the shelf and putting it in his pocket. I knew they were wanna-be cops based on a lack of uniform but employee ID badges. I didn’t think much of what I saw which in hindsight is at best misuse of company time and at worst theft. The bald guy immediately started to follow me. I recently got a new phone and haven’t gotten out to the trail cam to download the app and connect the phone. My fiancé text me suggesting it might be a batter or memory card issue. So I picked up a thing of batteries, headed to the camping section and received another text with a screenshot of the last picture she had gotten from the camera. I saw the battery and memory were fine, it was the service that was the issue so I put the batteries down on a shelf as I walked. I had some time to kill before I’d get my usual call from her so I was just browsing all while being stocked (poorly at that) by the larger man. I didn’t grab a cart or anything and as I was shifting items I got the equivalent of a a paper cut by a piece of plastic covering an item. I proceeded to put some items down and apply pressure and to fix the break in the items packaging so I didn’t get cut again. The bald guy passed me twice and on the second pass he told me I’d best not remove the item from the packing, which I responded to with an offhand remark and then he made it clear he was accusing me of trying to steal the item…. I was bleeding, upset I was being accused of theft, especially given the fact I had visible, audibly and unfortunately smelled him as he followed me around. Given he failed at being a cop and his job is asset protection, I gave him the benefit of the doubt given it could appear like I was trying to do what he accused me of… which would be impossible given it’s hard plastic and there was a perfect straight break or cut in the packaging. So I assured him a second time I wasn’t doing anything and indicated to my cut finger. Then I realized he knew I wasn’t because he then produced some packaging and said something along the lines of I had opened a pack of batteries and threw the packaging on the floor. What? He asked if I was gonna pay for whatever he was holding and I said no. I offered to show the contents of my pockets and that went ignored and he used a walkie or cell and loudly said something like “I got him” and then I had employees watching me from all sides. I went and grabbed my shipping supplies as my fiancé called and stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for an employee or cop (we know Walmart wastes our tax money by utilizing police any chance they get, hell our local location has parking spots reserved for police) to take me up on my offer to check me. I made sure to travel insight of security cameras so batteries or whatever contents to the packing he flashed couldn’t “be found”. Being pissed and embarrassed I decided to only buy the essentials and the item that cut me. I proceeded to wait well over half an hour on spot for an expected visit from police. Oddly that never happened. Walmart always calls police when theft is suspected. So clearly I saw something I wasn’t supposed to and was targeted and publicly embarrassed as a means of intimidation. It’s a shame because 99% of the employees are wonderful.

Michael at Register 2 was really rude, he said “you’re rude to my coworkers because you could’ve went to cash out to them instead of me”. He refused to put my goods in a bag. It was embarrassing.

We had dinner this past Saturday, 3/2, ahead of the concert at the Shea Theater.Great food and drink selection at fair prices. The service was excellent.

This smaller WalMart is good however the one I like better is the one in Chicopee Ma. It's a longer drive however worth it as it has a lot more products to offer. Wish we had one in Greenfield but that I don't understand why the city opposes having one.

I am a Walmart shopper for sure however I feel like the Northampton store can become pretty crowded and get really empty really quick find it very chaotic and was actually treated pretty badly by a very tiny thin and pretty young I think l Latino manager and I only mentioned the description like that because I didn't catch her name she was more than rude basically telling me to screw when I asked for directions to an area inside the store most of the other stuff actually all the other staff were very helpful that I approached but it's hard to shop in an empty chaotic store but it was also around the holidays

This was my first visit to the Walmart located at 180 North King Street in Northampton, MA.The store is smaller than other Walmart supercenters in the area, but on site is a Subway restaurant in addition to the general grocery store itself.The store offers free wifi for customers to use as well.The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great selection but has the strangest layout of all the Walmarts I've been too. Lacks produce,meat and deli but makes up for it by having wider selection in other departments.

There was only 1 cashier on when I got behind a long line of people waiting at the self check out. Another register opened up, and I was taken first after a 20 minute wait in line.When I checked my receipt, the cashier had counted the stack of shirts I bought, and rang them all up for the price of the top shirt. This was an error in my favor for half off of 4 tee shirts. I did not get in my car and drive 30 minutes to correct the error. Do better Walmart.

Phone people scam customers into contracts for commission told I was gonna only pay 17 for the phone and got charged 70 for it the next day DO NOT TRUST THEM. Ik I'm a dumb young person but damn read the contracts and don't trust these people

Store is usually well kept and decently stocked, door greeter sometimes checks receipts which can be a negative experience for people who are just there buying groceries.

Always dirty and items are never were they should be and when you get to the register the price is always higher 😕 the workers never help and in the way. It's hard to move around when you have two workers in the way and can't even move or say hi or even look at you they just ignore you and stay in the way lol worst customer service lol

This is NOT a Supercenter despite the misleading photos of produce.They have limited grocery options but nice staff and many other home goods as well as packaged foods and houseware.There’s a Subway inside as well.

180 N king street Northampton Mass is a small Wal-Mart that doesn't have a lot and if you need anything you probably won't find it Like the big Wal-Mart in Springfield Massachusetts.

It is a Walmart - During the last visit this store was lacking the items I was looking for and appeared to have less selection than the Westfield Store and there were a lot of bare shelves

The store is really busy during the time of 10:30 til 11:30. This is the time my husband n I went n all of the registers had a long line, but the friendly staff n even the friendly customers made the line go by fast.

Big Walmart, many products, & good prices. Customer service is split: a few associates are sincerely helpful with a smile. More associates watching the clock & avoiding customer contact.**I guess many places with many employees are similar. Too bad, (nearly) everyone is uplifted by a simple smile.

The line may have been long but it went fast. It was right before Christmas so waiting was expected. Surprisingly very nice cashier's and not a bad experience at all.

If you want a complete shopping trip, pls look for the Walmart Supercenters. It's impossible to get almost everything you are looking for.Pls note that, the issue is the assortment of the store, not the staffs. Staffs were helpful.

I shop here like all the time.This one old lady at night stops me everytime i get something locked and expensive she stops me like three times and ask for my receipt after im done checking out im getting frustrated like why? First of all you know i paid for it Then like hogging it like if i dont show her my receipt, shes not giving me my paid product. she tells me its protocol she needs to see it after i paid for everything. i thought they only stop and ask people questions if u suspect them of stealing?! She asked nobody else for receipts but me next time i will give her an issue like hello lady i already paid for it can you just give me my product already and stop hogging my stuff like your a wanna be walmart police officer. Or i just might complain to management because i do shop there All the time i have 0 reasons to steal when u have my face and work uniform

Dude... im returning everything and completely moving to Amazon. You guys are horrible and I can't believe I purchased items here online and went to pick them up and I was told to go find a parking spot for pick up, all the spots are full and I wanted this to be quick. I will absolutely out of spite never shop here again. Eat it walmart.

I picked a few items that were marked a certain price and when I went to check out the prices weren't the same and they didn't honor it...not cool!!! These were clearly marked $129.. but they charged me $179.
