Recently I needed help with a phone issue. Three of the staff at the N'ton Walgreen store assisted me. They were each so kind, professional and gracious, I couldn't praise them enough. It restored my faith in human beings.

The staff there are extremely nice and helpful. Pharmacy is great. Store is clean and i can usually find what i need even if its on sale. Restroom has been clean as well.

Got my passport photo taken here a few weeks back and everyone was thoroughly helpful. They even offered support to a British woman looking for very specific passport photo requirements and were anle to accommodate her needs. Nice selection of items and a pharmacy in the back. Ample parking. Located off Route 5, also known as King Street, this Walgreens is across the street from Stop and Shop and essentially in the Potpourri Plaza. No complaints.

BEST drugstore in Northampton, MA. Most of my interactions are with the Pharmacy. As soon as they built THIS Walgreens; I moved ALL of my prescriptions there. Never a mistake with my prescriptions; the pharmacists are professional and warm, and compassionate; the techs and pharmacists see me and start pulling up my info on the computer. Painless vaccinations! I recommend this Pharmacy to anyone who is not satisfied with their current Pharmacy; you will be most pleasantly surprised!

I use the pharmacy for one of my medications. The manufacturer of this. medicine is only sold at Walgreens. They ALWAYS do their best to have my prescription ready as soon as I need it! This store has a vast variety of items. I find things that I've needed and forgotten every time I go into store. It's great! The pharmacist is knowledgable and staff helpful. Thanks Walgreens!

The pharmacy folks at this location are lovely. I was working through an insurance coverage issue for weeks and weeks, which entailed lotttts of United Healthcare and doctor calls, and King St pharmacy staff stayed with me, doing everything they could to help me navigate the red tape and get the coverage I sought. Things worked out in the end, and I can't thank them enough.

The cash out clerk in the afternoon is unbelievably disrespectful. The largest population that goes to a pharmacy is senior citizens. Many of which are hard of hearing. She REFUSES to speak up and then talks nasty about them after leaving the store. I refuse to go back in that store until she moves on. I'm appalled they let someone that rude work the register.

They are closed on weekends now. I found that out the hard way after I went to urgent care on a Saturday morning and had a prescription sent there only to arrive and find out it would open again until Monday morning. I guess we’re switching back to CVS.

I have been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week. All the paperwork is finally done and I'm just trying to call the pharmacy to see if my refill is ready. So far I have been cut off once by the automated answer system. Called back gone through a number of menus to finally be told I'd be connected to somebody. Only then to get a busy signal. No please wait or anything like that. I just called back again and now the stores basic number is ringing as busy. This all seems very un-professional. I need this script and to be unable to call for confirmation on the phone is unacceptable.

I call in for a refill when I go in they tell me they know nothing, this has happened on several occasions. I called for a refill and when I got there I was told my insurance rejected it. After calling my insurance company they told me I refilled the prescription 2wks ago. Called pharmacy and they said no they hadn't, but my insurance company was charged for a prescription that was not filled. After playing ping pong with them it was resolved. The prescription was not refilled and my insurance company was accidentally charged for a prescription that was not filled.

Went in for a flu shot in October, got a bill from the wrong insurance company in January. Asked Walgreens what they could do about it, they said "nothing, as it has been too long" (never mind that I just got the bill to even find out it happened). That is fine, I have something I can do about it: never shop at Walgreens again.

Got a 5 dollar off coupon after getting my 2nd vaccine shot. Guy at the register wasn't letting people use them. No worries. I'll spend my money at a clean location that honors their own coupons.

These 5 stars are for Micheal(I think that's his name). The ONLY employee that was working in the store during my visit. He was super helpful with the customers!! He was answering the phone , checking out customers, and maintaining the store all the best way he could. Thank you for your good customer service young man. Your hard work isn't being unnoticed 👍

Don't let the size and location fool you. This place is huge when it comes to customer service. I was reluctant seeing that it wasn't a traditional box pharmacy. Gotten a few scripts here and popped in for some allergy medicine. Every time the staff, including the pharmacist were cordial and engaging. Can't say enough about my experience here.

I called the pharmacy to get some refills (couldn't use automated service) I waited an hour until I was told they were taking lunch called again around 530 waited another hour and all along I'm being told I was the 3rd caller 20 min later I was tye 2nd caller how long does a conversation take this place is horrible !!!

The pharmacist is not only careful, they are also extremely diligent. Spotted an error in a faxed script that would have otherwise made me very ill. I'm very thankful.

It's nice that you can get scrips mailed to you, but other than that there's not much else. I like that it's sorta hidden and it feels like not many people go there
