These guys are really wonderful. Patient, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile. Jeff, Jonathan and a few others (who I forgot their names) have been helping me with an issue with a tire and have spent multiple times to try and get things worked out. They have really taken good care of me. This is my go to place for anything tires and getting alignments. They have also been very efficient with getting the work done. Getting things done at times faster then the estimated wait times.

I was told that my car would not pass my next inspection unless I got new tires. I went to Town Fair Tire with the intention of getting four new tires. Jeff came out with me to look at the car, and I was so impressed with his knowledge. He pointed out that my back tires had plenty of tread and didn’t need to be replaced at this time. He knew I was ready to get all the tires replaced. I really appreciate his honesty and expertise. I won’t hesitate to go back to Town Fair because of my experience with Jeff and the rest of the expert staff!

Jonathan did a fantastic job on my tires and the reporting. The location has a comfortable seating area that makes the wait a breeze. Bought four tires last October, took only 45 minutes. Drove them cross country to San Diego and back in January with no problems. After we got back home one developed a slow leak (picked up a small nail). Town Fair fixed it for free, took only 45 minutes. My best advice is to get there early in the morning.

Sammy at the front desk was great. She greeted me right away, was very professional, and got me in right away. I had my 2017 Volvo XC60 in to put a set of rims and tires on that I had supplied. I wanted them balanced, put on and get an alignment. Some mechanics need some extra training or to be let go. When balancing my new BLACK FINISHED rims they took a grinding disc to my rim to “buff” a spot to place wheel weights. I was told this was standard practice. 3 of my rims now have to be refinished because of this. 1 got away unscathed… even though this is standard practice? I brought it up to Sammy. She understood my aggravation and did her best to resolve the situation but ultimately came down the the managers decision. He sat there looking at my rims making calculations on his phone (unprofessional) to see what he could give me back (and still make money) by this point he should have realized the damaged his mechanic had caused and just tried to make the situation RIGHT. I started to feel sick to my stomach (anxiety) and needed to get out of there. He offered me $30 back… not even close to the amount of damaged they caused.

The folks at Town Fair Tire saved me several hundred dollars fixing a flat that Jiffy Lube told me was a nail in the side wall. Jeff took one look at my tire (in the pouring rain) and knew Town Fair could help me out. He got me in an hour and a half before closing time without an appointment. Their waiting room was comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and a TV screen that gave real-time updates on my car. They were able to give me a patch/plug combination for $13, and even showed me the nail they took out! Amazing customer service and accommodations. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal customer of Town Fair Tire due to their competitive prices and quality customer service! I just moved to the area, and the Northampton location has EXCEEDED my expectations multiple times! They are always up front with the process, pricing, and my vehicle is always ready when quoted. Shout out to Ryan - he is always phenomenal to work with! Ryan has a good attitude, super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I dropped my car off last night about 40 mins prior to closing to leave overnight for them to switch over my tires next day. I ran a few errands and 25 minutes later got a text saying my tires were already DONE! WOOOW! I was able to go back and get my car last night vs. having to arrange for a car ride and go back again the next day! Now THAT was amazing service and saved me so much time in my hectic schedule! Thanks Ryan, (and team) you guys all are truly great at what you do and the world could use more top notch customer service like this!

As an older woman it can be intimidating to walk into an automotive shop. I've never felt that way at Town Fair Tire. Everyone is welcoming and helpful. They explainclearly what is being done and answer any questions I have. My car is often ready earlier than they estimate. Town Fair is the only place I would go for tire service.

Town Fair Tire in Northampton has come through for me numerous times, and I would highly recommend them. When my car got attacked by a pothole last week, Jeff (who has wonderfully wild hair!) was kind, helpful, funny, and proactive. He made the process of realignment, ordering a new tire, fixing a tire pressure monitor, and getting me back on the road seem effortless. He and the guys in the garage were polite, fast, and sympathetic, which was exactly what I needed. He even was able to get me a deal on the realignment, since I will need to go back this week and pop the new tire on. Given the number of aggressive potholes in Western Massachusetts, I’m very glad to have them in my corner.

Went to town fair tire to have summer tires removed and winter tires put on. Ryan was my customer service representative. Very nice man, and very helpful and professional. Told it would take 90 minutes and 90 minutes later I left with no charge! Great tire shop and nice people to work with.I highly recommend them. 5 stars!

It's really unfortunate to be writing a two-star review for what is usually a five-star place.I do like this business and have had good service in the past, but I can't help but think that I've wasted a bit of money this time due to a lack of communication and transparency.Went yesterday to replace a rear tire with a slow leak and get a balance all-around due to some vibration in the opposite rear wheel at normal speeds. Service at the front desk was prompt and polite and the job was done quickly, but when leaving I noticed the same vibration issue, now on a front wheel that hadn't had an issue prior.Went back today to have the lugs torqued and front wheel rebalanced to hopefully correct the issue. They were quite busy and after the decently long wait (because I hadn't made an appointment, not their fault fyi), I was told that even a rebalance wouldn't fully correct the issue because my rim was bent and the older tire on it was damaged. The tech from the day before had moved the bad rim to the front.I also found out that moving the new tire to the front wouldn't help either because the new tire had also been installed on a bent rim.I wasn't told that there were any issues with the rims or tires the day previous. If given the opportunity I wouldn't have elected to waste money balancing rims I would choose to replace anyways nor choose to have a new $150 tire installed on a bent rim that should instead be remounted on a new wheel.The service folks at the desk and the tech working on it tonight were again polite but I wasn't offered any compensation or refund or anything like that.I'm not too sour, overall I'm just disappointed.

I went in to check a slow leak in one of my tires. It turned out what was really needed were new tires which i kinda knew going in because the tread was worn. Ryan was great in explaining my options. I never felt hurried or pressured to make a decision whether to just fix the tire or get new ones. I decided to buy new ones and very glad I did.
