I was very pleased with my experience yesterday at the Starbucks in Northampton, MA.The restaurant is very neat, and clean. The staff were very friendly and skilled at their jobs.The coffee and scone were very fresh and tasty.I felt that pricing was reasonable, too.

The food and service were both top notch. This is the first time I have sat inside a Starbucks since pre-pandemic days, and the seating area really feels like an afterthought. It is small, loud, and next to the door where cold air blows in every time some walks in. I’d get drive thru here again, but unless I bring my noise canceling headphones and a hat and coat, I won’t be dining in again.

Sometimes the food isn't hot due to long drive thru waits, which this location definitely has. But there's an easy solution - come inside! You can pick up mobile orders inside despite the app stating they're drive-thru only, and the staff at this location are amazing. Whether you interact with them in DT or inside the cafe, they are so warm and kind. Briggs is the best, and I mean that with my whole chest. Keep it up!Parking: Tons of spots in the shared lot, and easy access from King Street.

Thanks for the coffee but it's too dirty. I don't know it's just only for today or not. I wish the manager would clean up the place little better. There are flies running inside (even sitting on my coffee cup!!!) and the floor is so dirty and trashs are everywhere I look on the floor and the tables. I even cleaned up the table I am sitting. Hope they make it better place like they seem to make a good business here.

This store CONSISTENTLY fails. I have worked in customer service, I have actually worked for Starbucks (2010-2014) and I normally give the benefit of the doubt but this store just can’t get it together. My order does not change, it’s a simple iced coffee with no sweetener and a splash of milk. The thing that gets me is they won’t admit when they’re wrong. Today they very obviously ran out of iced coffee, ok that happens; but when I noticed it was taking over 15 minutes past what time the app said the order would be ready I knew something was wrong. At this point I see someone fumbling around to brew a batch of iced coffee, they did not even know the setting for the brewer and had to go look it up. Most other Starbucks would let the customer know, hey we are out of iced coffee is there something else I can make for you? But no. When I asked point blank if they were out of iced coffee they just shrugged and said they would make more… never mind the people waiting for nearly 20 minutes for a single iced coffee. They just don’t seem to care in the slightest about a guest in their store having a positive experience.

I’ve been to more than a hundred Starbucks locations and have always got croissant in a plastic packet since my son has allergies. I’ve have never been told that it’s their policy to not give the croissants in a packet. This is the first time that it’s happened in over a decade+. I will not name her as this is her livelihood but I wish the she would have some empathy for her customers and even if it’s a policy, make an exception for someone with allergies

I just went in and ordered something and I feel like the front end person taking orders is kinda cold. There was no greeting or how are you just what would like and here you go which seems pretty below basic. I know customer service is hard...I've done it, but a little friendliness would go a long way.

I usually go to dunkin but once in awhile on the weekends I want starbucks but I'm always greeted with a employee who's got a attitude, or just plain rude God forbid you ask a question about the menu. not all are like that but the majority of them are not very nice. this store is the only one I've dealt with this also

This Starbucks is filled with friendly and incredibly helpful staff, and no matter the wait, the line is always in view to see if I have time or not. I’ve been going since it opened and the staff never fail to make me feel welcome, and have on multiple occasions made changes to my order when there’s been a mistake and have always apologized and made sure everything was made right in the end. Most low reviews are all based on impatient and entitled people (I’m sorry but it’s true) people who definitely need to rethink and put themselves in the position of an incredibly popular and fast work environment.

Honestly just go to one of the many locally owned coffee shops here in Northampton. This location often messes up on the size of your drink, causing undue wait time if you ask them politely to please remake it.

I was so hungry and thirsty!🤣Food and drinks took so long time to came out and I was hoping it must be good one, food was okay but I've ordered large hot coffee with expresso shot in it, I don't believe that coffee was almost cold and filled with cream..very awful. I would like to suggest please check your food and coffee before you leave. Thanks!!☕️☕️

75% of the time I go, I deeply regret it. The drive through is a trap you cannot escape. Today I was in line for 30 minutes… and you can’t pull out. This happens constantly.

This is what we lost the Main St store for?? Not welcoming or friendly at all! There were 4 employees working, 4!! And not one of them greeted me or said a word!!! I stood there for about 5 minutes which big deal but when my order came up my name was called. I sad have a great day thank you and the girl said NOTHING… just walked away… this is complete and utter nonsense that we lost our friendly, happy, wonderfully staffed store for this cold not intimate at all, rudely staffed one… all over a drive thru?!?! Starbucks in stop and shop doesn’t have a drive thru, why didn’t you close that one down… I won’t be coming to Starbucks anymore after I use my points up. This ruined it for me, I had a great routine going that I felt safe and finally happy like the world was going to be ok….

As good as a Starbucks can get. Food is always so-so, like all Starbucks, but at least a decent variety, including vegetarian choices. A note about this location; going inside is always faster than drive thru!

Ordered hot coffee and Latte…. Coffee was cold….I mean luke warm….I asked if I could have hot coffee….server agreed….but it was even colder….I asked again….I was told, “ that is the temperature of our hot coffee for now’”Recommend you avoid if you like your coffee hot….

Nice staffs. This place is clean and staffs try hard to make sure that you get what you want. I wanted to customize my drink and they did it perfectly.Overall, the service was great.
