I ordered two shots of espresso with a splash of oat milk over ice and this is what I got?? Look at the size when compared to a normal coffee. The server was so rude, she kept staring at my friend and I and whispering to her co worker. The staring and whispering made us so uncomfortable. All this because I’m a low-income student and didn’t tip. I wish I could rate this place with 0 star

The worst customer service I have seen in a while. We ordered 4 sandwiches for lunch before it got busy. After we ordered it picked up and instead of making the sandwiches, the two people there starting making all of the coffee orders that came in after our order. After over 20 minutes we asked (they still hadn’t started our order) and said it’d be a few more minutes. Got the order after 30 minutes and didn’t get my 6 year old nephew’s grilled cheese. We asked about it and they said it wasn’t on their ticket. (Certainly was since we didn’t pay over $30 for one sandwich.) Instead of apologizing and making it, they begrudgingly said it’d be ready in a few minutes. After we finished our food, and another 10 minutes we got the grilled cheese. The food was fine but not worth the hassle.

Small and simple coffee shop on the right when entering Thornes Marketplace from Main Street. The baristas are kind and knowledgeable. I did not try the food or baked goods, though the prices seem reasonable for this kind of venue. I will definitely return to grab drip coffee, espresso or tea to go. The seating is in the center of a bustling area — not my preference. It is close to bathrooms and great shopping, also directly across from wonderful, hand-made chocolates.

BEST coffee in town always with an amazing staff (cold brew on nitro is superb). Fun location being right in the middle of Thornes Marketplace (great to sit and people watch). Their pastries are all made fresh and are always delicious. Can't beat Share.

Easily the best coffee in the Valley. I buy their whole bean coffee and grind it, but I love to pick up a cup when I have the time. Their muffins are good, so if you don't have time to get to one of the excellent bakeries in Northampton then you can still snag a yummy treat. Their espresso is good too!

Hands down the highest quality, most consistent cup of coffee in Northampton.It’s located inside a three-story 19th century arcade with hardwood floors and stamped ceilings (Thornes Marketplace), so the atmosphere is also singular.And I have to appreciate that Share opens at 9am on weekdays, even though the rest of Thornes snoozes until 10am.

This shop is in Thornes Marketplace. Parking in the back or on the street.Share has the best coffee in Western Mass. No fuss. Simple. Good drinks with a great, personable staff!They are the only shop I’ve found that even roasts their own within 30 miles.Great sandwich selection for being a smaller coffee bar! Try the Maggie if you enjoy kimchi.

Cold brew is my favorite. A large is 16oz cup that is a little small in my opinion. I think it should be 20oz-24oz for cold coffee. I have had a little bit inconsistent but still one of the better cold brews in the area. I like that they are adding more baked goods. They have gluten free options if you are so inclined. The 6oz coffee bags are nice to try the different roasts they have. Love that they are freshly roasted, see roasted date on the back of the packages. The two that I have purchased have been $9.99 each, a little expensive in my opinion.

Quality little setup inside the Thornes Marketplace. It's on level 1 if you are using elevator, or if you're coming from Main street level walk through the cedar store and you'll be right there. I always like places that roast their own stuff and the baristas seemed on top of their game. Some of the soups looked great but didn't get to try em.

Luckily I got to taste the last of the Rwandan, I think they're out of that stuff now! Haven't tried the Tanzanian, but it sounds promising. I'm going to walk my dog named Vlad there tomorrow.

A wonderful place to grab a coffee. Outstanding espresso and the energy and brunch box are worth traveling for.
