Easy process from start to finish buying my first bike! Cf moto clx 700! Great price for the bike.No pressure in terms of additional coverage. They installed after market bar end mirrors and frame guard ready in time for pick up. Lastly they helped me load the bike into my truck bed with their fork lift and secure the bike to get home. Highly recommend this motorcycle shop!

I bought a new CRF450RL from MOMS. I had Frank as a salesman and was very happy with the service I received. I did most of my transaction through email and phone since I live over an hour away. They had all the paperwork ready for me to sign when I arrived. Everyone in the shop was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making sure the process went well. The next time I am in the market for a new bike I will definitely be returning to MOMS.

I was lucky enough to work with Frank (and the rest of the Northampton MOMs team) on purchasing a new Honda Grom. This is a bike that I have been monitoring and trying to buy for over a year (watching various dealers and postings), and I’m glad I ended up here.Frank informed me about other bikes that were comparable, and pros/cons of those and the Grom. Good to know he had options for me at various price points and specs if I changed my mind. The team was flexible with my schedule for both communicating and finalizing the purchase. Everyone was friendly and helpful in emails, texts, and during my visits. I rode the bike home this week with fresh plates and and all my RMV business handled. I highly recommend this location and team for bikes, parts, and service.

Great overall experience! Just bought my first bike here, a Vulcan 900. Frank in sales was a huge help, very knowledgeable of the bike and all bikes and equipment in general. He was full a great advice and tips for a novice and first time owner like myself. Ryan in the financial side of things was also very helpful on that and took care of all the paperwork I needed to register the bike in my state. All employees I dealt with were extremely nice and professional. Would highly recommend these guys.

I had a fabulous experience! The staff from sales person to manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. I shopped around and they beat my best price. They didn’t have what I wanted but they searched their other stores inventory, found one and had it shipped within a week! I’m very happy with the machine as well it is a new line and has exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them!

Mom's Motorsports Inc. ( Northampton) is the BEST motorcycle dealer in New England bar none! It was an absolute pleasure communicating with Frank to solidify a deal on a new Kawasaki. Frank is an honest, "straight shooter" who does not go back on his word. No " bait and switch" sales tactics. No B.S. Just friendly knowledgeable sales service. Frank has a great personality and represents *Mom's with professionalism and pride. A true asset to said company. I would also like to give a shout out to the *Mom's financial guy. He made signing the paperwork a breeze. No hidden charges and he set the stage for a very calm, relaxing experience which is usually a rare event when purchasing a vehicle. Just go here. Honestly Frank first off is an outstanding salesman. Gets to the point and just helps you then best he can. I drove 2hrs to test drive an Africa twin after test driving it. I knew I wanted it. The process was even smoother ryan in finance did everything. I mean process the was easy all I had do was sign paper work. And they shined up and put new tires on it so props to service department. . And the whole atmosphere of dealership is easy going. It’s outstanding. I recommend going here. Even if you have to drive far. Or in the cold. Honestly my only gripe is next time I need to purchase in the summer has 30 degrees isn’t your ideal sunny and warm motorcycle weather. But for me the cold Is nothing. Outstanding dealership. 5 stars all around .
