I was not impressed with this place at all, first time going and possibly the last time. When walked through the door the lady immediately told me to go use the order tablet to place the order and I did mention I was new and i still didn't get help,I had lots of problems with tablet. And the website isn't kept up with the instore tablets I ended up getting help from a gentlemen at the register and he did explain that ever Friday is new but that doesn't explain that your website is not concurrent with in store deals. So because your employees chose who to help and not help all customers this why I will not return... your product and your deals are great just need to step up your website and give a little better customers assistance

Best dispensary in all of Western Ma. I’ve had employees from this store tell me that Fyre Ants is way better but it’s the BIGGEST lie. Jacks legitimately has UNBEATABLE prices that are cheaper than “street” weed. Everything I’ve bought from here was amazing. The best deal i’ve gotten/ curated for myself was an 8th for $20 of a heavy hitter, and i caught $15 live sauce half grams which was an insane hidden deal that only happened once after consistently going here for Over a year. It’s actually disheartening when you do your research and then an employee tells you to go somewhere else and then you do that, then you go back to Jacks and realize you were being deceived by someone who is supposed to sell it to you like Okay weird lol. Jacks Cannabis reigns supreme don’t sleep on Jack and if you do you’re wack!

I was smoking a preroll earlier today from Jacks and all the weed fell out! Not to mention burned my new car and expensive shoes. Be careful here the prerolls are low quality and the staff are miserable 🤦🏻‍♂️they have unfortunately gone down hill…. Used to be a pleasure now I just avoid.

This was my first time at a cannabis shop, although I had checked a few websites beforehand, and decided on Jack's based on selection, prices, and convenience of location. They also have a parking lot, which is a plus, although my mobility is currently pretty good. I was hoping for a helpful salesperson, and my wish was amply granted. I normally get edibles, which are both an effective sleep aid and offer pain relief, from a family member, so having a guide to commercial varieties was a great help. Two young women assisted me, one with selection and payment, the other with retrieval of my choices, and both were friendly and informative. Jack's accepts both cash and debit cards, although there is a $2.50 charge for use of the latter. (There is also an ATM inside the shop, although I didn't ask if it had a service charge, but assume it did.) All purchases are placed in plain, opaque child-proof packaging, which I was grateful for a demo of how to open, as it was not your average zip-lock bag. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience, and I won't hesitate to return the next time my regular source is unavailable.

Purchased a PAX Era pod at Jacks a week ago. The pod did not function properly (I’ve since learned this is a common problem) so I brought both the pod and the receipt to Jacks. I told them that it wasn’t working correctly and asked for a replacement pod or refund. I was told that I must have the packaging to return the pod. I left and scoured my trash for a package and was unsuccessful. I returned and told the associate that I couldn’t find the package and he said he’s sorry but he can’t do anything about. At this point I was visibly annoyed and another associate began talking to me to take a new order. I was visibly upset but went ahead and bought another pod. As I was leaving the 1st associate told me to “Get out of his store”. Bear in mind I was not hostile, aggressive, nor did I demand anything when the 1st associate told me I could not refund the pod. I then approached the associate and said “I’m sorry but you understand and why I am upset” but he cut me off before I could finish and again demanded I “Leave his store” and said I “Had no right to be upset”. I left and then called the management of the store. I was put in contact with the owner of the store Jack and he apologized for the behavior and told me he would look into it. He also reassured me I was welcome at his store. Overall, I think Jacks could be a great dispensary but severely needs to work on its customer service. TLDR: Decent product, terrible customer service.

To be honest with you folks. I have recently was with a friend .when they got a vape cart from here. It was old anof that it was bad anof to send him to the hospital for the past 3 days. I don’t think it gets much better than this place on the east coast. I’ve tried a couple shops in Mass the past year. They were good. But Colonial is top. If you are browsing to see where you should go for your first experience or your next experience, just stop looking and go to Colonial. Their StarDawg is the best I’ve had. Great genetics guys.

I used to call some shady people and go to shady places to get some herbal tea. I love herbal tea. I drink herbal tea 4-100x/day. If you like staying safe, avoiding tea trap houses, and want the best quality tea you've likely ever had - go online, order your tea, show up with cash, grab your tea, and go! Seriously leave. Don't be an a** and drink your tea in the parking lot like a child... drink your tea at home! The price is what it is, but IMHO well worth it.Super easy, super convenient, super delicious tea!

I love jacks so much. Best prices in town/area & there’s maybe 8 dispensaries in noho alone. Cool mom and pop local business vibes but cooler because they have alien stuff everywhere lol. Pretty dope that most employees are involved in most of the creative concepts around the store. Vick, Karlee, Logan and Juan are very knowledgeable and down to earth. 10/10 recommended. And yes, there’s actually a Jack lol. :D :) <3

This place said it is illegal to accept federal Id's, then accepted a federal ID a passport LOL. So not the brightest bunch. They are unaware that some military IDs never expire till the Veteran dies. They feel that this is a reason to be rude and disrespectful of a Purple Heart Veteran. Unwilling to listen or learn about or respect Military Id's. My fellow veterans don't 💙 allow this place to disrespect military IDs. I my home states of Alaska and Hawaii VETERANS are shown respect and the courtesy we have ALL EARNED. BUT NOT AT JACKS CANNABIS THEY DO NOT HAVE OUR 6 and have no interest in learning.
