We love them for our 2 cats and 1 dog. We had a small snafu where we had to bring our cat in twice for a blood draw due to a technician mistake and Dr. Lorenzo was so apologetic and generous about it. She really went over and above to make it right. I love the time she is willing to take to discuss my pet's health, even outside of visits. I feel very well taken care of there.

I cannot say enough about the Dr’s and staff here. My animals are family I wouldn’t trust them to anyone else. From the desk to the exam room the staff has the most professional and loving attitude. I have had many options offered to me taking cost into consideration when my boys needed big things the Drs are definitely here for the animals. The knowledge and professionalism is beyond words! Couldn’t recommend a better veterinary clinic.

The entire staff at Florence animal clinic are wonderful individuals. They deeply care about the animals that they treat and the families that bring them there.My family has been seeing them with all of our pets for well over a decade now, and I don't think that I've changed vets if someone paid me.

Florence Animal Clinic is a great place. We had a dog who needed heartworm treatment (not preventative) and they were very proactive in submitting a claim with the drug company as well as making sure our pup was comfortable and doing well throughout the whole process. We've had to come in for a lot more than routine checkups and they've always helped us feel at ease and have taken their time with our dog.

Very kind staff, however the hygiene shaves are sometimes incomplete, causing us to return the next day at no charge. Always clean, and my kitties always seem calm when we walk in. There are a couple of resident animals, so leashes and carriers are a definite must.

Dr. Kefer and staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Their rates are also quite reasonable. Best of all, my kitty seemed to really like everyone and wasn't as stressed as she's been with all the crazy changes she's had as a newly adopted kitty. My family recently started taking our cat (Euclid) and dog (Clara) to Florence Animal Clinic for their routine medical evaluations and vaccinations. The staff at Florence Animal Clinic has been extremely welcoming, professional, and informative regarding the necessary “next steps” to keeping our beloved pets happy AND healthy. In addition to providing excellent care for our furbies, the staff treats my husband and I like real people, so we don’t feel like “just another client” when we go in. My dog even gets excited to see them!

They spoke to my black girlfriend like she was a child. They also sent my cat home with a vet wrap on her leg after a blood draw and didn't tell us to/when to take it off. We brought her back and they took it off without issue, but we won't be going back. Make sure to ask them for all instructions when you leave, then ask again.

The vers are terrific, they are patient and professional they listen and answer any and all questions. The clerical staff could use some customer service skills training. They are worth putting with see the vets. Be patient.

I don't like the place.i went there on a Saturday right befor they closed with my sick cat and they did a fast look and gave me some food and sent me on my way.my cat died the next day cause they didn't want to stay to do a good check up on her they just wanted to go home.
