Highly recommend this place! Super honest and helpful. I took my car in thinking that I would get new tires because they were already quite old. The gentleman that works there inspected my tires for free and informed me that I still have at least 20,000 miles worth of tread! Amazing. Will be coming back! :)

What a find! After Costco where we had a warranty said they didn't know if they could repair it and wanted to sell us four new tires, Duffy's repaired the tire for only $35. And they are nice people too!

Duffy has my loyalty forever. Bought a used car about a month ago and noticed a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to get me seen quickly, explained the problem, and were able to fix the tire, saving me a ton by avoiding getting 4 new tires. Super professional and pleasant, vibe in the shop was friendly and warm, and my jaw dropped when they told me the price- WAY lower than I was expecting. Will absolutely be coming back and recommending to all my friends in the valley.

If you are in the area and need tire-related service, go Duffy! Very reasonably priced and extremely helpful. They were able to fit me in very quickly, TWICE, when I had some sudden tire abnormality. And both times, the fix was quick and did not cost a fortune. Also just purchased some tires from them and the price is cheaper than most of online places if you add everything. It's a family business and everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend, 100%.

I have just had my tires rotated. Check this out...I had a 10:30 appointment, and went in 25 minutes early. My truck tires were rotated and balanced before my appointment. Awesome tire service!!! I have been having my tires installed, serviced, vulcanized, rotated, and balanced, and questions answered for 15 + years, and Duffy's is by far the best tire service on the east coast! Thank you guys for being such a great family business! You rock!!! A+++!!!

There's NO comparison to the quality of work, the friendliness of Duffy's, and the professionalism and concern for your safety regarding your tires. They will put you in the right tire, at a great price, and they stand behind their product. I have been taking all our cars to Duffy, since we moved here almost 30 years ago.

I've found that their prices are comparable or better than other places in Northampton.I've gotten tires for multiple cars there, and recommended them to friends and family who have all had good experiences there.Duffy's tire and Earnie's garage are the only car places I have ever been that have steered me away from needless fixes to save me money.

Perfect experience. I told them I had a toddler with me, and needed a quick appointment to repair a tire. They had me in and out in 25 minutes, same day I called, and the tire patch was only 25 bucks.They were extremely friendly, too. Great experience. Can't recommend more highly.One note, though: the waiting room is an uninviting mess. Pet hair on all the chairs, floor too dirty to let my kid walk around on, etc. Not a big deal, and doesn't affect my rating at all.

I have bought tires from family-run, Duffy Tire for years. I look forward to going there. Very competitive pricing. Before I found them I went to national chains, saved nickels, and was treated like an unwanted stranger when there was a problem. I say, purchase local where you will pay the same, support neighbors, and keep them in business to allow others to experience their friendly service which they back 110%.

My son had a nail or screw stuck in side wall if tire. He brought it to Duffy and they found that it hadn't done any actual damage to the tire. They removed the screw and didn't charge a dime. Love their honesty and good customer relations.

Duffy’s was so helpful and accommodating. I got a flat tire the day before going to see immunocompromised family and had been quarantining to keep everyone safe and they were really accommodating of fitting me in at the last minute and of extra requests because of covid concerns and just seemed really honest about figuring out the right tires I needed and not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. First time here and would definitely recommend!

I got my first car and was ridiculously nervous about maintenance and repairs, especially because I needed new tires before my car was inspected! Someone suggested Duffy Tire and I've been so grateful they did. The people at Duffy Tire have always been patient, helpful and honest. They helped me find a tire that fit my needs rather than what was "the best" or "their favourite." A couple of times when I've been really anxious and went to them without an appointment, they figured out a way to help me out. I had a completely unrelated problem that I thought was related to my tires, and it was closing time, but Jim Duffy went out of his way to help me understand the issue. They're also happy to help me check air pressure and the like. And they never charge me for dropping by with maintenance tasks or questions - as a poor college student I appreciate that so much!

Don't be fooled. By all accounts, Duffy Tires does good work. They swapped out snow tires on two of my cars this year, and I see no problems with the service. My problem is with the pricing. I paid $65 for one car and $120 for the other - for the exact same service. Why? Because the snow tires on the second car were new. For some reason, this shop thinks they're entitled to charge double for anyone who has the gall to buy tires online. Worse, they didn't mention this upfront. They said "sure, come on in" on the phone, and then only showed the upcharge after the service was complete. I understand that they’re frustrated being beaten by TireRack on price and quality, but fleecing customers is not a professional way to respond to competition.

I tried them for 4 new tires. They were helpful, honest, friendly, fast and GREAT prices. They quoted me a price and that is what i paid. There were no "surprises". Done in approximately 30 minutes. The father and son team were awesome!!! Dont go anywhere else!!!!

Quick and easy service. Told them I might needed 4 new tires when only the two back tires needed replacment. After checking out my car they concluded that I only needed the back two replaced. On top of that they also suggested I purchase the lower quality tires based off the ones I already had on and my particular circumstance. They had every chance to sell more tires and upsell me but instead they gave it to me straight and honest.

A perfect example of why big box tire stores need to go. Competent, reasonable and common sense service without the marketing and other BS you get from the chains. There is much to commend about modern times, but the loss of most of these "mom and pops" is not among the positives.

I have been taking my car here at least 6 yrs to get the seasonal tires switched. In all that time they have not raised the price, and it is the best in the Amherst, MA area. I just did my annual review, and once again it was $50, compared with $75 at Amherst Tire and Midas, and $90 at Hadley tire. These folks are helpful, very nice, very easy to work with, and they somehow always fit me in within a reasonable time period, even though they are insanely busy. M-F 8-5, Sat. until 12. They've got to raise their price some day, because inflation hasn't stopped and everybody's got to make a living, but I won't worry when they do because I'm already convinced that they're not gougers.
