Time and time again I'm put on hold when I need to speak with someone in the Pharmacy. They usually put you on hold for 15 minutes and then HANGUP. Not okay when someone needs their medication.

I can no longer tolerate going in to the CVS store because of the intensity of chemical fragrance smells. The smells were apparent when I was outside the store many feet in front of the doors today, but I had to go inside because I needed to return a package with UPS. It would benefit not only those of us who are chemically sensitive, but everyone who shops at CVS if there was some effort to reduce the impact of fragrances inside the store. There are plenty of peer-reviewed studies citing how dangerous chemical fragrances are for our health and it seems problematic to me to go into a store that one goes to FOR HEALTH needs and be assaulted with these chemicals. I'm very grateful that there is a drive-through pharmacy for when I need prescriptions, but I don't go into the store at all unless I must. I buy all of my personal care products online because of the fragrances. I think CVS offers competitive prices, good sales and products, and it's a shame that I no longer feel I can go inside the store.
