Not a good experience. I was interested in a used Tacoma I saw on line and scheduled a test drive appointment. One hour before the test drive I received a call from Hyundai telling me the truck had been sold. Two or three days later there was another used Tacoma for sale. Again, I set up an appointment to test drive. I arrived to test drive and was informed that the truck had just been sold. I was than informed that there was another Tacoma arriving in 3-4 days and I asked could I schedule a test drive for that truck. I was informed if I put a deposit down of $500 they could hold the truck so I could test drive it. I put a $500 deposit down using my credit card and was informed I would get a call when the truck arrived so I could test drive. Of course, the deposit was refundable. I never received a call from Country Hyundai. Two weeks later I went to Hyundai and told them I wanted my deposit refunded. I was informed that they do not give refunds on credit cards and instead would be mailed a check. (Meanwhile another salesperson approached me an wanted to know if I was interested in a Santa Fe). They will take your money on plastic but will not return it on plastic. A week later I went to Hyundai and informed them I had not received the check and wanted my refund. They would look into this matter Take a seat in the waiting room. I waited 15 minutes and no one came. Again, I went to the desk and again informed the person I was waiting on my refund. Take a seat in the waiting room I was informed. I waited 15 minutes and went back to the desk and waited for someone to service me. Finally, someone did come and told me they were looking into the matter. After a 5 minute wait I was informed that the $500 was refunded on my credit card 2 days ago.

Aaron stone is a very polite and friendly salesman. I did not come into the dealership planning on buying a car, but Aaron found me one that I fell in love with. Having a 4 year old, a puppy and a baby on the way a new car was a soon to be need. I told Aaron that any car I looked at had to fit 2 car sears and a dog. The car that was picked out is gorgeous and definitely way roomy than my crv. This is my second time buying a car from this dealership and I 100% recommend, they listen and aren't pushy.

I genuinely didn’t think buying a car would be this easy! I ended up leasing a vehicle with Melissa after walking into the dealership very intimidated. I’m so happy with my experience, from walking in and getting greeted immediately and sitting with Melissa getting a new car! Steve was also very helpful with explaining the difference between leasing and owning a vehicle and I’m very happy with my decision. Thanks Melissa & Steve for such an easy, fun process in making a big purchase like this!

The service department is in complete disarray. I’ve been a customer on four occasions. My first oil change appointment went fine. Then I came back for an oil change and an alignment and things really went downhill. I waited for 3 hours.. they had actually forgotten about me because they were too busy.. so they did the oil change, but the alignment wasn’t done. They apologized and offered it complementary upon my return. When I came back they denied that it had been offered to me. He said “did you get it in writing?” I asked for a supervisor and he said there was no one to talk to but him. He said the other guy there had only been there a few months more than him and wouldn’t be able to help me either… so they didn’t do the work for me on 2nd attempt. They didn’t check out the rattling noise I asked about either. They just forgot or didn’t care.. I’m not sure. They only did the oil change. I was later able to talk to another associate and he did validate my claim, but it was too late so he set me up with a 3rd attempt appointment. When I returned they performed the complementary alignment. I didn’t even get an apology and they never found the rattling. They said it would probably be fixed by the alignment. I left a voicemail 15 minutes after leaving the dealership in regards to the continued rattling and they never called me back. I think I’m completely done at this point with this dealerships service department. And since Hyundai makes such a big deal about their warranties and service after purchasing the vehicle, I’m not sure I’m going to stick with Hyundai much longer either.

Got a “$5,000” scratch off win from their recent flyer. Multiple calls to confirm the appointment to pick up the prize. Drove over 40 min to discover that it only gives you a chance to spin-winning only $5Sneaky way to bring in customers? In reality nothing but a bad after taste.If you’ve got to lure in customers this way, I guess business is bad

I can’t emphasize TOP notch service enough. Awesome experience. I went in to look at a vehicle they had online and straight from the time I walked in till the end, Country Hyundai was on there A game from the smiles and greetings when I walked through the door. I was greeted by Aaron who worked with me from start to finish. I went in near closing time and they were more than willing to assist me even though they were closing shortly. I was there with Aaron till way after closing time to get everything going. Aaron followed up with me on a daily basis almost to the point it felt like it was every hour on the hour. Two thumbs up to Aaron, Omar and the rest of staff at Country Hyundai for making me feel welcomed and as part of there family. I absolutely will be doing all future business with Aaron and Country Hyundai.

I have nothing but the best to say about Country Hyundai! We worked with Tim to trade in our 2018 Hyundai for literally anything that would fit a family of 4 and had AWD but we didn't want to run credit until we were sold on a car. Tim said give me a few minutes and came back with the keys to a 2021 Chevy Equinox, which we actually looked at online and loved. Test drove it, loved it, and signed that day. Tim was kind and patient with my two very rambunctious boys. The next time we need a new car, we're definitely coming back to Country Hyundai to see Tim!

He also knew that we were working under a time crunch and he was able to move everything along very quickly. We would definitely buy a car from him/Country Hyundai again! James took good care of us, was very low key, answered our questions and put no pressure on us. He is in his first month at the dealership, and is still learning the vehicles and the system. Any questions he could not answer, he researched or asked his colleagues. Overall we purchased the vehicle we wanted and left with a good feeling.

This review is for service. Three stars is generous. Arrived for 830 am oil change (literally, just an oil change). I asked the gentleman how long he thought it would be; he said around one hour. 2.5 hours later, my car was ready. My issue is, just please set appropriate expectations and do not over promise and under deliver. If I had been told it would be 2+ hours, I would have made other arrangements and been understanding.

I just want to let folks know Country Hyandi is where it's at. Only regret is I didn't know about them months ago to save myself the hell I went through. Great team up there, very willing to work with you. Aaron Stone -(wall) great salesman, taking the extra step to take care of you. Omar, the financial Manager for my sale. Very good chemistry there. At first issue came up for me andi thought I'd have to back out cause my situation was unsure, totally bummed out, when Steve another manager called me inquiring if there was something he could to help me.. the call was right on time.. very well appreciated. I can't say enough other than go experience it yourself. Country Hyandi of Northampton you'll be glad you went.

Honestly my experience was horrible! I went to pick up my car after they said it was ready and the bumper was popping out they tried to tell me it was already there when I had pictures proving it was not ! The manger was a jerk ask me when I was going to start taking responsibility for not seeing it ?? they didnt give me my paper work until at least a week after I bought my car . I kept calling and they finally agreed to fixed my bumper mind you when I got there the manager comes rushing over to my car doesnt even say hi and says get out and show me what your talking about so I do then he goes just fix it shes not going to go away . I picked up my car it seemed to be fixed but nope now it is popping out again and I cant get a call back . Just stay far away from this place!!

Bought a used GLI from Aaron. Their staff definitely work together as a team so hats off to Aaron, Jacob, and Omar. I initially had an issue with the car. The way they handled it went well, therefore I feel they deserve a good rating for what they have going on at this location. Definitely recommend!

Melissa was great! She gathered all the information she needed before I even came into the dealership and was ready with numbers on our arrival. She was able to not only get us a lower interest rate but also money off the price of a brand new car. Overall it was a seamless experience.CORRECTION TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: It has now been 8 days since purchasing my car and Country Hyundai has yet to register my new car. I reached out to my insurance company and was told that the dealership has not contacted them whatsoever regarding the purchase. I called today inquiring where my registration was and was told that I needed to sign another document. Now, wouldn't you think they would reach out prior to the bill of sale expiring or any of the three times I have been to the dealership in the past week? NOPE! I live 40 minutes away from the dealership and was asked to drive my UNREGISTERED and UN-INSURED car to the dealership to sign the document. They are offering me no solution as the "finance manager isn't in today".

Terrible customer service and rude Sales Advisor, I worked with Aaron Stone on finding my father a car. The car was more dinged up than we liked it to be since it was used and we were more concerned if the cost of the car to repair vs the offer Aaron gave us makes sense. He was extremely rude telling my father that he has a attitude after he got out of the car, respectfully I walked in and asked what the conversation was about. He was very rude with me and I respectfully told him were taking our business elsewhere. Aaron chased me out of the dealership after walking away and he kept saying “ goodbye have a good day” and waving at me instead of involving the business manager with our concerns, very unprofessional, please don’t buy a car here.

I’ve had my car for a few months now and it has hand a handful of issues, you basically have to fight with them to even be seen, I get places can be busy that is understandable, but there was a period and time I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone and just had to show up. They were able to help me at this time which was very appreciated! But recently I have had more problems with my car and I had set up an appointment. When I arrived I was told they were not sure they were going to be able to see me that day even though I had an appointment. They asked if I could leave my car overnight which I said no I have work the next morning. The gentleman went and talked to his boss where I was then told they could address my most serious problem that day, and schedule another appointment for all my other issues. So I set up another appointment and left and waited for a phone call to tell me they were all set and when I could pick up my car. I got a phone call telling me that the person working on my car had clocked out and that they were keeping my car over night, now I may remind you that I told them I could not leave my car over night as I had to work the next morning. I called to see if my car was ready to be picked up the next day and it was not that was around 10. Then I called again around 1-1:30 where I basically go no answer and had to wait for someone to call me back. They called back about 30 minutes later to tell me my car was finally ready to be picked up. I missed a days worth of work because they kept my car over night when I specifically said that would not work for me, so they only addressed one issue, when I guess they could have addressed them all considering they kept my car anyways.

Thought going in as a returning leader the process to lease again would be stress free. Total opposite. Sleazy sales tricks, lies, keep you there roi long to wear you down. The sales guys are young with little to no knowledge of the process. Then they disappear to some hidden finance guy who works hard to screw you over. Worst experience ever. I'm a 68 yr old grandfather of 3 and 2 great kids. Have a fixed income and can barely walk. They saw my disability placard. They only care about the bottom line. Please boycott this dealership. Sad thar this is overseen by Carla C. Thought they would be more trusting and not looking for the kill shot. Avoid Shaun and Omar plus their boss Mike. Once you complete the deal none of them will return your calls. Hope they sleep well. Sad

Aaron, sales, is incompetent and uninformed. Omar, sales manager, is misogynist and refused to refund my deposit after 8 hours notice of when I would be canceling the horrific sales experience. Bought from Maria (She is a literal angel!!) at Gary Rome for 5K less and a wholeheartedly better experience from start to finish!! Went to buy a Kona SEL from Country. Left Gary Rome with a Limited Tucson for almost the same price.
