I've been to a lot of smoke shops head shops over the years, and this is definitely the best customer service I have ever received. They really seem genuinely interested in your well-being, and not in just taking your money. Additionally, they are extremely helpful with accommodating very specific requests. They're forthright about what they (and their products) can and can't do, and are willing to work with you on an individual level to get you what you need.

My experience there was great, the clerk was amazingly informative, my fiance went in with me to check out the smoke shop supplies, leaning towards the idea of rolling his own cigarettes. The clerk was knowledgeable and helpful, advising him to buy on the lower end of the price range until he decides what works for him....rare and honest! All sorts of tips and tricks were given and we left there with exactly what we came in there for and more! Great experience and pleasant surprise!

I have tried every Electronic cigarette on the market and they all failed with multiple problems and lots of wasted money. But I still didn't want all the poisons from regular cigarettes. Then walking on Main Street in Northampton I saw a man with an E-cigarette with lots of vapor coming out of it. I asked him were he got it and he told me his friend said go to Birds's Store because they had the best system on the market. So I immediately went to Birds in Florence on the corner of Main Street and Maple Street right next to A-1 Pizza shop.I met with the owner and he interviewed me about what Brand I was smoking and how many packs per day. He designed an E-cigarette for me based on my specific smoking habits. The system works like a charm and holds a charge for a long time and only takes 2 hours to recharge it. Not all night like the others.It has a large tank to hold lots of fluid so you don't have to fill it up so often. Saves a lot of time and inconvenience.He is not a salesman, He is a consultant who has more knowledge of any E-cigarette company I have ever dealt with and that has been a lot of them. He truly cares that the customers are happy with their purchase and will come back and refer other customers to his store. So if you know someone that smokes and isn't aware of the life threatening Poisson's in regular cigarettes tell them they should just try using the nicotine smokeless E- cigarettes. E-cigarettes are much better for your health.I had an Excellent experience with the owner at Birds store, Pleas do him a favor and leave a review on Google review's and Yelp to help his excellent reputation.Thank You.!

Great customer service but extremely poor selection for electronic cigarettes and the juices and accessories for them. I know the store is not centered around that specifically but since I found out about them via searching "Vape places near me" I expected a much better selection.

I would advise anyone to take a extra minute and get your items somewhere else my wife was verbally assaulted by the cashier unprovoked she was afraid that the cashier was going to hurt her she was extremely scared
