I brought my 10yr old mainecoon here and i couldn’t be happier! They took him right away and gave him the care he needed. All the stories of them telling me how handsome he is and everyone loved him. This facility is absolutely phenomenal and i highly recommend them to my friends and family! They put my anxiety to an ease, came in crying my eyes out to leaving with high hopes. My little dope snapped his toenail off today and we came in because our regular vet was booked up. Staff was super helpful, informative, and most of all gentle and sweet with my boy. Despite being in pain he had his tail wagging and wanting belly rubs when they came in the room and was so happy with the tech he would have probably gone home with her 😂 Hopefully we're not back anytime soon though. 10/10

I have been going to Veterinary Urgent Care Center in Easton for awhile now, they took really good care of my dog. All the other places I used to go gave my dog meds to take...there was no way he would take them, not even with his favorite treats.. But at the Veterinary Urgent Care Center they gave him all his meds and took care of everything. He was back to normal in a few days, pain free. I would highly recommend them. The staff was amazing! The cost was not bad at all compared to the other places.

They are true heroes here. When I bring my dog in when she isn’t feeling well, or she hurts herself, I know deep in my soul she is getting the best care possible . I truly appreciate Veterinary Urgent care for not only taking care of my baby girl but also giving me peace of mind. Thank you for all you do!

Took my cat in yesterday for vomiting and not urinating/pooping. They immediately took him in to check his bladder and for a blockage even though they were busy with other pets. They had us sit and talk to a nurse who was very sweet and interested in knowing what was wrong with him. As more patients came in we figured we would be there for a very long time but it was only about an hour. The doctor came out and gave us 2 options without trying to push the more expensive one like many places do. She was also very sweet and we could see she actually cared. Since being home he's doing much better. Not sure yet if we need to go back for anything but for right now he seems ok. Another vet didn't really pay attention to what we told them but thankfully this one did and helped him.

My Henry had a terrible skin infection and has many special medical needs due to congenital problems. Staff were respectful, the vet was personable, very thorough, and explained what the after care plan was and what I needed to do. They did not rush even though it was a later evening appointment. Professional, knowledgeable, kind: prices were reasonable as well. I will definitely go back, and will tell my family and friends to go to them as well. If I could select them as my primary provider as a vet for my four dogs I would. So grateful for their compassion and good medicine!

Noticed around 8:00 pm that my cat was licking more than normal around her tail area. Picked her up and flipped her over and she had a gland abscess that had ruptured. Unfortunately this has been an issue with my girl in the past and we have taken her to Emergency care. I was able to visit their website and book an appointment for 9:00pm for her to be seen. I live about 30 minutes from the office so I got there just barely on time- they got us right in and immediately sent in a tech (she was wonderful!! I wish I could remember her name) to check her out. All in all I was there for less than an hour and my girl was taken care of with such care and empathy. Everyone was kind and caring from the young man who checked us in and out to the wonderful tech and the incredible Vet- who was clear, concise, honest and straight forward about our options.I will 100% be booking her follow up appointment through them and utilize them for any and all urgent care pet needs in the future.I also forgot to mention one of the best parts- affordable! I spent half of what I spent at emergency care the last time this issue occurred.

When I called the office due to a situation with my dogs I was assured they would receive the best care and treatment. While driving there I was contacted to start the information process. Arrived and was greeted with professionalism. The Veterinarian and technician on duty explained all that was going to take place and assured my small dogs were going to be just fine. I can not say enough about VUCC at Roche Brothers plaza. They helped us through a difficult time. Giving us time to be with our dog before and after. Grateful they were open on a Sunday when none of his regular vets were open, and able to help my boy cross the rainbow bridge.From the girl that greeted us, the Vet tech who took his intake, and the female vet Dr Papanicholas ?? (I believe)they all showed such care and compassion. I can’t Thank them enough — at Veterinary Urgent Care Center. I wish I got everyone’s names I was a mess but all 3 ladies were phenomal the fact we had a comforter and sofa to sit with our Tiley it made him so comfortable as he lays on a puffy blanket at home so he was relaxed. Thank you all

I was told to go to VUC and I am glad. They gave us all our options and the cost up front. I was able to make an emergency appointment in the middle of the night online for the next day. They promptly got us in at our scheduled time and were so kind and helpful from the front desk to the nurse who saw us. They answered all our questions and made us feel so much more comfortable about our situation. They offered us not to see the doctor since they reassured us that what we though might be a serious issue turned out not to be. As a result they waived any fees for the visit. We are so grateful to have found this office! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone with pets in need of emergency care!!

I took my pet to this Urgent care. Dr and everyone working there was very helpful and friendly. Very easy to make an appointment online and be seen same day. Dr. Is very through and explains options. Highly recommend. If I needed urgent care I would l go back there again.

The staff here are the best I have ever encountered. The most compassionate, caring, loving, supportive staff. I have never felt so comfortable at a vet in my life. I am so grateful for them. I can’t emphasize enough the professional , kind & compassionate care our dog received at this facility ! Our senior girl was seen & treated for ongoing UTI issues with Dr Papanicholas , she was so knowledgeable & compassionate to our girl, she took her time to explain the underlying problem with our dogs anatomy & pointed us in the right direction for a surgeon . We were not rushed & were able to ask as many questions as needed .From the receptionist , the vet tech & veterinarian , our experience was wonderful !!These ladies are all truly kind & show so much care & compassion for the pets that come through their doors.

I have only been here twice for emergency visits when my vet was closed but I feel like my cat is in the best hands possible as soon as I walk in. Our cat was not feeling well and we knew she needed immediate medical attention. We contacted our normal vet but they were unable to take us until the next day, so after calling a couple more local places (all of them were booked up for days or weeks), we were told of Veterinary Urgent Care in Easton. We were able to get an appointment almost immediately via online booking (very easy). The staff were fantastic and so helpful, caring and sympathetic. We, unfortunately, had to put our fur-baby to sleep, but they were so caring and did their best to comfort us in our time of need, and I am grateful for them and how they took care of our baby and us. THANK YOU!

Great place to bring your pet if you need to see a vet quickly. They have a walk-in service as well as an online booking website if you want to set up an appointment to bring your pet.My cat had a bite wound on it's back and I was able to bring her down there that day, and the vet took care of her. I'm grateful for the kind hearted people that work there, I feel like they took good care of my cat.They're easy to get to as well, right in Roche Bros. Plaza. I'm so glad I found this place!

Our dog got kennel cough and was not able to be seen by our regular vet. Did a walk in to VUCC and they took care of us. Had to wait a few hours but great care and service. On the road to recovery

In June of 2023, VUCC vet diagnosed our Golden Retriever with Terminal cancer. The vets and all the staff were extremely caring throughout Her final 4 months of life. In November of 2023 we finally had to make the painful decision to put Abby down. They VUCC Easton is staffed with caring and supportive staff.

Brought my 3 year old kitty she had an ancestor from an unknown animal attack. Got there first thing in am when they opened only one person in front of me. Got my baby cleaned up and finished all with 40 mins. 400 bucks when all was done for 2 shots a cut and clean and the initial visit payment. Not bad at all. And 1200 was the surgery option. Which is still a decent price. Happy that i have a go to pet emergency location on the south shore now. Before i w would drive all the way to Boston. Very impressed and extremely thankful. Oh yeah this was a walk in ! Sending a thank you basket ASAP

We come here occasionally for ear infections with my dog. The plymouth office is actually the one who performed his ear hematoma surgery. Prices have increased a lot but still one of the cheaper ones around.

Took my cat here because he was having an ear infection. He was having trouble walking and his head was tilted. We took him in first thing and the front desk was nice. Another nurse came out and she was also really nice. The vet however wasn't at all. Didn't give us a run down of anything going on or the pricing. Took our cat behind closed doors and didn't update us. Came back in a little while later and told us it could be something wrong neurologically with him from the ear infection and that could need an MRI. Then also said he was skinny; his name is butterball because he is a chunky 13/14 pound cat. The doctor said "I can feel her bones..." and kept calling him a her even thought we kept correcting the vet. Then I was explaining to the vet how other than his ear infection he is perfectly healthy. He runs, plays, eats, drinks, and is happy, but it seemed like the vet didn't really listen. Then when we were about to leave my mom says "will he be okay?" and the vet says "I don't know." I thought she was being sarcastic and was going to say it was just an ear infection. They cleaned out his ear and we went home. The vet said we would have to come back for another shot of antibiotics but he is doing much better and if anything like this happens again we will go anywhere but here. Really disappointing how cold, and apathetic the vet was. I definitely do not recommend this place at all if you want nice, quality, care!

My dog had a UTI and her regular vet couldn't see her until the next day. We went to Urgent Care and she got speedy and excellent treatment. We had gone once before and that visit was the same , speedy and excellent.It's such a comfort to know that there's a place like this when your pet is in need

Made an appointment in the morning for an afternoon appointment! When I walked in the took me right into a room where calming music was playing! The technician who took my cats medical history was awesome! She was very gentle with my skittish boy and took it slow! They explained everything up front as far as pricing and test results! I would definitely recommend and go back myself!A week and a half later I had to go back for a follow up after not hearing from my regular vet and was seen promptly! Everyone is friendly and communicative and answers any questions you may have. The level of how they care for your animal is unlike anywhere I have ever been!

Everyone I encountered on my visit was pleasant, courteous, and professional. I found myself needing a vet for an ear infection on a Sunday morning and my regular veterinarian was booked solid. I did not want to utilize the 24 /7emergency vet for a non-urgent matter so this establishment fit the situation perfectly. The price was reasonable and much less than the 24/7 Vet would have charged me. They discussed my treatment options and I was provided medication’s and discharged promptly. I even had a few questions, and they very kindly answered them without making me feel rushed. I would highly recommend if you are needing help in a non life emergent situation .

I had to say goodbye to my sweet little 18 year kitty (Specie) The staff made a horrible day as special as possible. My sweet little kitty passed away peacefully in my arms. Thank you to the staff for making a very sad day as special as possible .
