CVS pushes drugs on elderly they don’t need or want and refuses to refund them when called out on it

The CVS at 689 Depot St, No Easton MA may have two drive through lanes; BUT NEITHER ARE WORKING. A sick patient MUST go into the store to pick up their prescription. The 'higher level' staff have a 'non customer service' attitude; with which they are allowed to get away. Sad; because there are some very cheerful and polite check-out clerks in the front of the store. I won't be going there anymore.

Their workers are rude ( including the pharmacist). It takes way too long to get a prescription filled. The drive through is never open. I even had an experience where i was given someone else’s prescription instead of my own!

I needed a COVID test, did everything right and came to my appointment. I proved I had the right time and location and gave them my confirmation code. They made me wait for a half an hour, then told me to leave and make a new appointment. They messed up, didn't try to fix it and didn't even apologize. Not organized here and no customer service.
