I’ve used self wash three times now every time the place has been very clean they do you give you everything you need . I requested they will even help you getting the dog up. You can request shampoo from them or bring your own.

Went to Mellisa's put depot to use their dog self wash. I love having a place locally that I can use a professional sink and blower for my large dog. This is a great service ans well worth the stop in.

Absolutely love this place! Bought my budgie Zazu from here a few days ago. Staff is amazing! A young lady helped me pick out food and accessories for the cage. She also showed me the tamed budgies and took one out and let me handle him. Super friendly! I honestly would recommend buying a hand-tamed budgie as they already have bonded relationships with humans and therefore are easier to tame. Would absolutely recommend buying budgies from here instead of petco or petsmart :)

The best pet store around by far! I love that they have such a wide selection of natural pet foods to choose from, there truly is something for everyone here! You also can’t beat the prices, such quality items for an amazing price! One of the best aspects of this store is the service. All of the employees are so well informed, friendly, helpful, and really know what they are talking about. So you can be rest assured that your questions and concerns will be answered with ease. Nick is phenomenal, he is so kind and helpful, and just an amazing help whenever you visit Melissa’s! You can also shop here and feel good that you’re supporting a locally owned business who gives back to the community. I could not recommend this establishment enough, they truly are the best in town!

Melissa's pet depot is a great little pet store with friendly workers. They have a great selection of products and supplies. Always cute small animals and birds etc to purchase. Love this store and shop here all the time for my dogs, Gunieau pig and rabbit. They also have a frequent buyer program for different products to get for free after so many purchases. Definitely recommend to check out of you haven't already.

My senior citizen mother has been bringing in her dogs through the years, of various breeds, (Labrador, Springer Spaniel, Yorkie) and all of them, every time, have had wonderful grooming. From hair to nails and all in-between (even a cool scarf) Mellisa's Pet Depot has never failed to impress us. Thank you very much for taking such good care of our family members!

Staff was very friendly and helpful as we went there to give our dog a bath. A lot easier doing it here than at home.thebarea was clean and everything you need is provided. $15 for 30 mins and $5 more for addition 15 mins if needed. Recommend if you struggle to wash your dog at home.

VERY helpful and knowledgeable staff. The girl went above and beyond, even helping me evaluate cost effectiveness of small pet bedding. This place is cool.Also, they have bunnies! I didn’t get one obviously, but so cute. They also have birds and other animals. Smell is surprisingly nonexistent. Smaller premises than chain stores usually are, but has the essentials without all the useless frills chain stores try to sell.

I have purchased two birds and pet supplies from this Pet Depot. Their pets are healthy and place is always neat and clean. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My kids and I absolutely love going there. I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in getting new pet.

I get feeder crickets here, and for WAY less than Petco.A kind staff and a charming bird host named Skittles. Look out for his fancy collars; he loves holidays.There's a back section for grooming, or at least self serve dog washing. Check on that for actual details.It is a clean and well-kept store, with a comprehensive collection of pet products. It's a locally owned shop, so I feel it's well worth supporting.They are happy to order things and provide great service.

Just visited Melissa’s pet depot for the first time. Adorable shop with lots of variety.. everything from furry pets to reptiles and fish supplies. Also refreshing to see the animals in store so well taken care of. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Really amazing place. When I entered with my dog and mom, I was amazed at how big it was and that they have animals there. I really love hearing the sounds of animals in pet stores. It makes me feel comfortable while shopping for pet supplies for my one year old dog who I nickname baby girl.

This is my favorite pet store! I have been coming to this store since they opened ten years ago. The owners of the store are so knowledgeable about the products and animals they sell. Their staff is amazing, always super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of the healthiest products, none of the low quality grocery store brands. Their prices are on par with the big chain stores and they offer lots of coupons and sales. Every experience I’ve had here is always a pleasant one!

Stood at the counter waiting to be we serviced. Two female workers just stood there and were too caught up in their own conversation that they didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I was about ready to walk out when I was finally acknowledged. Soon after, while inquiring about short haired hamsters as that is what I wanted, and have had many times in the past. The girl proceeded to talk about how dwar hamsters are better, and that she likes and has owned dwarfs. She seemed to like the sound of her own voice talking about what she liked instead of listening to the customer! Not impressed…

I go to both locations and I always have such a great time when I go! The store is clean and warm, the staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The animals always look well kept and clean. My dog adores their pastries and cookies and I always find awesome new dog toys for him. They have great grooming supplies. I also get my cat treats from here, along with cat toys and scratchers. The prices are good and they have some nice sales. I absolutely recommend Melissa's to anyone looking to spoil their pets or just get the essentials. I'm always sending friends and family here and they love it too. I'll be coming back again soon for more doggie pastries and some grooming supplies, I'm looking forward to it as I always do!

Food selection is great... customer service and attentiveness? Not so much. I go there regularly because its the only place around to get the food I need and I've never been greeted with a smile when i walk in.. All the employees look and seem absolutely miserable. It makes you feel like an inconvenience and not a customer. Doesn't make for a very pleasant shopping experience.

I always like going to Melissa's, I always find what I need for my pets and I enjoy seeing the stores mascot, I don't know the name of the bird, but that bird is such a delight with me being afraid of birds and all.. I highly recommend this store for all of your pets needs.

Poor customer service. Nick made it seem like it was such an inconvenience to answer our questions. Lisa the groomer has said that we have to find another groomer because we interrupted her with our questions. Absolutely unbelievable. Don’t make your customers feel like their dogs are not safe in your care.
