Unfortunately like many pharmaciesit is woefully understaffed. Just go to cvs though. they’re both terrible but here the waits are artificial.

I recently went to Walgreens on waverly Rd. North Andover. Julian and Peter were so helpful while I was trying to get a photo of my parents enlarged for an upcoming wedding. Thank you so much you guys made my day !

The employees here are rude, disrespectful & have gross attitudes. The elderly cashier shouted at me about items that I was purchasing and ripped them out of my hands. also didn’t say how are you, have a nice day and was just plain miserable. Maybe it’s because I’m Hispanic? Hire people with human decency and kindness. Walgreens is trash.

I spent two hours putting together photos that I needed for Thanksgiving tomorrow and they not only lost the order but could not even recover it. Asking me to resubmit which I don’t have another two hours to do. To add insult to injury I went there earlier today and purchased copy ink and they assured me that the points were added to my card, which, of course they were not, I stopped sending my prescriptions to Walgreens, because they are so inept and now I should’ve learned my lesson to do any business with them whatsoever.

If I could give this pharmacy manager and team zero stars I would..apparently they need to be retrained on customer service and billing.. I get one script a month and it is never ready even if I give them days to get it together. The pharmacy manager is rude, arrogant and unapologetic for the horrible customer service and has an excuse for everything rather than taking ownership for a clear mistake made by his team and unnecessary inconveniences caused... If you are looking to get mistreated and don’t mind wasting your time or energy this is the place for you..also they are not capable of doing simple math so be sure to double check you have the correct quantity and that they have billed the proper insurance. If you trust this place with life saving meds be sure your life insurance policy is up to date as well..

Back again I can't believe Walgreens is still operating. I drove my son to pick up scripts today, I have been trying to get him to change to a pharmacy that might care. He came out 1 of the scripts was a refill the original script was for 90 pills 90 day supply with a refill, the refill they did was 30 pills a 30 day supply. He said its happened before, my wife called to question the pharmacist about it but didn't get anywhere he didn't know. I believe its a major mistake to change what a Doctor writes out, I will do research but the bottom line is they don't care right up to corporate. I would have no problem seeing the place closed down, the only pharmacy that refuses to help customers or even show any respect.

This was my preferred pharmacy in town, but it is substantially undersized and unable to keep up with demand. I'm going to have to find another pharmacy for my family. I'm certain the staff here will be happy to here this because they just can't keep up. The pharmacy itself is too small and understaffed for a population this size.

This Walgreens is horrible. They never have the mediations my father needed. They say they will order it by this date and it doesn’t come in and then want you to find a different pharmacy that has the medication and then have your provider send it to a different pharmacy. Meanwhile, my father is in need of his meds. I don’t understand why they just wouldn’t say I don’t have the med and it will take a week, instead of waiting until the last minute when we have no more. Horrible experience multiple times have switched everything to CVS.

The store always has what I need and the employees have always been very friendly and helpful! Especially the cashier who is there a lot (wish I looked at her name tag!). She has short, dark hair. I also love that I actually get real savings here, unlike at most other stores where you go home with a million coupons on items you’ll never use. Using my Walgreens card, I get actual dollars off my purchases! A+ all around!

I was there to pick up scripts for my son, I tried to use good Rx to save money. The pharmacist was not happy and said he looked at good Rx and said it was twice as much. This was not the case and he said I had to use either good Rx or insurance. I told him I have been using both for my scripts at a different pharmacy he said I was a liar, he stormed off telling the cashier to put it through as is. I go there for a lot of things I won't be spending anymore in that store.

Pharmacy is the worst one in the area I just looked at a script I picked up almost a month ago and they illegally subbed the script I normally pick up for one I've never heard of. The so called worker yelled at me saying it's legal to sub scripts without notifying the patient and the doctor. I WILL be switching pharmacy's.

We were switched there when our pharmacy closed.I expected things to be disorganized for a few weeks, but after months, it's only getting worse. We had automated renewals and refills for my husband's epilepsy meds. Sometimes it would be done correctly, sometimes it would not be done at all. Yesterday the tech told me "the doctor cancelled the prescription when they sent the request in." I called the doctor right then, and the renewal request arrived as we were talking. Today, there was another prescription to be renewed, my husband got a text that it was ready for pickup. I went to the pharmacy, and the order was not ready. A different tech told me "they never call doctors to renew prescriptions." Three months ago I had a 12-day prescription for endometrial problems, with No Refills clearly indicated. The next step was to be surgery if it didn't help. The following month the techs called my gyn office for a prescription renewal, got it, and notified me it was ready for pickup. I was very surprised, and they were not pleasant when I refused it. So they do call doctors for renewals, except when they forget or don't feel like doing their jobs. I cannot trust a pharmacy where the staff blatantly lies to the customer to cover up their incompetence.

Unsafe fly shot practices. We made an appointment and they were running over an hour late! Communications with the one person working the register was poor. He let a guy skip to the front of the line in front of everyone else because ‘he is a regular customer with problems and is kind of crazy’Then when we complained to the shift manager - she isn’t empowered to do anything when the store manager is gone. We left without getting the flu shot. Situation was not safe in time of COVID! No social distancing and very poor air flow!

I received the rudest service at the drive thru pharmacy. Planned to drop off a new script and switch to Walgreens from CVS but after not even being acknowledged by two employees, I pressed the button thinking they didn't know I was there. One answered the phone not even looking out to see me and annoyingly said "we'll be with you as soon as we can". Simple eye contact or a wave to acknowledge I was there would have gone a long way. I drove off back to CVS where I was cheerily greeted upon driving up!

I have been a loyal customer of walgreens for years I get all my prescriptions and needs from walgreens. Up until yesterday I’ve been happy with walgreens but after being treated with such disrespect by Emma the cashier from now on I will be taking my business to CVS.

This is a decent Walgreens. They have all the items you would usually excited. They offer passport photos. There is a drive thru for the pharmacist.You can only enter the parking lot from the cross street. The exit onto 114 is one-way.The employees are helpful and friendly.

I much prefer using Walgreens instead of CVS and while the prescription plan offered by my company uses Caremark and forces me to get some scripts from the latter, I do still have Walgreens as an option for most. My wife also shops there for other things and has been able to find some great deals there. At this location, I have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous.

Never met someone who thought it was funny that they don’t know where they can fill a prescription for a newborns formula. Nothing about that is funny. So disappointing.
