I love the products. The North Adams store has horrible customer service. There is only ever one person working on the floor, and that's the cashier. They have to call someone from the back if someone needs help. The whole bottom shelf gloves was mismarked. I saw a pile marked $7.99. I picked up 2 pair. They rang up $15.99. She would not honor the $7.99 price. I ended up buying a pair that does not fit. I think I'm going to avoid that TS

Staff us wonderful. They are pricey though. The Blue Wilderness pet (dog & cat) food is more expensive here than anywhere else SO FAR. I usually pay around $150/month and it was closer to $200 here. It was $194 total.

Pretty normal Tractor Supply. Friendly staff and a fun place to shop. I love the supply of tools, clothes for blue collar work, and other useful things that I can't get as easily elsewhere. You can also bring the dog in to the store.
