Given the choice, go to a different pharmacy. Wait times on the phone just this week have been over an hour and hung up to try again three times. Going to stop in person to have my question answered on ETA of a refill.

Pharmacy severely understaffed. 10+ minutes on average to talk to a pharmacist on the phone. Constant prescription holds and you have to call and push them to make a 1 minute call. If you don't, you will be days without having your medication. I never had this problem at CVS for over 25 years of being with them. 1 time I needed to call to resolve insurance issues. With Walgreens, I have to call almost every refill and wait days for it to be filled.Today I called and was told they didn't have time to call the insurance. So 4 days sitting on med hold and nobody was available to make a phone call? Worst pharmacy I have ever used. I recommend using CVS in Millis, because they staff their pharmacy. This one has only had 1 pharmacist and 1 assistant on staff when I have gone there. I can only imagine what policy is for this. Fill everything that automatically goes through and ignore all needing approval until the customer keeps asking where their prescription is and why is it taking days for approval, when every other pharmacy has filled them same day for 5 years.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years but no one ever told me I was eligible for my pneumonia shots. I went in for my flu shot and then the new pharmacist Lorrena explained I'm eligible to receive my pneumonia and shingles vaccine! She was very thorough and wonderful and to top it off I barely felt both shots! Overall I'm so very pleased with everyone there!

Great Walgreens! Everything you need and super nice and helpful staff. Best pharmacy anywhere. Lurrena, Thao, Sarah and Erin at the pharmacy are amazing! I have some complicated Rx’s with a lot of parts and they always take the time to help me figure it out and work through any insurance issues. All the store employees are hard working and have a great attitude - even close to closing :) Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Shouldn't even give this place one star - more like negative 50 stars! They called the police on me because I was in their restroom for 19 minutes!! I was pulled out of the stall without being able to properly clean myself and made to stand on the wall while I was searched. This while customers streamed by WHILE I was wearing my company shirt. When I spoke with customer service they had the audacity to say that a Walgreens employee saw me on the floor of the stall so they thought I'd overdosed. BUT no one ever asked me if I were okay and instead of paramedics showing up, only the police came. So that debunks their overdose myth AND I took a urine analysis not more than 45 minutes after the incident, which was clean, of course, as I do not use drugs. I didn't know there was a time limitation on public restrooms especially for someone who has medical issues like myself. Don't go to this place if you don't fit their criteria of appearance or policy of time monitored bathroom stays!

Nice clean store has lots of things you can grab on the go. To the one star reviewer they don't have a public bathroom nice try :(
